The premine will be used for presale and swap of dead/abandoned coins.The presale funds will be used for listing on other exhanges,listing on masternode online and advertising

That makes sense. Serious projects dont have any POW! Well apart from Dash, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin etc.... But they are not very serious i think
Right,but all the new coins,they will never have the same hash power,as the coins you mentioned.We cannot make a plan based on BitCoin or Ethereum.The PoW can be problematic,while the PoS is always stable and the same.
