Thank you for everything, Daniel.

You will be missed.

Welcome to the new bustabit.
2  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Unforgettable piece of gambling histor. Selling TOP winneraccounts on Bustabit. on: August 18, 2023, 06:10:31 AM
Hello guys,

I have for sale an unforgettable piece of gambling history that all gambling lovers would treasure in their collection of antiques.

First account: KLITZ

The legend, at the top of the all time bustabit leaderboard: https://www.bustabit.com/leaderboard/
Also on the home page: https://www.bustabit.com/
With an astounding profit of +468.86 BTC https://www.bustabit.com/user/klitz
Buy it now price: 0.499 BTC

Second account: FREE-JBAY5

Another legend, but flipped around..
https://www.bustabit.com/user/FREE-JBAY5
All time high profit of 706 BTC, current profit of -492 BTC.
Number 1 on bustabit for profit all-time high, number 4 for all-time losses, number 2 for wagered.
Buy it now price: 0.299 BTC

People have asked to buy these accounts for many purposes: tax write offs, proving their source of income from gambling for tax purposes, flexing ownership of large accounts on people... But in my view, the real value behind these is getting to own a piece of Bustabit history that you can cherish forever as an antique in your collection, if you're a true fan of the Bitcoin gambling space. Open to offers in private messages or via email (stackgod123@gmail.com). Thanks for reading!

Daniel go to this post I made in the scam accusations forum and read it thoroughly. Read it throughout and consider my points.
Link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5434833.msg61599918#msg61599918

I think it would be slightly ignorant to deny my offer of proving I'm not a problem gambler, but read the full message I posted on the link above.

Your incessant insistence on playing here — making tens of accounts, sending emails begging for "mercy", harassing players on the website, and making unfounded scam accusations — only serves to prove that you are indeed a problem gambler. The behaviour you have exhibited in this thread confirms Daniel's suspicions beyond a reasonable doubt. Accept your ban and leave, there are other casinos out there.

Twisting this situation to impugn bustabit's reputation (which happens to be spotless, and I've personally witnessed multi-million dollar withdrawals several times) is ironic, because all you're doing is showing that Daniel cares about the law and/or players' well-being, which is incredibly rare for crypto casino operators. Kudos to him for putting in the time.

Most people in his shoes wouldn't care about protecting you and would happily let you lose the rest of your life savings.

Someone linked this to me because my username was mentioned, so I guess since I'm here I'll try to shed some light on the matter before you get an official response. Daniel is not in the business of reversing tips or transactions. I have been scammed out of tens of bitcoins, and if tips could be reversed, I'd be retired. You absolutely need someone's consent before taking money out of their account.

That said, there are probably some extraordinary/edge-case scenarios where a casino operator might be inclined to reverse a tip. For example, let's say the tip is a very small amount (5 or 10 USD, like in the case I remember), the account that was tipped was an obvious typo (one letter off the intended recipient) and the account had not been accessed for, say, 5 years. These three factors in conjunction would definitely make the tip worthy of a reversal if I were the casino operator. Intentionally tipping an account (whether it was you or a hacker) and a recent account at that is a different matter entirely. Just my 2 sats  Tongue

I am curious about how a deal of this magnitude took place?

How does one person in one country buy a highly lucrative and successful website from another person in a different country using Bitcoin? (assuming that was the payment method and assuming no face-to-face meeting to place).

I do not know if the terms of the sale were ever made public but either way without stating the figures involved, how does a sale like this go ahead?

It is hard to imagine an escrow of sorts taking place with Bitcoin going one way in exchange for server login details or domain ownership + database + files going the other way in zip format.

Did lawyers get involved to ensure the deal went through properly on a legal basis or was it more of an agreement between gentlemen who share a high degree of respect for one another? I assume it is the latter but can someone clarify?
I do wonder about this time to time as well, this was one of the biggest places (still one of the biggest) and it was sold, that's a big deal, and devans wasn't like this whole huge corporation that had hundreds of workers and staff and took over to make it more "professional" or something like that, he took it and basically kept it going himself and it worked out perfectly.

I remember when satoshidice was sold, it was a huuuuge amount and it was in bitcoin and owner basically made more money than I could even dream, but the ones that took over tried to make it more professional and they failed and it ended up not being worth anything in the end. This is why I think what devans did was a big deal, it is not simple to take over a casino and continue to keep it a great place after a transition like this. Would love to hear more about that process.

It is public info that Ryan and Daniel have known each other for several years. Don't think trust was an issue, especially if they knew each other in person, and especially considering that Ryan has enough BTC to not scam for that little.
6  Economy / Gambling / Re: bustabit – The original crash game on: April 14, 2021, 05:34:27 AM
@symg I think the only appropriate thing to do with your accusation against StackGod is to refer it directly to law enforcement. Things of that nature are serious and something that law enforcement does tend to take quite seriously. Public accusations on the other hand just lead to a shit-show and are often pretty unfair on the accused as it leaves their name tainted even if there claim is totally meritless.

With regards to your money, why don't you just withdraw it to a different establishment that would better value the business of a gentlemen like yourself? It's not like bustabit/bustadice is the only game in town

I certainly will take this directly to law enforcement. Nor do I conduct this behaviour as would anyone else and the fact that he holds such a reputation from his youtube videos and people like you that side with him, how could I possibly convince the majority of the community?

I have evidence which I will take with me to the court house and I have evidence that he lies about his age to move to underaged girls. The girl was fucking 16 at the time, Stack you have no right to use the excuse that our prophet (PBUH) is a pedo, which may God forbid you because to make such a remark is fucking disgusting of you, especially in the 21st century.

When did I ever extort anyone for money? And when was I ever late for loans from you? I can admit it took me a year and a half to pay a girl who I had owed $300 to pay back, which she was fine by and we are still fine till this day. You have no right to call me a scammer, as you have no evidence, you own an unofficial bustabit discord server, perhaps you can check the logs for that to see when I payed back your loans, perhaps you can stop using your reputation to defame someone who has less reputation in the community.

Stack you're fucking disgusting, you are a fucking pedophile, If you had the confidence, you would show the chats right now of you lying about your age to move to underaged people in your own server. Check the logs yourself, and I know for a fact myself that I have NEVER scammed anyone, If i have scammed someone or I haven't paid back someone that you know of, tell me. I always keep a list of the people I owe and when I am due to pay them back, I have always kept notice on the times you have loaned me and the latest it took me to pay back a loan of yours is 4 days.

If you want to use your community and your reputation to fuck someone over, atleast have evidence you filthy fuck.

And Ryan, as for the money that I had locked up, it was sorted between Daniel and I this morning - However there are no rules on the bustabit site that state if I constantly mute evade, I therefore get permanently banned?

I am happy to take this to LE. We don't live too far from each other.

I'm also willing to wager up to 1 BTC (or whatever your net worth is) that I have never 'made a move' on a girl that's underage in my jurisdiction.

Daniel has banned you from bustabit for being a serial beggar and scammer. I've personally witnessed said serial scamming and begging in my own server, along with your plans with friends to 'run pedo accusations'.

Easy double up on your bank balance, go for it please. Or was it all grandstanding?

Just had a read through the thread, and as a long time bustabit player and the owner of the largest off-site bustabit-related community, I can verify that the user in question has made hundreds upon hundreds of Discord and bustabit accounts attempting to rob & extort all sorts of people. He's been late on tens of loans, including several from me, is an incessant beggar, talks about religion way too much, and is overall not a very pleasant person to be around if you want your wallet to remain as full as it was before you entered the room. +1 vouch for Daniel banning him, great choice

I'm not sure what that screenshot shows, but I regret trying even trying to understand what's happening there. But I'm guessing that you and Mr. StackGod don't like each other. What I don't get is why you even care? Or think anyone else would want to get involved in some personal spat.

Just so you know, I believe Mr. StackGod is the guy who got robbed by a hooker. Went in with cash and high-hopes and left with only his virginity.

So from what I see, you're a dude who somehow managed to get a casino to not even want to take your money. And you're feuding with a dude who quite literally can't get a professional hooker to sleep with him.  Like, Jesus Christ, man, you might want to re-evaluate your life-choices.

Hey fuck you, there's so much wrong there I won't even begin to unpack it. There wasn't even a real hooker in this scenario Sad

StackGod is a fucking pathetic liar, lies about his fucking age to move to underaged girls and he attacks muslims especially calling the prophet (PBUH) a pedophile. Stack should at all cost be fucking avoided if not banned, he doesn't deserve to be on the site one bit, I knew a friend who was 16, Stack forced her into sending videos in exchange for bits.

People like you are easily mislead by what dirty people like him really hold.

Anyways Daniel still has my funds locked and I have no hope withdrawing my £62.35 now, fucking bullshit of a site, when I need funds emergently I need to fucking withdraw and now look at how I'm getting fucking locked off. Nazar is real you man, jealousy is real

Aren't you the guy who is infamous for running 'pedo accusations' on people for amusement, and then trying to extort them for money? You did it to me twice and it didn't work...

Also, Prophet Muhammed is indeed a pedophile, according to the very book you worship... If you'd bother reading it. There seems to be a lot of projection going on here.

This forum really is a cesspool...

Thank you bustabit, for being the only consistent casino that doesn't constantly try to fuck people over in some way. Even Stake has reached some pretty shit levels. Daniel is always a class act. I will forever recommend this god damn site no matter how much money I've lost on it.
10  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - Casino & Sportsbook - Play Smarter 🚀 🎰 🏀 ⚾ 🏈 🎾 🥊 🎲 on: February 04, 2021, 05:58:29 AM
Not gonna lie, site is great, I love playing on it. No complaints about the games.

But seriously I cannot fucking stand the support/mods, they ruin the experience so fucking much. Almost makes me want to delete my account and never play again. Steve and Eddie are fine, but holy shit, the fucking Mebit staff. The most incompetent fuckers I've ever met in my life except for Uros.

First you get predatory shit like Stake mod Rade dating a Filipino player in chat. I say something in chat about the UK's GDP per capita being larger than the Phillipines' (while explicitly stating I live in Singapore, not the UK), the girl gets offended, and boom my account instantly gets banned and I'm forced to KYC. Seriously the most disgusting senseless bias I've seen, and on top of all of that you can't even talk to a fucking person who understands you because at every level of that god damn support team there's barely anyone who understands English.

And then you get random shit like being muted for 2 days for a rule you didn't even know about, appealing the mute, and suddenly getting muted for 2 extra weeks because some retarded fucking Serbian is 'sure I knew about the rule because I'm an old player'. Like literally fuck off, I don't spend all day in the fucking chat room, I just play the game, I don't know every shitty rule, especially a brand new one that was implemented recently because the mods couldn't keep players from scamming and hacking each other.

Please don't get me wrong. I like your site.

Please, for the love of God, hire someone who speaks ENGLISH to moderate the ENGLISH chat. It would be fucking lovely. Being a part of Stake's community would actually become a tolerable experience.

Shoutout Eddie and Steve for being normal nice people instead of absolute braindead mongoloids. Shoutout Uros for escaping the hood. Rade belongs in prison. And whoever "AlphaStorm" is, fire that fucking illiterate loser.
11  Economy / Gambling / Re: bustabit – The original crash game on: February 03, 2021, 02:01:34 PM
Ufff, that change to Bankroll will def. make people divest...
Whats the point of it though?
Does devans make more profit if the Bankroll is smaller?

At the moment, all of the biggest bets are easily accomodated by a much smaller bankroll. This means whatever part of the bankroll isn't being utilized ($60M or so) is a pointless liability. This is why he's incentivizing people to divest, so that the bankroll reaches a more reasonable size - that is, one that is big enough to accomodate massive bets, but doesn't have a huge needless liability attached to securing it.

Welp, that does it for me. No doubt in my mind that you guys are as legit as it gets. It really just was a misunderstanding after all Smiley

Thanks, and I hope you guys do more of these contests - I'll definitely come play

I'll edit the post's title and body. Or would you prefer I delete it entirely?
15  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Betcoin.ag Scam: Removed funds from my account for bogus reasons on: January 26, 2021, 09:42:50 PM
Yep, I understand the rollover part

I'll get Toni/Frostnut/Majesty to come on and post their deposit addresses. I've also DM'd Jason.

We have returned your seized funds and you are eligible to complete the rollover and withdraw.

We still believe that the other 2 members of the group have funded their account from the same private wallet, and we have shown evidence backing this up. If either of them disputes this, we will review.

Thank you very much. Can't tell you how much I appreciate it.

I'll go wager, withdraw, and will edit the thread a bit later

Well, thanks for agreeing that it might be a misunderstanding. It signals to me that you're not trying to keep my money for no reason and you're genuinely trying to understand.

In case it helps, here is my current flashflip deposit address: bc1qvelezlgcl57vl4h572peg807d4eq8h7nffsmwm

Perhaps our diagrams aren't clear, but we understand where your funds came from. It is our belief that this is not the case with one of the members of your group.

You understand the risk/win part of the rollover now, right?

Yep, I understand the rollover part

Sure thing, I understand!

Here you go: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A5BT71nlr6c
Thanks StackGambler, pretty convincing however give me time before I give you any more input. I still need to understand other things with Betcoin.AG. This could be a misunderstanding from Betcoin.AG and I do not want to hurry up in anything. There are other members too who will have their views too after their own investigations. So please be patience.

We understand that a service wallet was involved here. However, the service wallet funded a private wallet, part of which was used to fund Majesty's Betcoin account, part of which was sent to another private wallet, which was used to fund Chiefleak's Betcoin account.
https://imgur.com/a/RrGwjVR
I need to spend much time in this about the private wallet we are talking here (Sorry not much idea about this diagram, old school lol). I will get back to you in the next 24 hours (once I get time to spend enough time to clear my thoughts). Sorry, at first it seemed very straight forward case to me but it seems it's not anymore.

Right - the video does clear it up pretty well imo. I also think it's just a misunderstanding.

This is simply how casinos work. Deposits go to a singular hot wallet, and withdrawals are made using the same inputs. Sure, some advanced casinos (like bustabit) are really good at masking all of this, but flashflip uses zero privacy whatsoever. It's literally just a Bitcoin node. Moreover, every user account only has a single deposit address - you can't even generate new ones.
18  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Betcoin.ag Scam: Removed funds from my account for bogus reasons on: January 26, 2021, 09:18:49 PM
It is common policy among Bitcoin casinos that accounts cannot be funded from the same private wallets.

What does this even mean? lol
19  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Betcoin.ag Scam: Removed funds from my account for bogus reasons on: January 26, 2021, 09:17:38 PM
When they created an account or what they had in common in terms of betting pattern or activity in your site makes no value for us forum members. However, the above quoted blockchain transactions are enough to conclude that all three accounts are either the same person's or three individual users'. Imagine a friend had bitcoin and other do not know how to handle bitcoin. The friend who has bitcoin can help them. Baseds considering these transactions we can not say that StackGamblerm is giving us wrong information too about his friends accounts. The accounts can be owned by them friends.
It is common policy among Bitcoin casinos that accounts cannot be funded from the same private wallets. This rule is in place primarily to prevent multi-accounting. With the prevalence of VPN (many undetectable), it is no longer as easy as "same IP, same guy." The blockchain is one fingerprint used in determining the unique identity of someone. Saying that a friend with Bitcoin can help them is great in theory, but it is comparable to saying that the other login from my IP is from my roommate. It doesn't guarantee a multi-accounter, but is one tool that is used in taking steps towards a resolution. We also detailed several other ways that the accounts are related in out initial reply, which have been confirmed by OP.

What is your multi-account policy? I assume suspending the account with refunding the deposit or both winnings and deposits?
If this is only refunding the deposit then we are fine since you already asked them to get the refund. But if this is both winnings and deposits then you need to give their winnings too.

why did you KYCed them
We will answer both of these here:
https://www.betcoin.ag/support/betcoinag-terms-service
7.1 Each player can create only one personal user account. There can be no more than 1 account created per household. Creating multiple user accounts will lead to termination of the accounts. All betting accounts you try to open may be blocked or closed and any bets may be voided. Depending on the severity of the case Betcoin.ag holds the right to withhold or take any funds deposited to pay for damages and/or the prevention of future misconduct.
The KYC was used as a way of determining the severity of the offense.

Well, I literally just proved that it came from flashflip. We are all three different people from three different households. There is no valid reason whatsoever to steal the bonus balances.

Please provide me chat log or any other way to see the conversations which will have no doubt that it was not altered. For example: Record a screencast or give account credentials in private if you trust me enough with your privacy. I will give my best to investigate.

Sorry I do not have a discord account and really do not want to have all the hassles of creating one. If anyone else who are trusted to check it from their account then I will take their words.
