The website is available in English, Spanish, Swedish, and soon French and Portuguese. It would be great for you to add another language which is Filipino as there are more gamblers here in the Philippines who are struggling to control their addiction. As I have checked your website, it looks neat and decent to me at least. I choose not to register though as I do not want to input my real details into it. When it comes to your app in the Google Play Store, despite having 1,000 downloads there is no honest and genuine feedback from those who are actually downloading and installing it compare to the Apple App Store, you did have a couple of 5-star reviews. In this area alone, you really need to push for organic honest (and not paid) reviews in the Google Play Store. Just my own honest opinion.

No Draymond tonight for the Warriors as they take on the Denver Nuggets. Given the already large size difference between the teams I think this will be problematic for the Warriors. Jokic should have himself quite a night. Draymond isn’t injured or anything as he’s listed as being out for personal reasons. Still, the Nuggets should easily get this win. We’ll see…
Even with Draymond Green playing I might still be rooting for the Nuggets in this game. Thank you for the update though, this is a plus for my choice. Denver Nuggets - Golden State Warriors - Denver Nuggets (-1.5) @1.7014 games. Wow! It's not easy to pick games so better be careful with our bets. Chicago Bulls - Phoenix Suns - Phoenix Suns ML @1.84 - I am not underestimating the Bulls, I just know KD can be lethal against any team, it's not easy to defend that guy. Caruso is probable to play, the one guy who might have a chance at semi-stopping KD. Dallas Mavericks - Toronto Raptors - Dallas Mavericks (-2.5) @1.71 - With the way Dallas is playing, they might keep this number 2 spot in the Western Conference, well as long as no sudden injuries will happen. Milwaukee Bucks - Detroit Pistons - Milwaukee Bucks (-10.5) @1.66 - Detroit will probably get the first pick next season. So many games, parlay makers will probably take advantage of this. Good luck everyone. I’m a Bulls fan to be honest, but the Suns owned them for the past few years. So I thought that this would be another blowout win by Phoenix due to Bradley Beal playing and he had 13 points sans Devin Booker being out for an injury. For sure, the blowout win would happen if Booker was healthy. The Bulls did compete with an almost healthy lineup but bad decisions had been made during the OT that cost them the game. Despite that I bet for Phoenix to win against Chicago, but I still lost my bet because of thinking that this would be an easy blowout win for them but was proven wrong instead. With their next game against the Pistons on their home court (which they have surprisingly lost during their first meeting), not really sure about the betting odds but maybe the Bulls would have learned their lesson and get their revenge on the young Pistons.

Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Holding for long might not be the best option.
|
on: November 09, 2023, 03:29:49 PM

There has been several occasions of people saying buy and hold without consedring the negative effect it has impacted on many people live. Lets take for instance, when bitcoin was at ATH of about $69k somany people bought at same price expecting it to hit $100k and above while some baugh at the price when it was 40, 50, $60k conservatively. When it was going down to even $20k people keep on holding. Now it's about 2 years since bitcoin fell and never meet up with the price they baught. And they are hoping it comes back after losing huge amount of money. New investors are are taking advages of it while the old investors are regretting.
So I sudjest sometimes if the market is going down beyond bearable measures, there is need to swap your BTC to USDT to keep your capital safe in other to buy back when it is going up to avoid loosing some huge amount of money.
So what's your sudjestion on this.
Not everyone can be pleased about long term holding. It is for those who kept believing in Bitcoin for the long term no matter where the market goes. That is what I do as I kept believing that BTC would finally break through after doing DCA for most of last year with my extra “not beer” money. I bought them somewhere between the $30k to $31k during my first 2 months and then between $19k to $23k after that. I did not swap my BTC to USDT when things gone southward as I kept holding to it and eventually it paid off. Not all of us are lucky and fortunate about keeping our BTC for long. I also allocate some of that to ETH as well, but I have made a bad decision for keeping it in a hot wallet that is vulnerable to hacks and ended up getting drained. As of today BTC is about to climb to $38k so it is really parabolic right now. If the bulls cannot keep up the new support level and crashing the resistance, then most likely we would be losing momentum thus a gradual correction.

2) Don't be so greedy:
Most gamblers are greedy so advising them to settle for less to me is just a waste of time because the main reason why most people gamble is to win big not just to catch fun, most gamblers prefer to accumulate so many games to bring out wood odd so that they can stake with small amounts then expect to win x50 or 30 of their staking capital and since most times the games don't turn out well, risking so many games with small amounts has always been a good deal to so many people because they now see the win as a luck so if they prefer to keep trying with a smaller amount hoping for a lucky day that they will win back the money lost.
Picking few games to gamble on in sports betting especially football is good but lately even the teams you would want to select in your beat may end up disappointing you so I still believe whether you pick few games to bet on or not without been lucky you may not win.
This is really tough to overcome. I had to admit though that this is one area that I am still trying to overcome when I am either doing online gambling or sports betting. I remembered about one guy who got lucky in his parley betting and win big time. It’s on basketball actually. That got him being greedy and in the end he lost all of his winnings in just a matter of minutes. Although he does have a decent amount of salary, he is just having lack of risk management as he kept on withdrawing some of his hard earned money just to do a “revenge bet” only for him to lose it in the end. Temptation is always there either if you are on a winning or losing streak. Learning how to control yourself and limit your spendings is one thing to finally overcome greediness and not end up getting wiped out completely of your hard earned funds.

After accessing your updated website design, here's what my Avast antivirus have detected so far. Seems to me that it referred to the chat section of the website. I'm not sure why though but when I closed the warning, it's just normal and can proceed in playing. And on top of this concern, there's still there's no signup bonuses and TOS as what I have mentioned in my previous reply to this thread. But your new website design's great and smooth at least though for me to play some games you have. I also noticed the SOL balance being moved to upper middle instead of upper right in the previous version. That's just my honest feedback for now.

I still stand in my word to buy the dip and pray for the halving to favour you. Accumulation of BTC is a surety mostly when one knows how stable and more reliable it is for the long run. DCA is still the best proven strategy to get rich slowly, because it would be more profitable after years of accumulated BTC has been liquidated.
DCA is one of the best decisions I've ever made despite that I'm a little too late last year. I should have started DCA when BTC was still around $12k to $16k sometime in mid-2020. I've made a mistake of letting BTC go that time due to having lack of patience and faith. Karma hit me hard when BTC flew past $20k days after I sold my BTC. So I make sure of not making that mistake again by doing DCA with my extra "not beer" money last mid-2022. However, I started DCA around $30k to $31k price before it dipped and hang on somewhere around $19k to $23k price. As of this time, I am at a profit and decided to keep holding and anticipate for the halving next year and also speculating about pending ETFs like Blackrock to be approved that would be a possible big catalyst to a potential bull run.

Probably when I have no more extra funds to gamble. Of course, addiction is one thing that we need to control these days regardless if we're on a winning or losing streak.
I remembered the time when I cannot really control myself from gambling and had to borrow money from my friend only to lose it. I felt guilty about it but the good thing is that my salary arrived a few days later and paid my friend back.
In order that I should continue online gambling, I need to have a steady income source every month and not spending way above my limit to control myself. Once I am satisfied with the winnings, I would immediately stop and not being too greedy.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When is the Bear and Bull Markets for Altcoins?
|
on: November 08, 2023, 08:36:57 AM
|
Hey guys! I made some research and I didn't see this topic and I want to make comments there and since I could not get anyone here so I decided to drop this one. I have been hearing bitcoin bear market and the bull market but I have not really heard of a bear and bull market for Altcoins. So I will like to know the bear and the bull market of the altcoins or are they following the market price of bitcoin? Bitcoin is a project on it own and has it own blockchain and network and likewise with Altcoins.
Some of the Altcoins are good to invest but most of us are not aware of that if they are good because there is no bull time for them. And the way I see at them they are just going along with bitcoin. So some of the Altcoins are waiting for the next bitcoin bull market. So my humble question is there no bull market for Altcoins? If yes, there is, then when is the expectation and if no why?
At first I thought that the bear run would be within the first 6 months of the year and the bull run would be in the last 3 months. However, that was not the case anymore because the cryptocurrency market is so unpredictable these days and is highly volatile. Last 2018, we thought that it would finally recover but it got even worse. From almost $20k, it fell down briefly below $2k before settling around $3kish and the market did not really recover much until the late-2020s when BTC broke above $20k for the first time and even got up to $30k. At the end of the day, it is all about anticipating the unexpected and we should be more prepared to any situation and acknowledging the results no matter what.

At first I do not want to have my own casino because I'm not really into gambling back then. However, one of my customers who is just a college student years ago playing in our then-computer shop, has now owned his own online casino and hired many agents under his wing.
Until now they are still doing good. I've met him during a big Web3 conference last year and had no idea about running his own online casino and a gaming guild. When I reconnected with him, I saw what he achieved as he supported my local Web3 meetups since January of this year.
Because of his hardwork and perseverance, it really inspired me to think about building my own online casino in the near future but I do not want to compete with him. Maybe I will just be doing my homework like requirements, licenses, etc., to really begin my own.
If I was not hacked big time as well as bad decisions and victimized by rug pulls, I would have a budget to start my own online casino like my friend.

Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have we seen the lowest low of this bear market?
|
on: October 28, 2023, 11:54:55 PM
|
In my own instinct, we cannot be sure if we already saw the bottom of the current market situation today.
There are guys who are like "$30k, $25k, $20k, etc. is the new bottom", but eventually surpassed their expectations and got even lower than that.
I believe that there would be unexpected happenings along the way without us knowing that the market may tumble anytime after successfully staying at a specific range for so long.
Just like today since the listing of IBTC in the DTCC, the price is just steady within the $33.8k to $34.2k as of this time of writing. Although that the bulls are doing their best to maintain a key support level, that doesn't mean we are out of the woods yet.
Probably the next big black swan who might have the "FTX-level" impact would be a challenge for the Bitcoin bulls to hold on as much as possible making sure that the support level wouldn't break to avoid further retracement going south.
So for me, there's still a possibility that we could still revisit the lowest of the lows in the current crypto market if ever the bulls would lose momentum in keeping the support level steady and strong.
You can predict what you want but there is no way you can outsmart the unpredictable market conditions whether if it's on a bearish or bullish trend.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto security tools you need before farming airdrops
|
on: October 28, 2023, 02:56:05 PM
|
Airdrops today that would get a good value are like a needle in a haystack. It just fills your wallet with shit coins and I think I am over with that. Although the proposed security measures are a good idea, I think it is still better if we keep our wallets clean from this. Stock the meaningful tokens/coins even if they are cheap in price. It's like the OP said, airdrops are a waste of time and effort and we jeopardize our wallets by receiving them. In the past, I would gladly take all the airdrops because 10 percent of them gained value in just a short amount of time, especially in the ICO era. Now, every developer just keeps on making shit coins thinking they could use it as bait to get some money from a fool investor that would buy their coin, or a shot to the moon that it could be hyped one day like other meme coins did.
At least not all of the airdrops are trash but just the majority of it. Maybe only less than 1% of them are reliable. Would like to mention some of the notable retroactive drops with at least decent to insane amount of rewards. - Uniswap - Axie Infinity (AXS) - Shapeshift (FOX) - DappRadar - Synthetix - Aqua - Aptos - Arbitrum - Optimism - Arkham Intelligence - Celestia - Big Time People are already in FOMO mode to farm these retroactive drop activities to fully cement their status to qualify even without knowing either if they’re gonna launch a token, revealing the snapshot date, etc. Now I am just being selective only to those that I want to interact like having a big funding raise, partnering eith Binance Labs and more. Doing these tasks are very time consuming to be honest especially with my previous experience on Linea testnet voyage and ended up just having a Beta commemorative NFT with no monetary value at all (but maybe a possible multiplier). Good thing I only use a burner wallet that I can afford to lose since my balance is just small only to pay for gas fees, testing Dapps, minting NFTs and more.

Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Educating unemployed friends about Bitcoin
|
on: October 28, 2023, 01:26:01 PM
|
First of all I am the only person in my area who has a basic understanding of Bitcoin. That is, in the region where I live, no one but me knows about Bitcoin.
The maximum number of friends I hang out with are unemployed. They are not uneducated they are all well educated in their respective positions but due to lack of adequate facilities they are unable to find any employment. When we walk together I talk to them about Bitcoin but they tell me that they have only heard about Bitcoin on various social media and they think that if anyone is involved in Bitcoin, the administration of our country will arrest them. Because it is through this kind of news that they are aware of Bitcoin. But when I tell them that I have a rough understanding of Bitcoin. Then they don't want to believe me when I tell them all about bitcoin they believe me. And I assure them if we all get involved in Bitcoin maybe our unemployment will go away. Because there are enough ways to earn money with Bitcoin.
Out of all my friends two of my friends have some savings and when I told them about the investment they became very interested in investing but I didn't tell them only the positive aspects of the investment I told them the negative aspects. And I know the rest of my friends would also be interested in learning about Bitcoin but I just don't know how to start teaching them about it. Because bitcoin crypto currency is completely illegal in my country. So how can I help my friends in this regard?
Hope you guys can give me proper feedback on this and help me move forward in helping them.
What really impressed me in your story is that not only you give them the positives and opportunities but also the negatives and risks as well to be fair and transparent. And yes I agree the fact the opportunities in Bitcoin doesn’t not restrict only towards invest and hold, trading, mining, payment method for your products and services, etc., but it’s actually a gateway towards multiple opportunities in the cryptocurrency and Web3 space. When I was in my first months of my crypto journey, I kept learning more about Bitcoin and some ways to earn money with it. However, that leads me to exploring much beyond by going into altcoins and see multiple opportunities to earn as well. Thanks to Bitcoin where it really started my journey and one of the reasons of who I am today being a passionate educator, keynote and panel speaker in various universities and communities. Hoping that your unemployed friends will be exploring even more beyond Bitcoin so that they can be helped with their own finances aside from yours. But of course as you’ve mentioned about their hard-earned savings, I do not think encouraging them to spend it for Bitcoin would be a good choice. They can earn Bitcoin and altcoins for free in many ways rather than coming from their own savings. Just my two sats.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / XRP airdrop incoming for the Uphold users
|
on: October 28, 2023, 12:53:09 PM
|
Source: https://cryptopotato.com/ripple-xrp-airdrop-incoming-at-this-cryptocurrency-exchange-but-theres-a-catch/If you have been an Uphold user and was trading/holding XRP for quite sometime, there is an upcoming airdrop for the users. However, I have noticed that only US customers of Uphold are qualified for this airdrop which means the rest of the countries are not eligible. After Uphold teamed up with Ripple Labs, they have increased their total airdrop allocation from 10,000 to 20,000 XRP. It was known that Uphold did not abandoned and removed XRP from the list of their supported cryptocurrencies during the Ripple’s 3-year legal battle with the US SEC. And it was all paid off due to their recent victory over SEC which is why they have forged a strong partnership recently. What are your thoughts and reactions about this one guys? Would love to hear it from the community. Thanks!

Economy / Economics / Re: Free Investment tips
|
on: October 28, 2023, 12:43:35 PM

4. Health: This is also a free investment that we can make, whether it's physical or mental. Regular exercise and a balanced diet will give us energy and clear thinking. Let's not underestimate having a healthy mind and body, because it is one of our investments in the struggle of life. Did you know that a bedridden person prays that they can get up and do what they want in life? They regret why they didn't take care of their bodies when they were in their prime when they had the chance. So you are now able to take care of your health for a clearer future. You don't want what you're struggling with now to be eaten by others because your health can't handle it anymore. Out of all the free investment tips that you have mentioned, health is always my best investment. You know why? Because we only have one chance to live, so we need to make the most out of our limited time on this beautiful planet. How can we fully enjoy what we have if our health is not right? This reminds me of a story being shared on Facebook years ago where a wealthy guy was terminally ill. He vowed to spend millions to the doctors, surgeons, etc., just to be cured from his illness but unfortunately it is now on the final stage and there’s no other way but to accept his fate. I started my crypto journey last 2017 and I was overweight. I weighed somewhere between 82 to 84 kg and was eating too much carbohydrates. I was too complacent thinking that it’s okay because I’m still young. Over the years I’ve enjoyed my crypto journey and living the life that I’ve wanted for so long, but my health is not really right at all. I started to experience some symptoms such as continuous itching of my feet and a slightly high blood pressure. I was self-alarmed after observing it for months. When I researched, it was one of the common symptoms of diabetes and it is something that I do not want to end up to. Good thing I was not yet diagnosed but probably close to that. So I decided to transition to low carb keto diet last November 2021. In just one year, I have managed to lose weight and look younger. From 84.7 kg down to 63.9 kg. And not only that, my lab results are great as I have transitioned my source of energy from carbs to fats. Right now I am just maintaining my weight as I do not want to go even lower that makes me too skinny lol. It is truly one of the best decisions in my life as I am aiming to live a longer healthy life while enjoying my crypto and Web3 journey. Investing into Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies and our careers would just be on the least of my priorities as the main ones would always be our health and family.

Bitcoin / Legal / Turkey is eyeing finalization of taxing cryptocurrencies by next year
|
on: October 28, 2023, 11:20:42 AM
|
Source: https://cryptonews.com/news/turkey-projects-finalization-of-cryptocurrency-taxes-by-next-year.htmTo further strengthening the regulation within the country, the Turkish government is now projecting to finalize crypto taxes sometime next year. However, they did not mention in the article yet about the percentage of tax that will be imposed on cryptocurrencies converting to fiat in any regulated bank, digital bank, remittance or so. India's crypto taxation currently stands at 30% which is somewhat "too much" in the eyes of many. In my opinion, crypto taxation would be a great challenge for the government in tracking our transactions especially when it involves the cryptocurrencies that we have in our non-custodial wallets. Usually capital gains and/or realized income would be the main basis of computing our taxes when converting cryptocurrencies to fiat money. I believe regulation is far more better than just outlawing or outright banning them them but a double-edged sword for decentralization, data ownership and user privacy no matter which country you are in as they are aiming to co-exist with cryptocurrencies leading to massive adoption.

|
on: October 28, 2023, 10:09:40 AM

Although I am not saying that $100,000 per BTC is impossible to achieve, but in reality it may have a very slim chance depending on the next big hype that is going to happen like what Elon Musk did last 2021.
But in my own instinct. I think there wouldn't be someone who can do much bigger influence than Elon Musk did last time during the days where BTC almost reached $70k.
I have yet to reach x2 of my BTC investment as I still have long ways to go since I've done DCA for most of last year. I am aiming for a specific target price before selling. Once it pulls back, I will be setting my specific buying position as well.
The crypto market will always have the final say as their movement is not in our control. Even if we are that skilled in predicting, reading the charts, technical analysis, etc., it won't be perfect as there will be unexpected happenings along the way.

Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Whether Bitcoin ETFs are approved or not, we expect bullish trend
|
on: October 28, 2023, 09:45:32 AM
|
A crypto investor, Crypto Tony, believes that since the market is often controlled by large investors, market conditions can change at any time. A temporary increase in the price of Bitcoin may be a strategy used to increase liquidity in the market. That is why he wanted to know the opinion of his followers on the X twitter platform for the purpose of investors. Tony thinks people are blindly investing because Bitcoin ETFs will be approved, what if it isn't? Some disagreed with his statement, saying they felt the SEC was too late to approve Bitcoin ETFs, and that is why they would approve the ETFs. Crypto Simon, a famous trader who agree with Tony, shares the same view that if ETFs are not approved, there could be a big fall in cryptocurrencies, which he believes everyone should be prepared in advance. Bitcoin reached its highest price in the last 1 year and four months with its price rising above $35000. However, Bitcoin has been quite bullish recently based on a fake news story about ETFs Approval. Despite the rumors, Bitcoin movement still in bullish trend. In this situation, if Bitcoin ETF applications are not approved, will Bitcoin not be bullish? Only 2 months left of this year. We expect a potential halving event for Bitcoin in the coming year of 2024. If the Bitcoin ETF is not approved by this time, could we still see a bullish movement in Bitcoin price Until the Halving event ends? I wouldn't really expect too much about the bullish trend because it is not in our control. We cannot just solely rely on ETFs as the other strong catalysts behind the strong rally apart from the much-anticipated Bitcoin halving. Plus there will be no guarantees on whether an ETF will be approved or not on a specific date because the US SEC can change their minds by either postponing or declining the approval. It's something that we should be prepared as well. The black swans would appear at any moment without warning for the FUD to kick in that would cause the market to go downturn unexpectedly. If ever the Bitcoin ETF was not approved and waiting for the halving period of Bitcoin, the bullish trend is still not really guaranteed. Time will tell and let's see what happens after that.

Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Legends of Constellation (LOC) rug pull and exit scam

Source: https://bitpinas.com/business/legend-of-constellations-rugpull/Ever since nakita ko itong Legends of Constellation, alam ko na mangin next rug pull in the making toh. Nung nakita ko pa lang mga ROI tables nila for each tier ng character nila, alams na agad. Plus hindi ito talaga crypto NFT game dahil wala sila sa data aggregators from CoinMarketCap at Coingecko. It means to say that they do not have any smart contract at all for the LOCC token, which is not really a crypto. It's just like any other imaginary in-game coin na hindi crypto. Alam ko this is not going to be the last dahil meron pa siguro ibang similar ponzi games na waiting na lang the opportunity to peak bago mag initiate ng exit scam at rug pull at a future date.
