Yes, it just has a signature ban. You can post as normal otherwise.

I unblocked the account with a sig ban. If you prove yourself to be a worthwhile member and/or receive a decent bit of merit I will consider removing it at some point.

Why are you taking this forum seriously? If you want to learn, you can open the forum without having any account. And if you want to participate and learn, no one will stop you. The problem is trying to make profits and you are in violation of the rules of the forum, so you are prevented from using your old account.

If you can convince the administration, you will get a ban from wearing prospects for a year or two.

First, you have to understand who actually banned here? Means only those who break a rule could be banned here. That means the user has not any more permission to use this forum. Then I don't think the voting system will be accepted here by the mods even the community.

Yes, in some case if any misunderstood occur then the banned user has permission to create a new account which only could be used to post in meta section for a ban appeal. And community share their opinion and the possible reason for banned there. So if any mistake occurs people can share on that topic. Mods are always here they can see easily and take appropriate decisions.

He has been sig banned until May 13, 2021. Till then, he can use the forum as usual but he cannot use any signature on his profile.

Not sure I understand you correctly, but sometimes signature bans are given instead of full and permanent account bans. That means that you can still post as normal but your signature is removed for a period of time instead. Given that you were a Junior Member you don't have much of one anyway but it'll mean you can still collect bounties as long as they don't require your signature.

Technically it's against the rules to create a new account once banned but ban evasion isn't really enforced here and nobody will know if you don't publicly link them together somehow. Maybe a signature ban can be issued instead though, but given your account is only a Junior Member it really wouldn't take long to get back there.

I tried to warn you about adding sources to your posts, and you did for that one, but then you just continued on like it didn't matter.  

There aren't very many strict rules on the forum, but you managed to break one of them, a few times even after being warned...
