When I said original I meant instructions for version 1 of the airport, I have the last AirPort Extreme router Version Apple made , I think series 5 and the guide menu is different from the tutorial link u sent. Yes did that as well. I think I'm going to reflash the sd card. because something got broken when the hashrate was at 0. Maybe I'll even reformat the USB.
ok - I apologize if I was providing steps that you already took - just trying to remember all the hangups I had to getting mine started. I would start with the SD card before going thru the USB reformat. let me know how it goes! I hope you get back up and running soon! No worries! Flashing the card did not fix it so I deleted the Litecoin folder in the USB and transfered a new blockchain and now the node is up and syncing. I guess the blockchain got corrupted somehow, but really odd because I didn't touch anything it just happened. hopefully its not a bad usb stick

Thanks, Stryfe For sending me threw the right path, Now There isn another Node up and running im a total newb, anyone has advice or a video on how to open port 9333. I have a Apple Airport Xtreme router, here is some pictures of setting what do i have to change to make it work thanks
I do not know mac's very well but I would assume it has more to do with your router - you need to log into the router - I have never used the router in question so I am not able to verify if this is 100% correct but here is a site I found that states it walks thru how to do a port forward with your router https://portforward.com/apple/airport-extreme/So this morning the miner went to 0 hashrate (but still on) and the node offline. I restarted everything and the miner is now mining but the node is not coming back up. I get the "node starting" screen but after 20 minutes it goes to the "node offline" screen.
when you restarted everything - did you open a new browser window? if not, try that. did you start the node via the webpage gui? if so, try this - turn off Apollo at the psu - restart it and then open a new browser window/tab and see if that helps - the node should start itself when you power cycle the miner. I had the problem where I was not aware of this and I was trying to start the node via the web gui and that was wrong.

Thanks instructions i found https://www.rainmachine.com/support/portforwarding/Port-Forwarding-Apple-AirPortExtreme-Router-for-HTTPS.pdf im a total newb, anyone has advice or a video on how to open port 9333. So today i final got my node package from futurbit, i put in the micro sd card, put in all my info set it up and started mining, waited 2 hours to make sure it all worked fine.so after that i plugged in the usb in the back of the Apollo, reset the Apollo from the dash board .Now 15 minutes past and i look at the node dash board an i get this error There is a problem fetching system stats (Invalid params, response status code: 500) what did i do wrong or how can i fix it, i thought buy buying the kit it would be all nice and good..... I also had this bug, refresh your page to "root menu" (the basic ip of your Apollo) and go back to the node, or just be patient, it'll refresh alone (it could take several minutes). you have to sync the blocks, it could take long time sometimes. But basically, even if it take times (it's no an Asus with i9 and 64Go Ram ) Apollo will do the job. If you have this bug, it's that you're not too far to reach the end ;-) okay, thanks i will wait going to sleep and see how it goes in the morning

Its all luck when it comes to good shares. 2 days is not much of a sample size. For example one of my test units has been up for 44 days...its best share is 78k.
oh for sure, my best share since I bought it is less than 5k - have not ever had a higher share on litecoin. have been on 4 or 5 pools with it. note: it has found almost a dozen digibyte blocks though. how and were are u mining Digibyte,... With the apollo?

My new Apollo just arrived today. It literally took me 10 minutes to put it together and have it mining. Insane!!!
Update: Some time in the night, the miner just stopped working and now the apollo appears to be dead.
Update 1: After a little bit of a panic session, I reflashed the SD card and all appears to be well. Apparently the power went off sometime in the night here and fragged the filesystem enough to forget about the GPIO pins, so the hardware monitor wasn't starting. Also added it to the UPS.
Yea SD cards dont like hard shutdowns. Always turn off the miner through the shutdown interface. This will be especially important with the Full Node update coming out soon. Jstefanop.......When do U figure the Full Node update is coming out...

Hey, I just got this Futurebit Apollo and I keep getting this error message below. I see that there have been a few people with the same problems, I've tried what I've seen and it hasn't worked. Any idea's before I just give up?
It seems there is a problem to communicate with the miner, check error message.
Error: connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:4028
Wait at least 1 minute, if problem persists, try to restart the miner, check the settings or try to reboot the system.
Did u get it with or without the SIM card...
