Hello,
I wanted to access my kraken account, which I didn't use for some time.
I have all access information, including 2FA AND email.
However it looks like 2FA is not working.
I type in user & password, get to the 2FA, enter the 2FA and get a "log in invalid" error.
However I am certain this is the right 2FA, and the password is right, since it didn't fail at that step.
Is that a common issue? What documents do you need to reset 2FA?
Hi there, It's possible that you need to sync your 2FA app with the correct time and timezone. You can find the 'sync' button in the app's settings. If you no longer have access to your Login 2FA or if the sync doesn't help, and had not previously set up a Master Key (which can be used to bypass Login 2FA), we must manually remove the Login 2FA from your account. To begin this process, fill out the ‘Account Access Issues’ form so that our security team can assist your further. Let me know if you have any questions. I did recently changed time zones. However the other codes are working perfectly. So I guess there was an issue on your end... I will stay the process as soon as I get access to a computer. It might be best to have 2FA removed from your account and trying again, we can start the process after you complete the form linked in my original message. So I did that. And it worked. For a while. I have the same exact issue all over again. I might add that the second kraken account I use (mine and my relative's) had no such issue ever. Both 2FA codes are managed on the same device. for the record, I'm a dumb - I've sent 0.5 XBT to USDT address that I have on Kraken. And they told me that there was a chance at some point their developers would be able to sweep their wallets. Anyway, I'm a long term Bitcoin investor and I don't know how many months or years it will take, but if it will be recovered in the future, it's OK. Kind regards. Hello Kraken,
we have a problem.
before almost 4 weeks we have sent fiat over bank transfer. it has reached your bank account after 2 days, but it has never reached to your platform or our account at your platform.
we have been communicating with your tech support for some time now, and didn't got anywhere.
before this holdup we had really good cooperation in previous transactions.
now the problem is that money is on your account for 3+weeks for now.
is there anything we can do to help us both to overcome this situation and continue with cooperation as usual?
let me mention once more, before this last transaction everything was perfect on your end.

I can not personally vouch for Zscaler or recommend the use of their service. It may be best to access Kraken without using Zscaler. However, if you wish to use it, I have a found a guide on their website explaining how to whitelist websites. Hello,
Recently I withdraw my Bitcoins from Bitstamp to kraken using my old address (2017). After 6 confirmations, I noticed that the bitcoin is not on my account. I had a conversation with the support team and told me that my bitcoins would be delayed due to changes of address and will be charged by a small fee which is okay with me. I asked them at least a timeframe when will be updated and they told me that it can take months depending on the developer.
Is there any thing I could do to expedite the process and getting my bitcoins from my old address to newly generated address? I think it would be unfair if I will wait for months.
I know and appreciate it. Just want to have an idea how long?

Based on the response you got from our support team, it sounds like you deposited to an expired address. I just had the same problem. I transferred a fair amount of XTZ to Kraken, to have some would be ready to trade if the price increased. The price increased yesterday, and when I logged in, I received a "Account Disabled" message.
I am tier 4 verified.
Opened a ticket (ticket 2626651). Got a "we are looking into it" message but nothing else.
If the price falls before I can sell, I am done with Kraken.

BAT and WAVES Trading Starts August 22!We are pleased to announce that BAT and WAVES will be listed on Kraken starting August 22.
What time will funding and trading start?
- Funding: Kraken will enable deposits and withdrawals for both assets at approximately 13:30 UTC on August 22.
- Trading: We will be enable trading at the same time as funding. Buy orders can be placed at this time. The first trade executions will take a bit longer because sell orders cannot be placed until deposits are credited (see required confirmation times below).
- Updates will be posted on the status page (https://status.kraken.com) near launch time.

I stopped using Kraken a long time ago, as I have little interest in the coins they offer and I can't stand their website's layout. It's nowhere as intuitive as many other exchanges, and quite a few members who posted above have listed different issues which make Kraken suck.
And yeah, what I'm really looking for nowadays is a way to link up my bank account with a crypto exchange. Poloniex does wire transfers, but that doesn't help me, and Coinbase nuked me years ago. You really have to catch up with the times, Kraken.

gee, i sure hope this inability to service international USD wires and the fundraising efforts aren't both related to the money seizure from crypto capital, of whom kraken was a client.....

Can we please remove the "Finish setting up your Kraken account" nag from the website? It apparently wants me to do step three "Secure Your Funds" which is setup 2FA but I have been using google auth for login 2FA for quite a long time. If I click the "Secure" button which is what it presumably is nagging me to do, then I end up on the security tab with a nag to setup the "global settings lock" but after looking at it I choose not to. So how do I make the "Finish setting up your Kraken account" nag go away? I obviously do not need to "Finish setting up my Kraken account" as I have been using it for literally years already.
