Anybody have an estimate as to how much they scammed for?

Or a link to the wallet they processed withdrawals from on walletexplorer.com?

246  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [INFO]-Crypto Stamps- Collectable Blockchain postage stamps on: July 25, 2019, 04:58:45 AM
Another variation that collectors need to look for..

If I'm reading this correctly then there is exactly one on-chain bought, 4-digit Black, Green and Red stamp.

So 3 unique stamps in all if you consider each of those attributes to be a variation.
247  Economy / Collectibles / [AUCTION ENDING SOON] 4-digit crypto stamp from Austrian Post Office. on: July 25, 2019, 02:12:07 AM

If you're like me and you care more about your physical stamp than your digital blockchain stamp, this is the stamp for you! Even more rare than a red crypto stamp!
If you want the ultimate complete set, you definitely need 4-digit stamps.

this thread is funny.

GTA24, here's my honest advice (and an offer):

I don't think you're going to be able to sell that coin for $15k on eBay with a 0-feedback account. Keep in mind, you also pay ~10% in fees to eBay.

You could try to re-auction it here but I don't think you're going to get what you're looking for and I think a lot of potential buyers are going to be skeptical as a result of this thread.

Many users in this board will consider what I'm about to propose blasphemy but here it goes: I think you should peel the coin. Redeem the BTC, BCH, BSV, etc. and you'll get about 1.05 BTC.

Then auction off the peeled coin on its own.

Here's my offer (valid 2 weeks from today), I'll be your buyer of last resort for $100 in BTC. I think you should be able to get considerably more than that but if you can't your buddy sat0shisghost is here. If you want to use escrow, we'll split the costs.

254  Economy / Collectibles / Re: How much is all of this stuff worth? Casascius coins + Lealana and others on: July 09, 2019, 11:35:42 PM
The fact that the 25 BTC coin's holo is not completely destroyed (looks to be only peeled slightly) and yet it HAS been swept, to me, points to some solvent being used to try to compromise the coin without detection. This was performed at Defcon several years ago and it took all of 10 minutes.
I am not trying to spread speculation, but please can someone answer how else this could happen? Whenever I've peeled a coin, it is completely destroyed. It looks nothing like the coin pictured. Compare to the other 2013 Cas Brass pictured - that one looks normal.

I thought the same thing at first as it does look a little like the holograms I've solvent removed, but I think the coin was already swept when OP bought it. (I did some snooping.)

Also, if you were going to solvent remove holograms, you'd practice on some 1 BTC coins first, not butcher a 25 BTC
I've never peeled a cas though so take my opinions with a grain of salt.

Especially with the Cryptograffiti stuff being all over the place in price. I just picked up one of his pieces for under $50 and others have gone for over $1000 so....

If anybody is thinking about selling anything by Cryptograffiti for under $50, please PM me.
