1  Economy / Trading Discussion / Looking for Exchange that does not group orders on: March 04, 2020, 09:09:37 PM
Hi all,

I have a strategy that needs orders to be seperated.
I love bitmex because of maker fee but they group orders into one averaged order.
Is there some Exchange that seperates orders? I have googled some but it seems all
are avereging the orders.

Example:
place long order at 10k
Place long order at 12k

The system will average as one order of 11k

I need them seperate so I can sell them seperatly.

binance limits the users from making an order below 10 USDT is to prevent spam orders.
if they are allowing the users to make a low trade, the bot will spam the orders and it might affect the exchange performance in executing the orders.
there might be another reason for this, but this is what I heard on other exchanges.

Thank you, that makes sense.

Hello,

Im on Binance trying to trade USDT/MATIC

When I do market order I can trade as low as 0.004 which is 0.1 MATIC

However!! When I do limit order the system tells me that trade can not happen and I need at least 10 USDT!! which equals 348 Matic!!

I tried this with several other coins and always the same-->market order cheap but limit order 10X expensive!

Why is that?? Can someone please explain....And more importantly; How do I get around this ridiculous nonsense

Thanks

I would like to go short on the same pair but margin trading has high fees. So trading reverse should be less expensive
It depends on the exchange. But for example, on Bitmex, the fees don't depend on your margin. Just on the contracts you buy or sell. And you can short without a problem, no need for reverse pairs.

I see, thanks. But they dont offer that much coins
If we could reverse pairs we would gain more flexibility

I do not understand the point. What additional features this can give to people? I think that if it were possible then a lot of people would know about it)

I already explained the point, see above

Hi all,

I was wondering if we can reverse a crypto pair
For example: eth/btc would become btc/eth
In forex market we can do this with synthetic pair
Is this possible for altcoin market?

Forex and Crypto trade are different. And yes, btc/eth is absolutely possible.
If you are familiar with stocks market, similar is the way of working of crypto market, the difference is stock market just have a single fiat to trade into while crypto likes BTC, ETH and some others works as both stocks as well as currency.

I can not find a single Exchange where I can trade btc/eth.
Do you know of any?

Ok thank you guys. I was looking for arbitrage between exchanges for about <5 dollar but the fees will eat all the profit it seems.

If you are beginner in Crypto trading you must choose the strong community so I recommend Binance because trading fees calculation was not useful in all the time. I earn 2x profit in Binance coin so you just analyse the promising and growing crypto currency is the important in trading platform.

I just checked Binance but it is unclear to me what the total fee is for a trade. Do you have any idea if I trade small like 100 dollar?

Almost all brokers have minimum deposit requirements and it is not understandable why you want to scalp 3 bucks less than 1$ balance. You can deposit 10$ and after successful trading positions you can withdraw your balance but don't touch the amount which you can't afford to lose on scalping.

I think you misunderstood me. My budget is 100 dollar but I would like to receive 1 dollar for every 1 dollar move of BTC/USD. I will close trade if profit is >3 dollar, so the fee must be very small
12  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading with small budget on: March 05, 2019, 05:17:43 PM
Nope. Anyway, don't trade with a small budget. commissions will eat away your earnings from winning trades- if you manage to get any.

It seems like that. I was hoping there was a way...too bad. I registered at kraken.com and deposited 20 dollar then made a buy 5X leverage. I watched price go up and down about 10 dollar but profit/loss remained zero:)

Bitmex and alternative leveraged platforms let you trade with small amounts that profit/loss ratio is equal to more big trading positions. I suggest checking CFD contracts of cryptocurrencies on forex brokers that offer leveraged crypto trading. Decide on your own risk.

Thank you but I see cfd contracts for absolute minimum of 10 dollar. Im looking to scalp 3 or 4 dollar

Hello all,

I have a question:
Is there anyway or any where on some exchange a way to trade BTC/USD with 1 dollar per 1 dollar move with total fee less than 1 dollar?

Thanks
