Good question. Unfortunately, almost no blockchain explorer (think of walletexplorer.com, ethplorer.io etc.) gives you that info.  Even advanced blockchain investigation tools such as c-hound.ai do not have public address labeling (big exchanges are not taken into account - everybody knows them), at least for now.
