Hello everyone , i like to let you know that Hitbtc locked my account for 1 month i sent all documents ( selfie with hitbtc screen , id , selfie with id , utility bill , again utility bill )
and now guess what , no response from the support from March 10 2019 , i send an email like eveyrday but no response , ticket #403634 . i will keep you updated guys
Day 32 No reply from HitBTC , Accounts still Locked , im Making a website to Show everything and everyone can participate . Comming Soon ....... |

No offense, but honor and non tangible things don't make a valid collateral, as other pointed you to contact HitBtc support, you should be persistent in contacting them t get your funds back.

Thanks for your Honest reply , i contact the support everyday , but no response , im not the first case , many people are in the same situation as me . thank you again good luck to you too . Here is a thing I have learned the first day on crypto, never leave your coins on an exchange, the rule is "not your private keys, not your coins", an exchange can run any time, change policy to exclude your country and seize your assets or simply deny access. This is not counting you forgetting password or access to linked email... All True , i will keep that in mind , its nice one not your keys not your coins , i learned it on the hard way  |

Thanks for your reply First of things im not Begging for Money , im trying to get a loan , i shared the story to give the Lender the whole picture . After research , HitBTC is a scam Exchanger if you dont know that keep it in mind , Stay away from Hitbtc , and dont be stupid to put your money in like me . support didnt reply for 1 month . the best option for me is to buy gift cards from Localbitcoins and resell . good luck to you and thanks for your comment again |

No one here is fool enough to lend .05btc to a newbie without collateral. Nothing stops you from running away once you get the bitcoins.
