1  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Can any Kind Soul please give a honest review of signaltrader.io ? on: March 19, 2019, 09:45:01 AM
It is never advisable to follow any signals. If you are thinking that you will really earn just by following signals then that is not that easy. Blindly trusting on any signal is the most dangerous thing. Have your own strategy which you have tried and tested.

It is always better to read the market on your own. If you do mistakes while learning it is not a waste it is a investment as you will understand what not to do. If the signal given by someone(company) goes wrong you only know you are in loss but have no clue why? and how?. So, Read how to use the Technical Analysis tools and implement them on trading view and start learning trading.

Do not blindly trust any signal. No one is a expert.
2  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Is Up a Staggering 3% But Can The Rally Continue? on: March 19, 2019, 08:53:06 AM
The price of BTC needs to break the resistance level at $4200. Last few weeks it is testing the resistance but unable to completely break it. Also, we may find a bull run by the last quarter of 2019 as 2020 is next halving. Halving has lead to bull run in the past.

As the market is experiencing volatile conditions, we should back up the prediction with the market experts, who have been the mind and heart of the cryptocurrency market.

Arthur Hayes Bitcoin Price Prediction:

Arthur Hayes, the CEO of crypto derivatives exchange BitMex, on the other hand, have come with a very pessimistic bearish prediction. He changed his earlier prediction statement based on the sudden change in the market. Previously he had stated that BTC has the possibility of reaching $50K by the end of this year, but now he says that BTC will reach as low as $3K and will continue being bearish for the entire 2019.

Anthony Pompliano Bitcoin Price Prediction

In a recent tweet, Anthony Pompliano, founder of Morgan Creek said that Bitcoin isn't going anywhere. He stated that BTC might go as low as $3000, after which it will continue being bullish starting from 2019. He enunciated that there is no reason to freak out on the declining price as Bitcoin's fundamentals are becoming stronger.

3  Local / India / Re: Do you still hold BTC or ETH as the price keeps going down? on: March 18, 2019, 11:22:33 AM
I am still holding. Holding won't be a right word as I am trading using my fund. But, I am not our of the market just because it is bearish.
4  Local / India / Re: Is ThroughBit.com accepting INR deposit/withdrawal? on: March 18, 2019, 11:18:42 AM
No one in this forum uses ThroughBit !!?

I had used it in Nov 2017 but, I did not like it as there wrong orders processed on there site. Sometimes less Coins use to reflect on dashboard and other times more INR use to get withdrawn to send proper funds. I had reached out to their support but, they did assist properly so then I switched to Zebpay.

Currently, https://www.giottus.com/ [best for p2p] , https://coinswitch.co/ [NO KYC] , https://pocketbits.in/ are perfectly working in India.

6  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What do you think of Desktop Wallets and introducing myself. :) on: March 17, 2019, 12:02:43 PM
I always prefer using hardware wallet specially Trezor.

Few desktop wallets are:
  • Jaxx
  • Exodus

You can read more about top wallets here. I feel that the hardware wallets are more safer than compared to the desktop or mobile wallets.

10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Trader Brutally Tortured on: March 15, 2019, 08:11:38 AM
A crypto trader from the Netherlands had been brutally tortured in front of his 4-year-old daughter, by 3 suspects disguised as police.  The investigator suspected that the criminals stole some private keys, passwords that transferred the victim's fund to the suspect's wallet. How could the criminal know his a trader and identity, location? Could this be an inside job?

12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / [Alert] KIN Holders. KIN has has shifted from ERC20 to main-net on: March 14, 2019, 10:51:10 AM
How to Swap your KIN ERC20 tokens to KIN Coins?

  • Visit https://coinswitch.co/kin-swap/.
  • Enter the amount of ERC20 KIN token that you want to swap to KIN coin and click on the “continue” button.
  • Enter your KIN mainnet coin address and the memo, and click on “Exchange” button. (The memo is optional and if your wallet provides a memo then only you should add it.)
  • This will show you an address where you need to send your KIN ERC20 tokens.
  • Once they receive the KIN ERC20 tokens, they will send the KIN mainnet coins to the address you provided. This is a 1-to-1 basis swap so you will receive the same number of KIN coins what send to us. CoinSwitch won’t charge you any fee for this swap.

KIN Wallets

13  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Best Type of Bitcoin Wallet? on: March 14, 2019, 10:28:19 AM
Yes, hardware wallets are the most secure. Sharing an article that has an complete analysis on Trezor and Ledger wallet.

https://coinswitch.co/news/ledger-nano-s-vs-trezor-review-2019-best-hardware-wallet-battle

Best crypto wallets:
  • Trezor
  • Ledger Nano S
  • Ledger Blue
  • KeepKey
  • Jaxx
  • Guarda
  • Exodus

I'll pass on exodus and jaxx, I don't want to risk my life savings with these two, lol!
OP, just head on to Amazon now, they have reasonable price otherwise you can directly buy on ledger official site.

However, if your bitcoin isn't that much, for the meantime you can use electrum wallet but be sure to download on their site as recently we have some phishing attempt.

You found any issue with Exodus and Jaxx or did you read some reviews. Please share there is any issue with those wallets that I would atleast alert my friends who are using it.
14  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: currency exchange on: March 14, 2019, 09:46:18 AM
You can use the below link to sell ETH to BTC:
https://coinswitch.co/coins/ethereum/ethereum-to-bitcoin

If you are using wallets like Guarda, Exodus they have a inbuilt feature were you can swap coins within the wallet. Hope this resolves your query.
Thank you. Is this exchange reliable or money is at risk? How can I know that.

You can checkout the reviews of the exchange they are good. Also, there support service is available across the clock so even if you have any queries you can just get assistance in no time.

Initially when I was using there site I had create a very small amount to check. For me everything went fine so I use it regularly. Last time when I was swapping XRP to BTC I forgot enter the destination tag while sending. But, when I contacted support they helped me out and executed my order.

You can compare prices across top exchanges and buy through any without creating an account

There are few bots which do sentimental analysis and sets the bet accordingly. I have read that the bot takes the tweets and based on the tweets and there response the sentiment is calculated. Have no much experience on this bot but have heard that it works good.

20  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin number of transactions all time high?? BEAR MARKET IS GONE! on: March 10, 2019, 11:28:14 AM
Looks like we are out of bear market!

Please check number of transactions for the Bitcoin. Very close to all time high.
If this is not proof of adoption for some people I don't know what adoption should be like.

https://twitter.com/vradovic/status/1104489493229264896

Number of transaction is one of the factor and also looks like we are out of bear market. Since 2020 is next halving the bull run may start from last quarter of 2019.
