There's nothing here for new miners, just for old XNA-or-whatever holders.
No seed nodes on launch, source doesn't compile... Usual bull.

PoW Info: Last Block is 10000 PoW Reward: 8 CYPT, No Halving
So total coins in POW is 80,000.
Masternode Payment Requirements: 17259.22 CYPT
So you need 21% of POW coins to run masternode?!
Not exactly, most coins are distributed through Proof Of Burn, not Proof Of Work.... The POW phase is a total waste. You could have skipped it and did your pre-mine in 1 block.

This is really over the top. A new coin is launched without the source code, and I point out this coin has no source code. Now I'm the dev. Get a life dude.

Lol, now I am ocminer too, I'm honoured. If you read my posts, e.g. QCoin, I was pointing out that it is a shitcoin with bugs in it. So now I'm the dev. Lol. For Woodcoin I compiled a wallet because I wanted to use it on Windows and the dev didn't provide a wallet. Unobtanium is Bryce Weiner's coin, so now I'm Bryce Weiner too. Lol. You've gone full retard with your conspiracies. P.S. I posted in Bitcoin threads too, so therefore I could be Satoshi!

And suddenly all the FUDers re-appear.
And your sock puppet account, eh Max? Uh no, but that surely is one of your trolling accounts

If was pointing out the lie that Max abandoned the coin after release. Max is still updating the coin more than a year after release. Max has done a lot in Github more than most devs. That's what he's supposed to do: look after the Core Quark code.

Can't get enough of those pictures! Yeah, more people for my ignore list

At the current hashrate of the coin , how many i7 processors it will take to do a 51%?
Few days ago you would have needed only 80M to perform a 51% attack, if someone had really been interested to knock down the network he could do that by temporarily ordering a few number of virtual machines. It would probably have costed less than 1000$. Even that was too much to perform an attack, noone cares. The Hashrate hasnīt been that low since December 2013, still in December the situation was better because it wasnīt that centralized - even though it was really bad: As you can read from this post the Hashrate of Coinmine in December 2013 was about 90%. Today it has 98.96% with 406M Hashrate (donīt believe it? click here). There is basically noone solo mining. Quark IS coinmine.pl.
Waiting for Digitalindustry or Hillux to come and claim that Quark is the best and most decentralized currency. Iīd be interested in an explanation how Quark could ever get away from being centralized at coinmine.pl bump congrats, looks like this coin has 2 full-power forks now: https://www2.coinmine.pl/qrk/index.php?page=statistics&action=blockshttp://yaamp.com/site/block?id=305Yaamp difficulty is 0.9, everybody else's difficulty is 900. Yaamp probably hasn't upgraded to the latest version.

C'mon, I know you can come up with better conspiracy theories than this, I've heard some of them before.

Block reward: 10 QTC, no halving Number of coins: Ten billion coins generated
If your block reward is constant your number of coins is infinite (don't say it is limited because you set MAX_MONEY).

Official wallets are compiled with J version of openssl, my wallets are compiled with L version of openssl.
Dev should update official wallets.
Probably not, see the top of this page "News"

if we implement auxpow with btc we wouldn't have to sacrifice the 3-minute-blocks or would we?
no, uno can keep the 3 minute blocks.

The block times doesn't matter for merge mining.
A coin with a 10 minute block time can merge mine with a coin with a 1 minute block time.
so zet can merge and doesn't need change? This would be great news for both coins, wouldn't it? Yes, the parameters doesn't need to change, but one of the coins must implement AuxPow. If a coin has AuxPow it can merge mine with other coins that doesn't have AuxPow. the one with Auxpow will get a large blockchain, correct? Is there an estimate how big the bloat would potentially be? Both coins get some extra data in their block chain. For the non-AuxPow coin it is a hash and for the AuxPow coin it is a block header and a hash. These aren't big chunks of data, probably not more data than an average transaction.
