Holding Company Formation Update:
For the time being I have shortlisted UK as the country for creating our holding company to proceed with the required documentation, based on my initial research and discussions. Though I have received a reply from Tokeny of Luxembourg accepting to help us with launching an STO on their platform if we agree to their terms and fees, I personally feel we need to be loyal to KICKICO for trusting us in the first place and for showing their willingness to wait till the time we are ready with our documentation to run the STO on their platform. Further more they have already mentioned that If we are successful in getting the documentation ready then we will be the first project to launch an STO on KICKICO. Additional information that is important to us is the fact that they are willing to do it free of cost for us! If we are the first STO on KICKICO then my firm belief is that they will take all the necessary steps to make the STO a success so that they will be able to attract more projects in the Future to run STOs on their platform. ICOs are almost non-existent now.. IEOs are a different version of the ICOs and are seen losing their sheen of late. The future of block chain and regular projects funding is going to be through STOs. If KICKICO can do a successful STO for SWAT Coin by PM CORP on their platform, it will be a precursor to more such STOs on KICKICO in future. So, if we can get the documentation based on a holding company for PM CORP in the UK ready, then the probability of our STO being successful is really high and almost certain. Today is the start of the new auspicious month in the local calendar here, during which all good things are scheduled every year.. Events like weddings, Family Functions and other auspicious activities are conducted by everyone during this period. So good things are bound to happen all around.. I am sure this will be a good period for all of us! Some new investments are expected to come in this month from the US and Nigeria because of the efforts of Kevin and Benjamin. I too have been working on securing other low cost, long-term funds for the project from a contact in the UK.. I am expecting something to come through in that area soon, as we wait for the STO documentation to be completed. There is another investor from Iran who has been in touch with me through mail for sometime now and is in the process of deciding upon buying a few SWATMINER APPs soon. Things are looking up for us on different fronts.. I am sure all these and more good things are due for us now, this lunar month (18th Aug to 15th Sep)! I am expecting the status of the documentation to be received from the regulatory authorities to be clarified both legally and financially this week.
Security Tokens are like Participatory Notes, a route and instrument that is used by QFIs (Qualified Foreign Investors) to invest in Indian Companies as of now. Security Tokens are not crypto currencies. This distinction is what needs to be clarified before the issuance of the required document by the Regulatory Authorities. This is what we are working on right now. Will update regarding this in the next couple of days.

Project Update: The efforts to get the documentation for KICKICO STO at the earliest, continues. In addition efforts are on to improve sales of SWATMINER APK and Pocket Miners and acceptance of SWAT. I spoke to the partner of an Entrepreneurship Training Institute yesterday. This Institute is involved in training youngsters to start their own small scale business enterprises. I have explained the opportunity to start small SWAT mining farms as a business opportunity for youngsters. He said he will discuss with his other partner and get back to me. This opens up a new line of distribution for our SWATMINER APPs. There are several such institutes which can be targeted. These Institutes can act as a distributor for both Pocket Miners and SWATMINER APPs. I am also expecting the confirmation of the purchase of 5 SWATMINER APPs from the Self Help Group segment in the coming week. Once confirmed that will be the biggest opportunity for us to establish the presence of our project on a massive scale going forward. In addition to the KICKICO Fund Raising Option I am also involved in discussion with Long-Term Business Funding Providers from the NBFC (Non Banking Finance Companies) Sector. Mining Process Update: Today with further drop in ETH prices the minting function has been delayed intermittently as our system adjusts to the fluctuating prices. As always the system will catch up with the price and since the prices of ETH has gone down and with it the SWAT price, the current mining rate per day has increased to more than 8000 SWAT per day. Request your patience and to wait for minting to happen and send credits to the mining addresses, since there may be some delays through the day as the gas prices adjust to new values. I also request our mining investors and those who have been receiving bounty not to sell cheap. With the prospective STO in the near future it is ideal to hold for some time to get better prices.
