121  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: WTS: Black Widow, Antminer S1, PSU's, GPUs, Netgear R7000 and other misc stuff on: September 22, 2014, 01:25:35 AM
I will buy the Black widow if it is for sale still... $10 per MH.

Not to sour your deal - but he already turned me down for a higher offer.  OP is pretty set on the $200 price tag.  If he does sell to you for $10, that would be kinda shitty since he rejected my offer.
122  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Sapphire HD 7950 $100 EACH!!! on: September 17, 2014, 07:49:15 PM
I wish you the best of luck on your sale, but for reference...

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=767420.0

I don't think he's sold any of the 7950s at .16btc and with current btc price - that's about $70.
123  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Gridseed 5 chip Asics - Make me any offer! on: September 11, 2014, 03:52:17 PM
Educated miner?

I paid around 6BTC for my 20(about $165/ea at the time), and I've ROI'd 5 to 6 times over, literally.  People always talk about ROI, but there are many factors that come into play.  Like actively watching coin releases and exchange prices.  No gear will ROI if you just set it on a multipool and forget about it.  If it would, the companies that make the gear would just "stress test" the gear until it wasn't profitable... oh wait, they already do that.

Educated miners know how to ROI on gear that isn't currently profitable.

I'm not one to call bullshit on any one, but you're suggesting that you've made $15K (on the low-end) in approximately 6 months, just mining / selling.  I'm not talking about trading that same earned coin constantly - i'm talking about straight mining.  Yea - not buying that at all.  Even switching and following scrypt coins (which is a PITA to be honest, but I'll give you that maybe you are), I find it highly suspect that you have that kind of return in 6 months.
124  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] Antminer S1 (eally Cheap) on: September 10, 2014, 08:03:08 PM
im selling 4 x Antminer S1

2 are without fans
2 are with stock fans + 2 other fans that im sending with

0.17-0.2 plus shipping (you pay shipping)

i will use escrow and i can send it as soon as possible

please and thank you PM your offer

Well, which is it - .17 or .2 and is that each or for all 4?
125  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Gridseed 5 chip Asics - Make me any offer! on: September 10, 2014, 04:07:18 PM
Also interested in confirmed pics and using escrow.  Will send an offer once stock is 'confirmed'.  Please let us know the total quantity you have and if you can provide a shipping cost per 20, that would help with users providing an offer.
126  Economy / Lending / Re: Looking for 48 hour 0.125 BTC Loan on: September 10, 2014, 01:37:52 PM
From the other thread : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=161670.0

I see a bunch of posts that he lent you money and it was repaid, but I don't see any reference to block chain supporting the posts.  It would be helpful to see the transactions to confirm they were lent and paid back.

If the other loan does not fulfill - I might be interested in doing the same loan - but would want to see the block chain info from the previous transactions.
127  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Gridseed 5 chip Asics - Make me any offer! on: September 10, 2014, 01:30:26 PM
I would be willing to let these go for $200 for a box of 20, shipped. Thats $10 ea... a great bargain!!!  Grin Grin Grin

Unfortunately, it's still not a bargain for the educated miner...

http://www.coinwarz.com/calculators/litecoin-mining-calculator/?h=7200&p=140.00&pc=0.10&pf=0.00&d=28123.64050683&r=50.00000000&er=0.01118005&btcer=496.05000000&hc=0.00

Sorry bud, shipping just doesn't make these worth it.  In addition to the cumbersome deployment of 20 miners, the cost and ROI just aren't there for $200.

I feel your pain, I bought 20 at the time they came out ($180/ea = $3600).  I know they'll never ROI at this point.
128  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Gridseed 5 chip Asics - Make me any offer! on: September 10, 2014, 03:36:31 AM
Shipping alone makes these not worth the purchase.

Can you find a quote to ship in groups of 20 - which is what they were originally packaged in - might be easier to offload that way.
129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Parse the blockchain for all addresses with positive balance on: September 03, 2014, 03:06:45 AM
Coming late to the thread on this one, but after reading through it sounds interesting.

While not a 'coder', I've got some background in data processing and would be interested in helping out the OP, if help is wanted.  Where are you planning on running the data collector?
130  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] Two Bitmain Antminer S1's on: September 02, 2014, 06:37:15 AM
Whats your price?

$195 free fast 2 -day shipping  (in buttcoins of course)

If the sale happened right now, it would be 0.3954 buttcoins

I actually have four miners (S1's) I'd like to sell between September 7th-September 9th.

If you buy all four I'll give even more of a discount.

Apologies here, but I'm trying to understand what your asking price really is?

PM a price with shipping to Milwaukee (53005) for all 4, please.

132  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BTC_Fundamentals no escrow send BTC first etc... etc... on: August 29, 2014, 04:09:25 PM
Just keeping the thread current.

It's now August 29th.  Have not received the GPUs, and at this point I know I won't.

BTC_Fundamentals has not logged in since the 24th and I'm sure he's just taken the money and run.

Yes.  I know it's my own fault for not using escrow, unfortunately I admit I have too much trust in people.  I only have myself to blame.

This is yet another individual who has proven the on-line word can be full of despicable, sleazy, and worthless people who have no morals and are part of the reason the Internet is so untrustworthy to begin with.

133  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: 10 X 1.3+ MH/s - The Fury by GAW Miners - ASIC Scrypt Miner on: August 27, 2014, 06:53:44 AM
received all 10 miners with power supplies and usb cords - which is more than I knew I was getting (thought I was only getting the miners).

I know I'm new to the forums, but tigerfree came through.

thanks,
baldpope

I'm currently buying some video cards from him - I have probably too much trust for people but I did send btc first and did not use escrow.  I'll update this thread if/when I receive them (or not).

Well, it's been several days.  I have not yet received the GPUs and honestly don't know if I will.

Also noticed that he hasn't signed in for a couple of days.  I did shoot him an email, waiting for a response.

Not sure it's relevant, but this was the btc transaction -

I will continue to update this thread if/when I do receive the GPUs.

At the very least, he's been in good communication.

I'm doing the calculations and based on current diff and power usage, these will never ROI at this price.

Are you accepting offers?
140  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Old mining operation on sale: GPUs, ASICs, accessories on: August 13, 2014, 03:35:57 AM
are you taking offers on the gridseeds?

I'm interested in the lot of them, including power/usb, but has to make sense.

Let me know if you're accepting offers, PM me if you want.
