881  Economy / Economics / Re: Central Bank of Nigeria Official Reiterates Nigerian Residents Free to Trade BTC on: March 22, 2021, 06:54:25 AM
Well that's really unfortunate, and I do agree although p2p seems the most logical way of getting around this ban but it's just too risky, but how's the law enforced in real life? does people get their account banned in masses considering in Nigeria crypto users are also many, does the law really gets enforced though or maybe only to whales who hold big amount of money.
882  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Good news for Nigerian crypto enthusiast on: March 21, 2021, 11:22:32 AM
Good then. to use cryptocurrency is the right of people and to give harsh punishment just because people gonna use their money to do whatever they want doesn't sound really good not to mention bitcoin and cryptos in general could also help the lives of many people due to its ability for borderless transfer.
883  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin better than Fiat? on: March 21, 2021, 08:34:11 AM
It certainly is, fiat is just paper money and there's reason why people creates platform for sending money digitally or even bank because saving it even in your pocket is such a hurdle but digital currency such as cryptocurrency already solve that problem since day 1. functionality wise? it's obvious, cryptocurrency definitely way better than fiat.
884  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Its coming i faster and would shock most people on: March 21, 2021, 08:20:14 AM
It's already emerges as the future, cryptocurrency has been used for paying many things online since years ago and even if you are really invested into changing your way of paying things with crypto you can do it, there's many platform out there that acts as a 3rd party that could provide a way for you to buy things in real life using crypto. it's just most of people didn't really put attention there.
885  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC seems to be fading out and loosing popularity. on: March 20, 2021, 06:59:57 AM
Maybe that's just in your circle, bitcoin is still really popular and not to mention many coins paired against BTC, aslo many people who trades alts usually also piling up their btc holding from the profits they got from those alt. in short, BTC is not fading out its popularity, it's just people just want to find a more fluctuative coins for the purpose of making profit.
886  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: he pays 5000 € for a bitcoin transfer on: March 20, 2021, 05:19:08 AM
Seems unbelievable but considering that the transaction size is 92977 bytes still does make sense though too over the top. If that were me I'd just pay with below standard fee and pay premium tx accelerator but thats just me. Maybe he's rich and doesn't have too much patience who knows.
887  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Twitter hackers pleads guilty and agree to a 3 year in prison on: March 20, 2021, 04:24:43 AM
The punishment is fair in my opinion, if he returns the money that'd be even better. The effect of being imprisoned could already destroy his life aswell since it's gonna be hard for him to build his career.  hopefully it somehow scare off any hackers from doing any such criminal activities more specifically those from 1st world countries since they are more likely to get caught seeing a more strict and "real" law enforcement.
888  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What will current ETH miners mine after ETH goes full POS? on: March 19, 2021, 04:31:56 PM
It will go to another altcoin of that I'm really sure. Miners won't be selling their stuff. Remember they were making money even when ETH was $80 so for sure it'll make sense to go and find an alt that looks really similar in market value (and trading volume).
So, which altcoin can be mined and still profitable these days ?

Quote
I cannot see ETH guys reselling all their hardware.
I think some people will be selling their hardware ( This people is miner newbie iam sure )
The majority of miners will always be moving to the cryptonight like monero or dash and betting into the small cap coins that used POW

This time only the small miners of ethereum who can't compete to get a good profit from their mining activities that will be selling their mining rig. It's not caused by the newbie but it must be based on how difficult ethereum to be mined by them. if their mining rig will not be profitable anymore and they will sell it.
889  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] FLOW - blockchain for open worlds - by Dapper Labs on: March 19, 2021, 04:28:18 PM
FLOW now at $40

I don't think anything can stop it to blast through $100 in the coming months.
It was boncing back again to the $30 and i think that there will be another correction will come for flow consider The participants of token sale will able to send some of their tokens.
As far as i know the vesting period will be starting to be unlocked as it already surpassed the vesting period.

NFT market is so crazy right now dude
890  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Harmony ONE can go to 1$ on: March 18, 2021, 04:24:00 PM
like we are always how that all the coins should grow but why they really have there are multiple reasons they wont
The market is totally unpredictable even without the news and the pump can happen anytime. We have seen a coin like nestree which already pumped so hard for a short time and then it was going back again to the bottom. That's how the market work today and it can happen with ONE too.
891  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Any Other Suggestions For The Regular Passive Income You Would Like To Share? on: March 18, 2021, 04:01:15 PM
You can try this and some coins may give you more APY than blocknet https://coinmarketcap.com/yield-farming/

I think that those platforms can be trusted but just a reminder for you if you can try to verify whether the problem with the BSC defi already solved or not. I think that would become the best thing to earn more passive income.

As far as i know some defi on BSC got DNS hacked and becareful when you wanna use it.
892  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum - Bitcoin's Tail on: March 18, 2021, 03:35:47 PM
Do you think there will ever be a time when Ethereum will stop following Bitcoin? The time Ethereum goes up in value is because Bitcoin goes up in value. In the future, will people look for Ether first before Bitcoin? Or will it always be Bitcoin's sidekick  Grin Grin  What do you guys think?
Yes i do and i have seen that in the past when ethereum was leaving from the domination of bitcoin caused by it was getting a good news. Remember about last week we are seeing ethereum goes up when bitcoin was getting the correction but i don't even think that people will be seeing ethereum first and then bitcoin.
Bitcoin will be ruling the crypto market forever and that can't be argued anymore.
893  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How long do you think this altcoin bubble will last? on: March 18, 2021, 03:28:41 PM
BAT is up to $0.80
MANA is up to $1

how long will this bubble last? I'm trying to get in long term but this is messing up my ability to get in at a good price.

Researching longer is possible to produce something big but you should take action so you don't run into problems later.
you should rethink what steps you will take.

That's interesting although this thread already created as the promotion for BAT but again he already reached his target and BAT already traded above $1

I think that people can't easily predict how long the bubble will be last. He was also thinking about the pros and cons investing in those coins but again all of the result totally depend with the trend that happened in the market.
894  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: CMT withdraw issue from Myetherwallet on: March 17, 2021, 11:24:19 PM
Hi it's better if you are using a better version of MEW that already developed by mycrypto https://download.mycrypto.com/

You can add your token easily and i think when you are using this wallet and what you need to run the auto scan to detect your token. I guess that will be working properly caused by i have been this feature since this wallet already released.
895  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: insane fees on eth (uniswap) on: March 17, 2021, 03:56:48 PM
Recently i have done tx on uniswap. The total fees cost goes 50-80USD. noramlly compare to binance smart chain its huge.

anyway there is "Approve" and "swap" . each there are charging. why there are two things , means approve and swap,

there need to eth 2.0 or BSC needy to replacement this insane network fees... I really fedup
BSC is an improvement version from ethereum in term of scalability. that's why BSC cost less compared with ether and it will be easily to be adjusted consider BSC was totally a centralized chain.

Approve means you re giving permission to the swap to access your asset and then swap means your asset being swapped into the destination asset.
The solution for this problem already created but again since ethereum decentralized and it can't be implemented easily.
896  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best way to get the best gas fees for eth tokens on: March 17, 2021, 03:47:05 PM
Any wallet or tracker has different formula to calculate the best fees that will be taken from the block and if you are feeling quite difficult about how to calculate it and then why don't you just try to use mycryptop wallet? you can adjust the gas fees and it will always give you the range from the low to the recommended fees. You can choice how much fees that will be consumed by the network to confirm your tx.
As far as i know that this is really helpful for me to send any ethereum token.
897  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH or Bitcoin which is best. on: March 16, 2021, 04:22:43 PM
There's lot of big words and potential anyone can find out both of these two coins. Anyway, I'm going with Ethereum casue the price is expected to bounce over $2000USD. It will just have some patient, get one that you afford.
It doesn't matter what kind of coin that people interested with but it's a non sense thing to make a comparison between both. I wanna call bitcoin as the best store of value and ethereum as the most used coin for the token creation or smartcontract.
People should go for both because both were having the same fundamental already used by millions people in the world
898  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Sell Altcoins on: March 16, 2021, 04:20:48 PM
NFT is the next trend which is being pumped hard so you should pick wisely any NFT based token to multiply your money. At the moment all projects are doing well just need to make some research to find the best project there.
Okay...you said that NFT is a trend but it has nothing to do with what already said by the thread starter as you can see that he already hodl his own altcoins. I guess that will not relate to the NFT. He was in dilema whether he should convert some of his coin or not for the major coin.
I think that it's too far to think he will even convert his altcoin into the NFT coin.

When he was feeling confidence about that he might convert a small portion into the major coins.
899  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: TOKEN ALICE will be listed in Binance the 15 mars !! good trade everyone ;) on: March 15, 2021, 07:27:00 AM
The SHO participants already gained almost 200x ROI. It's very sad to see that we are missing another diamond grade project again.
It looks like alice is still undervalued now. Got some alice token below $10.

Im making 100% ROI now.
900  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Prepare for the big and long dump this year. on: March 15, 2021, 05:58:13 AM

its more than 1 month when you wrote this thread mate
and i don't see any sign if the market will crash in the near time,
mabe we will see this bullish trends in crypto market longer than before, because a lot of great news show up mate
The correction already happened and i guess this thread already made when the correction has come in the past but crypto is getting bunch of good news and that was making the trend become the bullish trend. The bullish trend happens now.
The trend was not easy to be determined but some people have used small signal from the correction to think if that crypto will be dumped again.
it doesn't match with the reality if anything still remain unpredictable.
