For people who are suggesting "bending the rules" a bit: Of course the terms of the sale need to be honored, including the 750 BTC limit, and probably also the cutoff date. People have invested a huge amount of money according to some set terms, you can't just change them on a whim and make them up as you go. Doing something like that would hurt the credibility of the whole coin. If figures aren't exact and 750 BTC could become 760 BTC, what about other figures in the project? Could the maximum supply of Crypti suddenly become 105M instead of 100M as well?
Sorry if anyone feels like they were "left out". This was the first IPO I was part of, so I have been "left out" of hundreds before (and will be "left out" of hundreds in the future). The world of Crypto is a wonderful place, and there is a new opportunity just around the corner.
Also, it is not set in stone that the IPO investors will make a profit. There is Risk too (not just Reward). A coin based on new source is much more risky than a clone based on a proven/tested source.

People who already bought stakes (before you closed it) should be able to keep it. The difference is only 10 to 12 BTC higher than 750 limit
People bought to the best of knowledge of 750 cap, not 762. So theres no option but refund. Agree, they knew the policy. |

So I guess I will ask again, what are the future plans? To the dev: You stated towards the crypto note team that this will be a community driven coin, with objectives set by the community. ( https://cryptonote.org/coins.php) Unfortunately, up till now I have not seen any questions from your side, let alone a multiple choice pool in which we are able to choose where we would like to head with Aeon. |

To be more clear, I've only mentioned it in the light of the repeating community requests for the max cap, as there won't be any sense to keep the pre-sale going if the said max cap is reached. That said, if we do set a max cap and reach it, and the community will prefer to keep the original period going, we will respect it.
Indeed, however the community reaction to this was quite negative at the time. Moreover our escrow partners have additionally urged us to withstand with the originally announced terms, which we also respect. Could you please elaborate on this? How will we proceed now that the cap is reached? Just wait till August 10th and get your Crypti on your Bter account. Bter left buy order opened, so if you want you can refund yourself by selling CRSALE. So the market will open on 10th of August? Not somewhere this week? |

So far the last 4 post are questions and nobody answer it yet, its better to wait for someone to answer one before asking another one s if not these questions might never be answer,so the questions so far are:
1) the real coin is in alpha , beta version or it has been completed?
2)Do I understand it right that coin will be launched shortly after IPO will be over?
3)Guys what is the advantage of buy CR on pre sale ? If right now i will pay 1 Crypti for 1 BTC ?

1) The coin is in beta status, with block-chain, P2P nodes and transactions operational. Hybrid POS is being finalized these days, and then a work on custom block-chains will commence. 2) Once pre-sale is over, the coin will be launched and distributed. 3) There is a bonus in effect at the moment (25%, if I'm correct). 3) 25% Bonus where on future distribution ? so the price will be 1 CR = 1,25 BTC ? Right now yes, but we will have to wait and see if it stays like that when the market opens |

As best as I can tell from the numbers currently posted, I think we are around 525 BTC right now once you calculate for returns. It looks like the Buy order constitutes roughly 1000 CRSALE and the sell order 200 BTC. The admins at BTER assured us that they are monitoring the numbers closely and will let us know when we are approaching the 750 BTC mark.
how soon after it reached 750BTC it will be the real launched? This is what I would like to know as well  Thanks |

Dev needs to come out and state that Shieldcoin will never Hard Fork to reverse transactions incase of Exchange fraud.............dont let stupid exchanges ever have their asses shielded from incompatence
