Invoice buyers and the business will negotiate to come to an agreement and the payment will be made to the business by the invoice buyer which will have bought the invoice for a discounted rate.

I just wanted to warn all the ICO startups of a scam that's going around, I received a call from a Swiss investor who said they loved our project and are looking to invest in a crypto start up like us. After a day they wanted to arrange an appointment to meet the team and negotiate terms of buying tokens at the value of 2.5 million euros.

At first they said to meet up in Switzerland and then changed it to Milan Italy. We were getting a bit confused and things started to sound too good to be true.

The one competitor that we have seen who has adopted the Blockchain has a high risk for invoice buyers. We do not want to mention their company name, additionally most fiat currency invoice discounting give 85% of invoice value and make the application so hard that the company just give up applying.
