Dear Community!

We are happy to announce, the GoChain Constantinople fork has been scheduled for block number 5,100,000, which will be signed on Thursday, March 7th at around 5:10am UTC. This upgrade will keep the GoChain network on par with Ethereum’s feature set (forking Feb. 28th).

Users running nodes must upgrade ahead of time to continue processing through the fork. GoChain version 3.1.2 or later is required (also tagged stable).

Other users of the GoChain network do not need to take any action. The public RPC endpoints will continue to operate normally. In fact, all APIs, protocols, and data structures remain unchanged. The only changes are new EVM operations.
