Well, it was a fun ride to be honest...
Only because they let their users play on a bugged game, they cancel their withdrawal requests after and accuse them of exploiting a bug on purpose when it's THEIR fucking fault to publish a buggy game to the public in the first place.
I had no clue the game was bugged and being updated at the moment of playing it.. So, accusing me of abusing/exploiting a bug on PURPOSE is just bullshit!
I got pretty lucky hitting 4k x and 14.8k multiplier as can be seen on the screenshot below.
I could use the money for my father who has 3 bypasses but nope
They wiped $900 off of my account

We have already discussed this with you for hours, you played a game that was previously disabled due to a bug during the update for it. Towers was not showing mines when you went through the game.
Yes, you did exploit it knowingly because after you did it one time, you did it 5-10 more times in the few minutes it took for us to update the game.
Lastly, you never made a deposit so we didn’t forfeit your deposit or anything. We gave you 400 TRX for the issue when you had 2 TRX before you used this bug.
Please take a look at these two bet IDs and you will see how one doesn’t have any mines/gems on it and another works properly.

You could have notified your users before updating the game, they wouldn't have played it then... Like I said, it's your fault
What are you talking about? exploiting it knowingly? I was just playing normally, thinking I hit a lucky streak for once! This is why I kept playing and trying to hit the next highest multiplier...

You have to stand by your mistakes and not make other users responsible for exploiting/abusing a game when it's not even ready to be played by your users because it's buggy and you didn't tell your members about it! That's why one should test their things before fucking publishing them to the public
And for the 400 TRX.... I had 17,900 TRX in my balance, I made a withdrawal of 17,500 TRX that left me with 400 TRX.
Couple minutes after that, my withdrawal request was deleted, I created a support ticket in your Discord server and Tangot or whatever his name is told me that he will add 100 TRX to my account, that would've made my total balance to 500 TRX I could withdraw, but I got nothing.. hours after that, my balance was still at 400 TRX
He just closed the fucking support ticket without a fucking response after I asked him about that...
And kicking users out of your discord because of your fucking mistakes is fucking childish man, that's not how a business that wants to gain trust should operate.
Unblock me on Discord and send me the 17,500 TRX I wanted to withdraw and support my heartsick father with!
You know what? Just keep 2,500 TRX and send me 15,000.

Unfortunatly with this forum we can't get help from a mod to clear this slander/blackmail but that's all this is.
You were banned from the Discord because you started saying rude/awful things to Tangot.

Another user also didn't get the 100 TRX compensation Tangot claimed to add on his account... I'm not the only one

I say it again: I didn't exploit a bug on purpose, I just kept playing because I was thinking I was getting lucky and was trying to hit next highest multiplier on that game.
What the fuck is wrong with that? How should I know the game was bugged?
