This shitcoins is just added to the exchanges because the team had seriously paid a huge amount of money in order for it to be listed on major exchanges. The reason why Vitalik also sold all the tokens sent to him because he knows it's worthless.
You really think so? Would'nt it hurt their reputation alot? Who the f. would use an exchange who accepts bribery thats corruption at high level imo

i dont think it'll hit 1$ any time soon - but after reading the so called Woofpaper and researching a little i chose to give it a shot.. they actually have future plans (compared to doge) and i think that if they turn their visions into reality you might see it rise. How much? no clue :-D

Hi there - i've been reading a little about the theories about shiba inu and its upcomming shibaswap, and which kind of impact it could have on the coin. My question is for you guys - do you think the price will rise if/when they release the shibaswap? i read that alot in the shiba community expect people to stake their coins on shibaswap and earn "interests" in terms of "Bones" Therefore alot of the coins would not be available on the market and so the coin should rise?? Lmk your thoughts.

WingDAO just launched on OKExChain! https://flash.wing.finance/okexchain/APY% Supply USDC 3.4% + in WING Token value 31.35% APY% Borrow USDC -6.43% + in WING Token value 50.76% Look at the other great APYs of USDT, BTC, ETH, OKT, WING. This doesnt look like "Speculation" to me - more like "Promotion" of Wing :-)

None of them.. They're both high risk high reward coins imo. although the SHIB is still quite new and the price is where doge were most of its time - i'd say that you might see some spikes in the future on SHIB if it gets listed on other platforms than binance, and if the arbitrum will have any effect on buyers - when thats said, i also predict that you'll see some huge dips because 'its just a meme coin.. If you chose to invest in any of them, only invest money you can afford to lose

I know that Facebook has been very popular with social media, but for cryptocurrency I think it will still be a newcomer. I don't think it's that easy to reach popular.
You just said it? Facebook has a large consumer base - their product is already all over the world, so the advertising is quiet easy. Remember the biggest flaw in cryptoworld is that "normal/everyday humans" doesnt understand it - imagine facebook made it so easy to use, and made people comfortable buying/using their coin.. Unfortunately i think facebooks coin will reach new highs in terms of market cap - but then again, a company owned coin smells weird

I've got this ambivalent feeling about facebook launching a coin.. It'll probably turn out to be a very popular coin because the succes of Facebook - but a coin owned by a company smells bad. If Facebook manages to make it feel comfortable for everyday human beings using the coin, they might surpas bitcoin in terms of marketcap - but who knows? I've always thought that the big flaws in cryptocurrency is that its volatile, and no one really knows what it is (again "normal" people) Facebook is one of the largest companies in the world, who has people actively using their site from all over the world! even old people! imagine facebook could convince those people using their coin..

I think its time to buy some :-) - It might've bounced 2 or 3 $ downwards, but this wont kill the coin so im pretty sure that we'll see it rise again.

I think You should move this post to announcements

Oh people inadvertently lose $ 300,000))) And you say the coins are not sent there. Before we take any action, we need to make sure 10 times that everything has been done correctly. After all, this is infinite space and no one will return the money to you.
Exactly! - But its also one of the flaws in the crypto world! Lets say that the future payment method would be e.g btc worldwide for every human on the earth - its easy for me to see alot of lost bitcoins flying around in the network because the "techdummies" who needs to transfer lets just say 10$ wont check the address 10 times. If its not easy to use, then you lose a lot of potential users.
|
|
|
There isn't a way to fix this. Once you sent your funds to another address that is not belonged to you or not your intent to send to, then that's your fault and you technically lost the money. There's no way in fixing this kind of stuff.
This is what i meant by fix it It would be good if wallets implemented a verifier to see if the address is at least a valid one, if not the right one.
it really a big hurdle for the cryptoworld that techdummies feel unsafe using cryptocoins/wallets - because theres alot of them! If you really want your coins to grow, you also gotta target the techdummies!

Nice to get your pov guys.. as i mentioned i didnt lose any coins, and i didnt mean any specific Coin, but i think that its a huge problem for the crypto world, that you're unable to retrieve lost coins.. especially when almost every banks areal able to revert transactions! I mean if we want to digitalize currencies and make them anonymous, we really need to make it easy for "normal" people to use them, and also "safe" to use and idiot proof . Im working with IT and believe me you'd get surprised how stupid people are in general when they're using PC's - so imagine if You ask them to transfer some kind of digital currency to a digital wallet with 20+ characters - it's easy for me to Imagine how many coins would get lost

Hi guys First of all - i haven't been sending anything to a wrong address, I Always Double check the addresses if not tripple check But! I've been thinking about all those post about people sending their coins to a wrong address - isn't there a way to fix this? What happens if you type in a wrong address and send it? - You probably just lost your coins. Someone might be lucky enough to have this address, otherwise your coins would be stuck in wallet controlled by no one. Im not sure how the delegation of addresses works, but could i end up with a wallet with x amount of a coin in it just by creating new wallets? Wallet addresses is a hexadecimal number, which cointains more possible addresses, than humans existing on the earth - Of course not 100% correct beacuse a coins address whould be same lenght +- which will restrict the possible amount. Why? Because of safety? Or maybe the posibilty to scale the network? is there any coins with some kind of function that checks if the recieving wallet address has ever been active? If not - Why? would it ruin any kind of privacy/anonymity?

Dude - This is not something to discuss - If you look at CMC you'd see that almost 80% of its value came the last 24 hours.
And by the look of your announcement of the site, you probably have a leg in the dev/community camp :-)

Top 20 coins is always a good place to start. Before you start investing i'd recommend you to read alot! Articles, charts etc. (Remember bitcointalk is the best place to start ) Here is what i did when i start: I found a top 20 coin, found a coin with reasonable price(From my pow), and started reading about it. Read read read - read some more - think about investing then read some more

Personally i think that ADA has the posibility to reach the 1$ mark again - Theres alot of different factors that applies for it to reach that price again, but i definitely think it's possible.

I loved one thing people believing on solution or Solution for the problem using crypto currency . If many ppl is believing in a project it will succes sooner or later - But if its a solution to a problem really depends on the adaptation of the project. Lets take Ripple in example - The coin is not adopted by banks, but the technology behind the transactions is adopted. Do you find any currency really solve the problem??
That depends on what problem? - Many project ain't the solution to a problem, but a guidance to reach the solution.

This might seem like a stupid question But. I've been wondering whats the benefits of a Stable-coin? I haven't seen any places where you can pay with lets say Tether - so what makes people "invest" in this coin? From my point of view the only rational reason to invest in Tether - is to trade for other Cryptocurencies. But then again i might've missed something Enlighten me
