Why this list does not include any of reputable bookie (like Pinnacle, BetOnline, Bookmaker) ? All listed above are not tolerate winners and limit accounts with no explanations. Even stake went this road which use to be top notch for me earlier.

Hilarious scam site, everytime I see oddspedia shows your site has very good odds, and then I registered your site, after some bets of thousands of usd stake, they lower my limits and odds, it is ridiculous and unacceptable.
Hi. The difference in the odds you mentioned depends on the account you're logged into, not on whether you are a registered user or not. Your account was indeed restricted, which is why you see higher odds when you are logged out. I understand, I mean you are ridiculous, I just started bet some days ago, you limit my account, especially I lost money in your site, what if I win, you fucking feeze my acc? Cancel my limit, otherwise I will tell every review sites you are scammer! Hey man. What the problem ? Just open an account in one of the reputable sports betting platform and place bets. This is not a bookie but just shaddy little cassino that will never tolerate winners. |

I deposited 300 USDT and placed four NBA bets. The first two bets were placed during a commercial break. They were the same, and I won both of them. Only one small bet was lost, with a total amount of 600 USDT.
First withdrawal request: Fill in all information to verify the phone number, which has been completed before the withdrawal.
Second withdrawal request: Upload a photo of the front side of your identification document, which has also been completed.
Third withdrawal request: Take a clear photo holding your identification document in hand and show the chat records visible on my computer screen between me and customer service. Only professional photographers can do this! Fortunately, I have also passed this step (or they let me pass), and have completed this step as well.
Fourth withdrawal request: Provide water and electricity payment vouchers. This part is also done by me.
Fifth withdrawal request: Send bank statements in PDF format. Contacted the bank to send electronic statements (already in PDF format) to me and forwarded them to them while providing the password required to unlock the files. This part has also been completed. Hey Jpapa, It's free and easy to create this prop on BetMoose just to see if anyone bites. That said, you may want to consider creating a Fixed Odds prop where you can match with others at specific odds rather than our variable (Parimutuel) odds-based props. In addition, you may want to post your message in an FX forum or elsewhere where folks may actually be interested in these derivative financial pairs  Cheers, BM Great to hear from betmoose himself. At this time, there are no current plans to grow BetMoose as the core team has moved on to other projects however we are still very much supporting and moderating the platform, and we've been around since 2013 so folks should feel safe to trust us as a betting escrow, in the Bitcoin space that kind of long-term rep is hard to find with any other platform or site  Your platform has history and reputation. You need to find some pro bitcoin investors and integrate lighting payments. I would make it in retro style but integrated some new technology. I am sure it will succeed in the long run. |

I have sent you multiple tickets about a missing bonus. I also have a PM sent to you that's over 3 weeks old that wasn't addressed.
The fact that you don't offer live support - or any FAQ's about live betting - is problematic. Look, if you hold my balance, there is NO WAY of knowing whether your system accepted the bet. I know how to check my pending bets and did so plenty of times. The bet wasn't accepted, obviously, but the fact that your system held my funds made me think that it was POSSIBLE that you did have the bet booked. Because of this, I decided to hedge bet the other side of the match. Lost the hedge, and would have won the original bet (where i did RISK my money, and it was HELD by you for over an hour during an event that was taking place). If you were a customer like me, and you submitted a bet and the funds were taken and held (and not immediately returned), what would you do? There's no way for me to be sure that you would or wouldn't honor the bet. Can you check your logs to see what happened with this specific bet and see why you held the funds but didn't honor the bet? There is no information on your site that indicates there may be some instances where funds are held but the bet isn't booked, so I erred on the side of caution and hedged the bet..
Further, the fact that you give yourself THIRTY SECONDS to accept a bet is egregious. There are so many things that can happen in 30 seconds. It takes you milliseconds to check to see if the odds that you are offering are still valid (I assume you check against Bet365 or some other well-known provider). But, in that 30 seconds, you have the luxury of seeing what happens in the match. If it's something in the bettors favor, the bet gets rejected. If it's something in your favor, you take the bet. I have had several instances where I submitted a live bet, got the 'processing for up to 30 seconds' note, and then saw the odds change while my bet was still processing. If the odds changed in my favor (i.e. I bet +110 and the odds changed to +120 before my bet was confirmed), the bet gets accepted at the original odds. If something happens that would swing the odds the other way (i.e. I bet +110, and something good happens for me in the match and the odds change to -200), then you reject the bet. So you have 30 seconds to essentially freeroll your customers. This is an issue.
Hi all. I just decided to make this post just to bring attention to BetBTC admins. First of all I want to say that BetBTC is absolutely legit sportsbook, I made several hundreds bets and everything was smooth, I even won several times magic streak promo. Always got paid, instant withdrawal. But once I got the same issue as original poster. The bet was placed, and I was sure the bet was accepted, balance was reduced, and message pop up. So, I leave the site and do my things. Then I got results and was sure I won some money. Visited site and was surprised that my bet was voided. I wanted to make some compliance but I opened my email and seen a message that my bet was voided. This message I got after several minutes the bet was placed. That was not a big problem, the amount of bet was 0.0015 BTC. But after this occurrence I instantly withdrew all BTC from my account, because I was afraid to make more significant bets on this site. For me this is a problem, If I place a bet and get a message that the bet is placed I want to be sure my bet will stand. It's okay to reject some bets (odds change, connection failure e.t.c). But user should be informed instantly about it (or within 30 sec. if the system works this way). If the bet appears in account statement as accepted a sportsbook has no right to cancel it with no reason. |

Good to hear they start a sports betting platform because I enjoy and do only sports betting. But!!, As people mentioned above, sports bettors feel like they are second class citizens placing bets on your platform, because most features are not available for them. Just look at stake for example, they provide the same odds with same margin but at the same time they run huge amount of promos and giveaways for sport bettors. And these perks keep me to place bets there even If I can find better odds in some asian sports-book. I hope You fix this unfairness between casino gamblers and sports bettors and make your sports betting platform even better. And then I will definitely join Betfury to place bets and be a full member of the community.

I paced some bets several months ago. And now decided to make a new depo to test the platform again. Now it looks more polish and stable, 1% commission on winning bets very competitive. I wold like to place more bets on this platform, but most markets have very low liquidity.
For small deposits and withdrawals I'd suggest you implement Lightning Network (LN), also good solution at this time is to add wrapped bitcoins on low fee networks like
1.TronBTC,
2. WBTC on EOS.
3. Binance’s Bitcoin BEP2 or BTCB
Off course for big amounts You should accept only native (main chain) BTC transaction for now.
Lighting Network support will also gives significant promo boost in Bitcoin community if you make proper announcements.
I would also suggest you add sidebar where will be highlighted some markets like:
Most liquid markets. (markets with highest liquidity)
Most active markets (markets with highest amount of bets)
Lowe margin markets (markets with lowest margin between sides)
Hope Exbet gets more active users in the future.
