I am not quite understand on this point, how could you set a fair sport-betting on certain match that's been set up. I believe it's a common secret that some games has their final score heavily manipulated for certain people's benefit

We at Faireum uses a system called RNG (Random number generator to ensure fair and unalterable gaming experience.

Starting  from  game  selection,  the  random  number  generation  and  the  payout  system,  the industry  involves  a  rigorous  process  which  affects  the  player  the  most.  Other  blockchain platforms  do  not  support  a  Random  Number  Generator,  but  the  Faireum  blockchain  uses the totally fair and transparent RNG service. In order to let the users know the fairness of the game,  the  design  of  our  FVM  combines  multi-factor  random  number  generation  algorithm, which is different from the traditional pseudo-random number or Hash + timestamp variant random  number.  The  Faireum  blockchain  combines  the  generation  of  the  random  number with its block structure/consensus mode and will reserve the corresponding data field in the block to generate the random number.

I am thinking, since you have your own blockchain does this mean you are set to have your main net? If so when and what is going to happen to your tokens? Will there be token swap later on?

Once the Faireum ecosystem is released, there will be three major participants in the Faireum token economics: users, network supporters (nodes), and developers. Faireum will also build a marketplace on FSN for listing games and Dapps. Before the public release version of the Faireum blockchain, all Faireum tokens will be minted based  on  the  ERC20  standard  on  Ethereum.

In  the  first  release  version  of  Faireum,  the genesis  block  would  produce  the  same  amount  of  coins  for  1:1  exchange  between  Faireum and  Ethereum.

Faireum  tokens  on  the  blockchain  will  be  the  main  circulating  token  for  our gambling ecosystem. Accompanied by the functional improvement and the incorporation of partners, the application of Faireum tokens will be diversified. In the future, Faireum token in the Faireum blockchain will become the native currency of the Faireum Environment.

14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Adoption Spreading Fast In The Automotive Industry on: February 27, 2019, 08:24:23 AM
Bitcoin Adoption Spreading In The Automotive Industry

In the article, there is also a directory of licensed car dealerships that accept bitcoin.

Bitcoin adoption is spreading like wildfire in the automotive industry, its worth sharing so more people will know. Its very interesting to see this many authorized car dealerships accept cryptocurrency as a payment method and the list appears to be growing.
This is most likely to happen. Many industries today have introduced blockchain technology to their business structure thus increasing productivity and scalability to their companies.
15  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: ★ Gambling vs Forex vs Crypto Trading ★ on: February 23, 2019, 04:09:54 AM
Hello guys,

Today I am going to share my own experience about gambling, forex & Crypto trading. Although i am new in the forum but Its already been 5 years that i am connected with crypto trading, forex & gambling. I think its like a puzzle for new users to take decision where to start or not. Many of us working hard to earn from online  and looking for a reliable source of earning. For that reason i will try to describe my own experience with all of our new comers.

Gambling is a popular source of earning. There's been a lot of gambling projects going on successfully. Its true that you can earn a lot from gambling if your luck is on your favour. Here you have a big chance to make it 2x,4x,10x and on the other hand your balance could be zero too.

Personally i will suggest not to engage with gambling without enough fund. If you have fund limitation than you can't cover your loses where big amount holders can do it easily. Many people beleive that if you maintain good strategy on gambling than you can earn a lot. But in real i think it has no value. As an example you put bet on bet365 where you select football team Barcelona on spanish la liga as your side. Yeah its true that Barcelona is strong enough to win but you can't be 100% sure. So there is no way to deny that gambling is nothing but a risky source of earning.

Forex is a famous source of earning for online investors. Millions of people worldwide connected with forex. From my experience its is a good platform to trade foreign currency. But it is to notify that without enough knowledge and experience you can't make profits there. where i beleive if anyone wants to engage with forex he/she should learn every single basic.

As an example i wish many of our users knows about IQ option. Its a broker of binary trading where you have a chance to make your fund 100x in a couple of minutes. But there's chances to make your fund zero too. Its kinda simillar with gambling. There's many brokers available in forex but you always have to put it on mind that your strategy & knowledge will play the main role.

Crypto Trading

Crypto currency is showing its power to all over the world. Where its already been a favourite destination for online investors and traders. There's been a lot of advantags in crypto trading for a new user. Crypto trading have got lower amount risks than gambling & forex. Where in gambling & forex you always have a chance that your fund can be zero.  But in crypto trading you can get notifications from exchanges if any of your purchased token or coin going to be delisted. There's always a chance for you to recover your fund.

Yeah as like as other source of earning you need your own strategy, knowledge & experience for crypto trading. Its a place where you can invest and hold an established coin easily for your future profits.

 Honest Review from myside:

I want to say for our new comers that its not an easy task to earn from online. Before invest somewhere you should learn regarding knowledges about your targeted source of earning. I beleive its your skill, strategy, and experience will guide you to your bright future. Personally its been a long time I left gambling and also not so regular on forex now. In recent time i am totally spending time with crypto trading. As a trader I beleive its a golden chance  to make a entry on crypto world. Its going be a wise decision to invest and hold crypto IMO.

Great points, and I would add to that, that gambling is by far something that could be improved by a lot in the sense of odds and transparency in the industry. There is a reason people lose SO MUCH MONEY in online gambling. Because odds are stacked against them.

And frankly, that's not even HALF the problems gamblers face.

What about:

- Withheld bonuses
- Account restrictions due to locations
- Hidden fees (withdrawal fees)
- Withdrawal restrictions
- Limits and slow processing speed of payouts
- Risk of fraud

We think of the gambling industry, and say "Oh poor Charlie" just when it comes to the losses. But what about the daily struggles they face practically?

Blockchain can come in and literally save the gambling industry and generate new profits for everyone. I don't think it's a matter of gambling VS forex VS stock trading.

Gambling is its own thing, and can be very powerful for people. If Blockchain were inserted into the gambling industry, you wouldn't even be trying to compare it to forex trading, stock trading etc. Because it would be its own unique thing - just un-comparable.

Hope that helps!

17  Economy / Economics / Re: Investing in Bitcoin in 2019? on: February 23, 2019, 03:58:04 AM
I've always been watching bitcoin since mid-2013 up to now, and the market/bubble is painfully toxic. I'm not a big investor or economist, and I probably still only have superficial knowledge on how the entire blockchain systems work.

I just patiently watch the graph, and keep telling myself not to invest because everyone tells me it's a giant bubble that will someday pop. Recently, I started to run a few side businesses dealing in Bitcoin as payment methods, but I've never stored it long term and always converted it to cash.

I remember back in 2014 when I first thought of investing in Bitcoin as a long-term investment, and obviously was pressured out of it because everyone kept thinking it was a bubble that was about to burst. I'm starting to think about it again now that Bitcoin is starting to crash - and generally speaking in the past it's done quite well after crashes, recovering and increasing every once in a while.

What do you guys think? Is it worth it to give it a try? This would be my second crypto investment, and I'd be throwing in $5-10,000 at most. Any ideas? others have pointed out, perhaps you're too late into the game. But the truth of the matter is, you can never really know. Will bitcoin go to 100000? Will it go to 0.0000111?

No one knows, and that's the tricky part.

BUT: the question is what do you believe when it comes to the bitcoin story.

And to start the question earlier, what do you believe when it comes to the blockchain story. Is it here to stay? Is it just a fad that will go away?

If you say "yes, blockchain is here to stay" then probably you can ask your self then "well, is bitcoin here to stay"

But you can't say "is bitcoin here to stay" unless you have first answered it "blockchain here to stay"

If I were in your shoes, I would be looking in up and coming projects that have strong infrastructure, a strong team, and solve real industry problems. The world has been stuffed with fintech and financial service related projects/coins. But what about ALL the other industries? Healthcare, construction, politics, gambling, sports, entertainment etc etc

Start diversifying your portfolio to include a series of industries, and don't get suck with just one coin/altcoin.

If you are looking into gambling projects, you can always check out our project here. (No plug intended)
18  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What will you do when the market goes down? This is my advice on: February 23, 2019, 03:52:37 AM
I find that many people have a habit of holding ETH, BTC, altcoin for a long time and always hoping that it will rise again. If you are a trader, you will lose money for that. Set small target and sell them when you see profits. I only need 3-5% profit when trading.

If you see the market going down, stop loss before it's too late. You may lose 5-10% of the capital but when the market goes down you can buy more btc, eth when you hold btc, eth, altcoin.

Sell all ETH, BTC into Stable Coin when the market goes down

Wait until the market goes up...?

How do you know, with short term trades, how much higher it will go or how much longer?

The problem with short term trading (or swing trades) is that you go in and out of the markets, because in fact you don't believe that the specific crypto you are trading will be relevant for the long run. If you really believe in the bitcoin/blockchain story, you don't buy and sell immediately.

That's not investing, that's gambling. And if you're so much into gambling, check out

You'll make a heck of a lot more with transparent gambling and fair odds, compared to going in and out of the markets.

PS This is not financial advise Wink
19  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Most Promising Cryptocurrencies to Invest in 2019 on: February 23, 2019, 03:49:12 AM
Markets are already heading into a good direction. I don't know that you can call it bullish, but it's definitely going up.

The crash the crypto markets experienced was important, because now there's lots of upside potential (compared to before, where there was more downside potential.)

Frankly, I would look into new projects and current projects. Start with the gold standards of the industry: Bitcoin, ETH etc etc.

However, also diversify by looking at new ones coming up, because those are the ones that will increase in value the most.

Think of it this way: what will get more % return? A coin that is already worth a few thousand dollars, or an upcoming token that is trading under a dollar?

This is all subjective of course, but if you want to maximize your return, you should be looking at smaller cap coins/projects, because these have the greater upside potential (a multi billion dollar market cap, is harder to turn into hundred billion dollar, instead of a million dollar into billion dollar.)

Having said that, there's risk involved in smaller projects. So I always tell people: invest in projects that solve a problem. Gambling has a HUGE problem at the moment, whether it is the social stigma, the unfair odds or the money laundering. There's a reason gambling has historically attracted criminal activity and problems, and blockchain can do a lot to reverse all of that with the public ledger.

I don't mean to pitch a project, and want to keep the convo quite neutral, but do have a look at what we've been doing at Faireum.

You won't be sorry Wink

Good luck man!
20  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I've got $20k to invest. Please recommend! on: February 23, 2019, 03:41:39 AM
Looking into ICOs with infrastructure and some type of prototype. The good o'l days of investing in ICOs that just had an idea, are gone and those days shouldn't have existed to begin with.

Several people in this thread mentioned gambling sites - that is an excellent choice for an investment, if you can vet through all the several options for gambling companies.

Of course, we don't mean gamble your money away, but rather invest in these companies (buy into their ICO, or trade their token etc.)

As I said earlier however, try and look into projects with infrastructure. In gambling there's lots that needs to be built when it comes to the details of it.

Ultimately the following needs to be achieved:

- Security
- Avoidance of high fees
- Avoidance of unfair odds
- Safety & Transparency
- Avoidance of tax evasion and money laundering

Blockchain is the perfect technology to achieve all of the above.

Do your due diligence, and good luck!

Feel free to even look up our gambling project that we're preparing over at Faireum
