As You mentioned Stellar is quite good choice but little difficult for newcomers to use it... because You must open Stellar Wallet and add trustline before You transfering coins - some people doesnt understand it and become confused... if You plan make airdrop and bounty it could be a problem because You loose many users because of that.... I mean erc20 will bring You more people by bounty and airdrop than stellar - BUT overall Stellar got nice exchange, I dont know about ERC20 got it too..

I revied it at coinpaprika and it's look quite solid. I think I can try it for some amount to see the price action and I like to have coins more like 1k for very cheap price and not huge maximum supply.
