I had 4.67 coins sent to my coinb.in Wallet and now the funds are shown in wallet but I cannot spend. Funds are showing as unspent. I tried to import keys to electrum wallet and nothing. Please help will reward

When I login to coinb.in it shows the funds are in the wallet but when I try to spend it takes a while to load then gives me a blank red error. The funds show unspent (https://live.blockcypher.com/btc/address/3EKwWuPu979SBfd8sVKfAdneFXMoYMPJoy/)

someone please help me figure out whats going on
