I just want to know how many houses your company gonna build in the future?
Very good question. The company is planning to create around 15,000 affordable, environmentally and socially sustainable apartments in the key areas of demand before 2023. |

This project launched a bounty while the website couldn't be opened how could this happen whether the team didn't check it.

This is a unique project I think that takes care of house renting issues and try to implement blockchain technology in it in the country of Sweden by constructing and managing residential houses throughout Sweden. I hope your project to deliver.

بعض النصائح للبدء بطريقة صحيحة و تجنب الوقوع في الفخاخ التي يقع فيها أغلب المبتدئين. 1. لا تضع كل بيضك في سلة واحدة:
قد اكتشفت للتو عملة في خط تصاعدي جنوني فأذهلتك الفكرة ، لدرجة أنك قررت استثمار كامل رهانك في ذلك!!
هذه ليست أفضل فكرة في العالم. حتى إذا كان اختيارك واعدًا جدًا ، فلا شيء يقول أن السوق سوف يتفق معك. خصوصا أنه هو الذي يحدد الأسعار ..
في سوق العملات الرقمية ليس من النادر أن تتعرض عملة واعدة و تصاعدية لانخفاضات مفاجئة و ضخمة لعدة أشهر.
سيخبرك كل المستثمرين المحترفين: لا تضع كل بيضك في سلة واحدة. سواء في الأسواق الكلاسيكية الواقعية أو في أسواق العملات الافتراضية.
2- لا تقع في حب الاستثمار الخاص بك
في عالم العملات الرقمية هناك بعض المستثمرين يطورون ارتباطًا خطيرًا بالعملة التي يتداولونها .و يجعلون اهتمامهم مركزا فقط على تلك العملة مما يجعلهم يغفلون عن مراقبة العملات الاخرى و ارتباطهم بتلك العملة يؤثر على تقييمهم للأمور و هي مسألة ليست صحية. بالطبع قد يكون لديك تفضيل لعملة على أخرى دون أن يغيب عن بالك حقيقة أنك قد استثمرت المال من أجل تحقيق الربح و لا يهم إن أتى هذا الربح من عملتك المفضلة أم لا . لا تدع مشاعرك تغير من إدراكك للواقع.
3- لا داعي للذعر عندما تسوء الأمور
سوق العملات الرقمية متقلب للغاية، لذلك فإن التعرض لهذا التقلب عند استثمار الأموال يمكن أن يدفع المستثمرين المبتدئين إلى الذعر (وحتى ذوي الخبرة أحيانا).
كمبتدئ ، ستحاول اتخاذ بعض"الإجراءات التصحيحية" للحد من الخسائر. خطأ!! يمكنك أن تجعل الأمور أسوأ. من الأفضل أن تدع العاصفة تمر. مع الوقت ستتعلم كيف تقوم بخطوات استباقية ، و تقلبات السوق الجنونية سوف تتكيف معها.
4. دائما دع قليل من المؤونة الاحتياطية
تدفع "FOMO" (الخوف من أن يفوتك شيء) العديد من المستثمرين بالاستثمار بشكل مستمر، دون أن يكون لديهم دولار أو يورو احتياطيً. عندما يشاهدون ارتفاعا و لو طفيفا في السوق يفكرون كيف أنهم لا يستفيدون فيستمرون في الاستثمار ...
لكن عندما يحدث تغير كبير في السوق و يأتي الوقت المثالي للإنفاق على الشراء ، فقط من يملك مؤونة احتياطية هو من سيغتنم الفرصة.
5. اشتري عندما تكون الأمور هادئة
لا يزال بعض لاعبو سوق العملات ، بسبب FOMO الشهير ، يميلون إلى القفز على أي عملة تبدأ في الارتفاع ، خوفًا من عدم الاستفادة. صحيح أن العملة التي انفجرت للتو بنسبة 20٪ أو أكثر من الممكن أن تستمر في الارتفاع في الساعات الأربع والعشرين القادمة ... لكن يمكن أن تعود إلى نقطة البداية ، أو حتى أقل. لتجنب الوقوع ضحية "مضخة & تفريغ" الشهيرة ، من الأفضل اعتماد الاستراتيجية المعاكسة. فكر في الشراء عندما ترى عملة تستقر بعد انخفاض كبير. الرسم البياني أدناه مفيد جدا.
6- لا تركز على سعر الوحدة
ركز الكثير من المبتدئين فقط على سعر الوحدة للعملة دون القلق بشأن كمية العملات المتداولة. بجب التركيز على القيمة السوقية. وسوف يسمح لك ذلك بفهم أفضل لاحتمالات الارتفاع أو الانخفاض في قيمة العملة.
7- لا تغامر في التداول اليومي

مهما ارتفعت قيمة عملة سيأتي وقت و تنخفص. في سوق العملات الرقمية، كل شيء يسير بسرعة كبيرة ، سواء صعودا أو هبوطا. عندما تحقق أرباحًا كبيرة ، فكر في جني الأرباح ، حتى و إن أعدت استثمارها في مكان آخر.
لا تنتظر أن يرتفع السعر أكثر و أكثر لأنه صعب جدا تحديد أعلى سقف يمكن أن يصل إليه و لا معرفة متى يبدأ في النزول و ربما الانهيار. فكر في ربح معقول و مضمون .
9. يجب أن تتوفر على استراتيجية محددة:
قبل شراء عملة ، يجب عليك تحديد خطة ،شراء على المدى القصير أو الطويل. السعر المناسب ،وقت الشراء. استراتيجية الخروج....
يمكن تكييف هذه الاستراتيجية وفقا للأحداث ، بالطبع.
10. لا تفرط في الثقة بناء على نتائجك
لقد بدأت في الاستثمار في العملات الرقمية منذ مدة قصيرة و تضاعف بالفعل رأس المال الذي بدأت به ما يجعلك تعتقد أنك عبقري..
قد تكون مجرد ضربة حظ . أو ببساطة قد تكون فعلت مثلما فعلت السوق ككل ، أي أن الكل حقق ربحا لأن السوق تضاعفت قيمتها منذ ذلك.
و ختامًا نصيحة أخيرة : لا تستثمر أكثر مما أنت مستعد أن تخسره!

2020 is just a few months away and predicting 100k is impossible to achieve. If you are targeting 10k as at 2020 no doubt about that but for 100k it is going to take a magic and miracle to even get to half of that by the end of 2020.
Do you think that Facebook stable coin "GlobaCoin" launch in the first quarter of 2020 would definitely push the prices higher of all coins especially Bitcoin since we know that Facebook has billions of clients and can trigger the next bullrun and people start fomoing like 2017? |

This claim is as old as Satoshi Nakamoto! I have been hearing this since I added cryptos in my life. It literally never made sense to me through, until recently! I was shocked to see Craig Wright awarded copyright to the bitcoin whitepaper and the code and now I somewhat believe that bitcoin is indeed created by NSA which conspiracy theorists are talking since day one! May be, we all are part of a big plan which is yet to be unfolded but everything is really dicey now! Also the article says, Soon after these stories were published, authorities in Australia raided the home of Mr Wright. The Australian Taxation Office said the raid was linked to a long-running investigation into tax payments rather than Bitcoin. Everything is very confusing now! No one know who owns what or who is Satoshi Nakamoto. It's the biggest mystery of this decade! Considering how many scammers and shady projects had their roots in India I would be happy if their government bans cryptocurrencies at all. Most part of Indian crypto community is just a bunch of rednecks (there is a word that describes Indian ones but I forgot it) whose only activity is looking for different airdrops and clicking on faucets. Amount of their transactions is incredibly slow comparing it to the other countries, so most people don't really give a shit about what is happening there.
I partially agree with you. First I'm totally convinced that any regulations of crypto needs to clean the space from scammers and frauds to prevent people from losing their money investing in ponzi schemes. On the other hand governments should be more open to the new technologies such as crypto currency industry because it makes life easier in terms of payment methods and fees than the current dominant greedy banks |

The elections for the seat of power in the largest democracy of the world came to an end on 23rd May 2019. The current ruling political party won the elections again as the people of the nation chose Narendra Modi as their Prime Minister for the second time. The election in India began on April 11th, 2019, since then India has been under ‘aachar sanhita’ or code of conduct, according to which the Government can pass no new law. Nevertheless, with the election results announced, the pending work of the lawmakers would also resume. Subsequently, cryptocurrency regulations can be expected soon as well. Complete Crypto-Ban or Stringent Regulations? Reportedly, an economic committee under the Indian Government has drafted a bill the “Banning of Cryptocurrencies and Regulation of Official Digital Currencies Bill 2019.” The discussion on the bill is being held between the various branched of the Government.
