I only make use of centralized wallets when I'm withdrawing to cash.. centralized wallets are a total RIP off..  and theres a popular saying.. "not your keys.. not your funds"

I think your best choice is tron.. waves platform Is a complete mess.. and I would never buy a token on the waves platform .. you should also consider slp based tokens as well...
