1  Other / Off-topic / Re: Entertainment options on: May 07, 2019, 01:40:48 PM
For me my main entertainment are my hobbies.
I like reading very much, spending time with a good book is still one of the things for relazing starting frommy childhood years. I adore to watch fantasy and sci-fi movies too, also to listen to my favourite music (in its case I like the most of all such genres as post-punk, industrial and darkwave) and attend concerts of my favourite bands.
I like sport too, especially running, fitness and such sport games as football and tennis. I adore to play them with my family or friends, watch matches together, make bets https://bonus-br.com/ on our favourite teams and discuss the most interesting/impressive moments.
I adore drawing and some handmade arts too, also writing my own stories sometimes. And I like travelling very much, I hope to visit as many countries as possible during all my life.

I think that in such age you can try to increase your weight and height effectively with many natural ways.
The most helpful among them are:
- eating regurarly more calories than your body burns (you can use special calculators for planning your daily menu)
- eating more protein (it's a main 'builder' for muscles, that's why you need to include more meat, nuts, dailry products etc. in your diet)
- adding more weight lifting into your exercising schedule (it's another important thing for building your muscles, without such exercises your diet will just cause more fat in your body)
- avoding smoking (it's bad habiit for health in general and it's also one of the reasons for being underweighted)

Also if I were you, I would consult with a doc and get tested firstly if I'm really underweighted and need any treatments. Such problem can be also caused with hormonal imbalance, for example symptoms of low testosterone often include it, especially in case of men.

From my own experience I can say that all that methods for fast weight loss aren't more than just a myth. Physical exercises and diets are your best
buddies for this case but yeah, it'll take time, at least several months for getting visible results and longer if you're very overweighted. And in case of diets I really don't recommend to try the strict ones, their help will be short but a general effect on your body will be definetely harmful.

Coolsculpting is a body modification procedure which helps to destroy fat cells with the help of a special device, I tried it here https://mediluxe.ca/en/ several years ago. What can I say... It's really helpful, especially for the 'complicated' areas of body like hips for which physical exercises aren't always effective, and this procedure is cheaper and less harmful for the body comparing with popular liposuction. However general price depends strongly on a certain number of sessions that you'll need for your case, usually it's not the one.

But I should warn you that it's helpful only as an addition to your other methods of weight loss, if you make only coolsculpting and nothing more, you can easily gain weight again and besides in that areas of body which you didn't try to change during the previous procedure. Sadly it's the same like in case of strict diets.

There are very many methods now and it's really individual, for some people some methods are the best, and for some the same ones aren't effective at all so I can just share with my own experience and maybe some of my tips will be useful for you too.
So the most effective ones in my case were:
- avoiding too much sugar and starches in your daily menu
- eating low carb vegetables and food which is a source of fat and protein
- making your exercises regurarly (if it's a basic and not too difficult complex, then you should make them every day, if you prefer gym more, than visiting it 3–4 times a week will be ok)
- leaving one day per week for eating more carbs
- drinking water a half hour before meals
- drinking coffee/tea for boosting your metabolism
- sleeping enough every night (the lack of it is one of the strongest risk factors for weight gain)

Also it's recommended by professional doctors/trainers to check your hormones before the start or later in the process if you don't see visible results after a long time of the weight loss work. For example lack of human growth hormone often causes the weight gain and demands treating in natural or medical ways https://www.hgha.com/hgh-injections-for-sale, also high cortisol, low thyroid and testosterone are a widespread reason for too slow/inefficient weight loss.
5  Other / Off-topic / Re: What are some of your favorite PC games? on: March 29, 2019, 10:56:40 AM
I have many of them! I tried various old and new ones but still in my top list there's a great amount of old games in which I played during my teenage years (it's just my own taste). For example my the most favourite ones are GTA, Command&Conquer and Alien vs Predator series, Half Life 2, Painkiller, Serious Sam, FarCry, CounterStrike, Prey and Doom Smiley And among the newest ones my favourites became Skyrim, World of Warcraft, Portal, Alien Isolation and Deadpool.
I like gambling too so I play sometimes online casino and participate in sports bettings https://188bet-br.com/ (I adore to cheer for my fav tennis team from Brazil), I play mostly for fun, never invested really big money in such games. And I liked some mobile ones too like Gardenscapes, War and Order, Era of Celestials and Empires&Puzzles.

Oh yes, I play them rather often. It was one of main hobbies during teenage years and I still like such games, however now I play them really rarer because in adult life I'm very busy with many other stuff.
I played rather many games in general but my the most favourite ones are the old and 'classic' things like Bloodrayne, FarCry, Half Life 2, Portal, Prey, Serious Sam, Painkiller and CounterStrike. I also got much interest in some online games like Shaiya, Cabal Online and famous World of Warcraft  Smiley
And I like gambling too, especially different online casino and sport bettings https://sportingbet-br.net/, I adore to make bets on my favourite football teams from USA and Brazil. But I play only for fun, I've never been obsessed with winning money in gambling.

Hobbies are one of the main things for connecting people and making new friends. It's the first thing for finding interesting and close topics for discussion, of course it's usually only a beginning of a friendship but it's a perfect start for creating one... Personally I found many friends in this case, for me main things for hobbies were reading, industrial and electronic music, collecting comics and music CDs, drawing and handmade arts. Postcrossing is a very cool hobby in this case because with it you feel connection with other people from all over the world and it's amazing. I adore to participate in it, find new postcards https://masterbundles.com/postcards-creates-and-buy-online-free-postcards-templates/ with interesting design, decorate them or even make with my own hands.
I've got an amazing experience because of that in communicatoon with other people, also many new and interesting stuff for my hobbies (sharing ideas in this case is so awesome! ), many of my best memories are connected with all that things. So I think that almost all my hobbies can be considered as the constructive ones  Smiley

From my own experience with blogging I can add that for making it really successful such things matter:
- using the laptop lifestyle (it's necessary to provide good and creative text content and build trust with an audience)
- wise social media marketing (it's an important tool for promoting your blog but don't make too many accounts in various social networks, that will take much energy from instead of blogging, it's much more effective to have a couple of well-developed ones)
- using WordPress as the most popular and convinient platform from the very beginning (changing the platform later will be really expensive)
- including in your text content awesome images, stock photos bundles https://masterbundles.com/downloads/category/active/stock-photography/ , video and audio (such approach will attract more users and make your blog much more interesting for them)
- becoming a fan of reading (that will be strongly connected with the quality of your own texts, especially in case of reading good literature and other successful blogs)

Go take a walk. I normally remove myself from the situation which is causing me the anger and return later once I've cooled down.
11  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is the WORST movie you have ever seen? on: January 27, 2019, 12:47:15 AM
The new Fantastic Four. I mean, seriously? They spent like the entire movie trying to set the plot up, and ended it right when things were starting to get *somewhat* interesting. I watched it on cinema, too, which makes it suck even more.

I think love is definitely more important than money, because even though you have lots of money and you have no one to go home to or to love, you will still feel incomplete. Money can't buy everything, and love is one of them. If you think someone loves you because you have lots of money, you should better think twice because that is not love.

When I was so young that I didn't have a single care in the world. I could just go outside and climb a tree and just do nothing for hours. A freaking paradise.
