التعدين السحابي
هو نوع جديد وفيه الكثير من الإيجابيات فهو عبارة عن شراء وحدات تعدين في مواقع خاصة بالتعدين السحابي أي أنك تشتري هاشات جيجا والموقع يقوم بعملية التعدين وإرسال الأرباح إلى حسابك.
وهو مفهوم جديد لعملية التعدين التقليدية, فهو عملية تسخير للأجهزة الحاسوبية الضخمة المعدّة للتعدين, تماما كما تفعل لو كنت تمتلكها, لكن يتم ذلك عن بعد باستخدام وسطاء التعدين, ويتشارك بها العديد من المستخدمين من باختلاف مناطقهم

Your previous account got banned for ban evasion. That means that an account before that one got banned probably because of plagiarism or spamming.
You as a person is banned and all accounts associated with you are banned from the forum.
What is the reason your first account got banned? Did you plagiarise posts?
I did not know the rules of the forum, I took a subject and translated it to another language and I published and published in another section Is there a solution to restore my brother's account? |

soarez, your previous account Nezar Ayach was banned because you have violated the forum rule #25. Ban evasion. I have banned because I did not know forum rules please, can you take a look at my topics and give me a merit point if you deserve it
25. Ban evasion (using or creating accounts while one of your accounts is banned) is not allowed.
~ If you get banned (temporarily or permanently) and create a new account to continue posting / sending PMs, it's considered ban evasion. The only exception is creating a thread in Meta about your ban.
Is there a solution to recover my brother? |

OP states that it was being lock up so meaning that OP could not access anymore with the account. This possibly to be seem like a hack account.
If so, admin can recover it by cooperating with them providing the details needed to recover the hack account. You can check above OP posted in the sticky threads of steps on how account will be recover.
But, chances are also that your account was being banned. So if it is found out that you OP were being banned then no need to for you to ask and complain to get back your account. Probably OP has banned due to plagiarism. This is the common reason to most users getting ban here.

Please specify more informations, what account? This forum? If yes i doubt it, if someone get banned he commited serious offence. But this is guessing, you must specify more data to we are able to help.
