1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Balanced vs Turbo mode at ProHashing on: April 08, 2019, 06:17:03 PM
I've had my Apollo for about 3 months now and love it. I started with Eco mode, then moved to Balanced mode and finally to Turbo mode. Temps were all good in the three modes except in Turbo, the miner temp raises to over 70c. I was cautious when I first started with Turbo and watched temps closely. After I felt confident things were good, I've left it mining numerous sites using Turbo. I'm currently mining at ProHashing and noticed that my hash rate is considerably less than 140MH/s. In fact I was sometimes averaging 115MH's on Turbo over a 2 hour span. Yesterday I dropped back to Balanced mode. I've watched the hash rate on ProHashing and the hash rate is better than when I use Turbo. In fact, most of the time they calculate it between 130 and 135 MH/s with a few jumps up to 140MH. I'm not sure why Balanced works better than Turbo on that site but I'm happy with the results and I'm very happy with the Apollo.

Thanks jstefanop for your fine work in building the futurebit miners. I'm looking forward to the next batch of Apollos.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 📢📢[ANN][DSC] DataSaver: The Ultimate Mobile Data Saver ✅✅ on: April 02, 2019, 05:12:05 PM
A little more information about the migration from DSC to GWAP would be nice. I began mining DSC on FindBlocks.wales before I discovered this bitcointalk information. I still have my miner pointed at DSC so not sure if I'm wasting time or not. I did create an account at gwapco.in but the site has very little information and the link to GITHUB doesn't go anywhere. I tried the discord link on DSC but get a message that states "No Text Channels".

I very much like the concept of DSC/GWAP and would like to pursue it. Any information about the DSC swap and where GWAP currently stands would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Everyone. I pointed my Futurebit Apollo at http://us01.coppercoin.net and it's mining just fine. Unfortunately, I don't see any information or place to withdraw the Copper I mine to my wallet. I'm assuming it's an auto pay but would like to know when or at what amount the payout is.  Thanks

I was going to mine some EMD on LuckyAltCoin but when I tried unzipping the wallet, Windows 7 blocked it due to a virus warning. Am I safe to unzip and run the Qt from my downloads? Thanks in advance.....

Here's the DGB block I solved. It also appears that someone in our party solved a Gulden block this morning. The reward is 80 Gulden and my reward was 10 NLG so there must have been 8 of us in the party at the time.  Woo Hooo!!!!!!

Username: (Your LTC Wallet Address)
Password: c=LTC,m=party.Apollo,d=50000 (no need for diff if you don't want to)

You can also add an ID or mine a specific coin with addtional settings in the password box. Go to the ZergPool Main page for help doing that.

Hello all. This is my first post here but had to join to brag about my Apollo busting a DGB Block. I missed the one that was found last week but have had my Apollo on the ZergPool Party for about 2 1/2 days. I saved an image but don't know how to put it on here. Out of the 696.202 DGB for the block, the ten of us in the Party each got over 69 DGB converted to LTC.... I'm Happy   Grin
