no it's not, the site really sucks! You won't be able to withdraw ltc most of the time, you will always have to wait a few hrs to a day or two to withdraw ltc, and most importantly you won't be able to cancel the withdrawal, which means your ltc will be locked for a few hrs to a day or two, by the time your ltc got unlocked the market price has changed drastically.

Has anyone encounter withdrawal issue recently? I cannot withdraw ltc AGAIN! It happens almost every time I do a withdrawal recently! After clicking the confirmation link in the email, it displays a 'pending review' or 'processing' and there's NO button to cancel! Sometimes it'll lock the coins for more than a day and you cannot unlock them without contacting support! WTF! Can the bitfinex guys fix this thing by just adding a cancel button? At least give a button to cancel the withdraw rather than lock all the coins, I cannot sell or withdraw them and I already lost money because of that!!

I guess they can just switch to another server provider, maybe it's better to hire hackers to hack in their server to see if there's anything left for our victims.

To test the water, I deposited 0.6 ltc then requested withdrawal of 0.6 + bonus amount ltc right after deposit, it's still pending approval after 12hrs, either there's a bug in the system or they hold the withdrawal. I tried to withdraw 0.5 ltc hrs later the first attempt, still displaying pending approval.

Hey guys, I have some questions about margin trading and need clarifications urgently, please help! Thanks in advance!

1. If it's possible to close some of the unused swaps? Let's say I have used 100 btc swap and I want to close 10 of them, how do I do this? I tried the claim option but it seems it requires me buying 100 btc first.

2.  If it's possible to do margin trading without reserving swaps first? If so how will the interest calculated?

3. If I have 50 btc in the trading wallet, then I use margin sell, will it sell my 50 btc directly, or it will still borrow 50 btc swaps? How will the interest calculated in this case?

4. When reserving swaps, sometimes it display 2-30 days, but these different contracts have different number of contract too, how will I be able to reserve the swaps for the best result? For instance, I want to reserve contracts for 7 days, then will the '2 days' contract be received automatically? What's the most effective way to reserve certain amount of contract within a range of days?

5. If I close the swaps used in the margin position directly at the 'total resturn swaps' page, without placing any orders at the margin trade to close the position, what will happen? I tried this and found the selected used swap will be removed, but I didn't notice any difference on my account's balance.
