1  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: cash out or let it ride? on: May 05, 2024, 08:12:36 AM
Good thing you later decided to cash bud, congratulations on such a good win, if I was in your position, I would have cashed out too.
exactly. if the bet is really true, i'd have cashed out too i just can't let the opportunity to multiple money like that slide just because greed.
as much as many reward promised there is but a win is a win even more so with that much multiplier.

no need to get so nervous on waiting the last game to settle and its already good enough profit that for someone with good money management at least it could settle for some years.
definitely a peace of minds.
2  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Don't make your bets when you're tired on: May 04, 2024, 06:10:13 AM
people who are tired tend to not focus and overlook slgiht detail, this slight detail could be the deciding factor in winning bets.
I think that is why its not recommended in placing a bets when someone is tired, but you should know that if its game of luck, the tiredness won't affect a thing.
but i guess the follow up decision of whether they should further make a bet when they lose or not could be the reason why it does make sense to halt making a bet when we are tired.

usually the adrenaline of placing a bet won't appear when we are tired anyway so it doesn't work as an entertainment if we are just so tired, better get a sleep first then make decision later.
things can wait.
3  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Jake Paul to Fight Mike Tyson in Live Netflix Boxing Event - July 20 on: May 02, 2024, 05:03:25 AM
I believe Paul's entire game will be around tiring out Tyson until he can do something. Because it doesn't make any sense for him to face him straight away and go for a knockout. If he does this he will suffer a lot
definitely, ain't no way he just gonna risk that by facing tyson when he's not exhausted yet, probably just gonna try to do whatever is safest for him and then try to be aggressive later on.
but surely mike tyson gonna figure that out too and take countermeasure right such as trying to not exhaust himself to play the long game.
but we don't know for sure ego also at play here, as far as I know someone like jake paul definitely has high ego, probably trying to prove himself or something.
we will see when his match finally live and judge based on that, i'm sure people will make many opinion about the approach that either jake paul or mike tyson is making.
but i think in term of reputation its always gonna be a losing game for jake paul, well if he could win somehow surely that gonna turn the tables here.
4  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Stopping the curse of losing streak? on: May 01, 2024, 09:44:29 AM
In bad luck, switching games makes sense. New sport, vibes, maybe a new start? But are we fixing the problem or just distracting ourselves? It feels good in the moment, that rush of the unknown... but that high is temporary. We're not addressing the cause. You said it: too much of anything is bad. Football, basketball, or whatever, this is sports betting 101. Knowing when to retreat is the actual skill that sets pros apart. That advise about resting after a loss? Straight wisdom. Your mental game matters more than your bankroll, guy. Blasting through losses is a formula for disaster
well indeed switching over to the new game is more of distraction, its just to refresh the mind nothing more and its probably just an escape from the lose streak but in my opinion it could helps a little to just calm the mind since with calmer mind it might lead to another future victory but can't deny the fact that like as you said, too much of anything is bad, i mean being too fixated so hard just because we are eager to compensate, thats definitely bad behaviour that might lead to another streak of losing just like you described.
at the end of the day, retreating just for the sake of not losing too much is always the best strategy, things can be sorted out in the future and all can wait.
what better is to make the right strategy before going in again, its true, pros knows when to retreat and thats what sets them apart from the newbies.
but it could also be just the nature of that pros in which they have calmer mind so they know what to do next and not to do some useless things.
5  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Jake Paul to Fight Mike Tyson in Live Netflix Boxing Event - July 20 on: April 30, 2024, 10:47:20 AM
This will be among one of the top fights ever in history in boxing. From my observation and information Jake Paul simply want to make a name in boxing, and that's what he us working towards of which this fight can make such show.
I believe  Mike  will end this show in 6 seconds with a a super Knockout(KO) can't afford to miss this fight.
Let's not exaggerate, this is an exhibition fight, and that alone disqualifies it to ever become as important as you claim it can be, and if that was not enough this is a fight between an influencer and a boxer, which despite being at the top of the boxing word when he was a professional, he is way past his prime.

So if you are excited about this fight that is cool and all, but do not try to make this more than what it is, otherwise you will be disappointed when you watch the fight.
agreed with this and its probably just to test what mike capable of when he is in old age already, jake paul probably try to make name in boxing but he already popular honestly before even engaging in real boxing world.
its just exhibition match, sole purpose is making name and money, i don't see anything more than that, but it might pave the way for jake paul for his future career if he somehow wins, but if he didn't well its just exhibition match.
remember that being old don't lie, stamina depleted, anyone expecting mike to be performing like he was in his prime days will be in for disappointment, though i can be very well wrong about this.
just see the match for what it is, not to mention that its live in netflix is obvious, this fight is not to create the most awesome nerve racking boxing fight ever.
6  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would you cashout or wait for the game to conclude? on: April 29, 2024, 06:09:21 AM
it depends on the person if he thinks its a good money he got he can just cash it out if the guy is adrenaline junky he definitely just gonna go all in, go big or go home they said.
so if someone got money in their purse already they can just wait until the game to conclude because we are speaking about big profit if all the game concludes and nothing slipping just be sure that you are confident with the next game if not then its just better to cash out it doesn't hurt to get lesser profit than your ultimate expectation since profit is a profit.

i mean at the end of the day you can always find other game in the future with the profit that you've gotten.
if you are so good at doing this thing surely you will find your ability to be advantageous later on, try to find proper reasoning to make the decision.
7  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Stopping the curse of losing streak? on: April 29, 2024, 05:48:40 AM
Everything is exactly as you described and I follow the same advice. Usually, when I experience such streaks it indicates that I am tired and need to switch to something else. Or it simply may not be my day which is also a possibility. In that case it's better to stop for a while.
switching between games usually refresh the mind, for example you are too focused on the football matches, you got bad streaks you can easily switch over to UFC or basketball or whatever sport that you have knowledge of then it works as sort of mind refreshment when you see new things.
personally I really like footballs, basketballs and UFC even sometime its chess too, you know betting on those definitely have different experiences, even more so when you are watching the matches you definitely gonna have that pump of adrenaline.
but overall if you face lose streak, then its better to just rest for a week or a month to keep your mind fresh, always remember everything thats excessive isn't really good for you there is reason why people doing too much thing might messed up just like working, business and so on.

forcing your way out of problem after series of lose streak will make things worse only so this advice is really good for those that contemplating whether they should just force their way to make up for their losses.
8  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Israil Madrimov vs Terrence Crawford on: April 28, 2024, 11:40:21 AM

So a win here will make him a 154 lbs and maybe his next target will be Charlo or Fundora or Tim Tszyu. And obviously, this is stay busy fight just to avoid ring inactivity for Crawford. And to boot, he will be fighting for the belt, so very favorable for him.

This is going to be an easy win for Crawford and will establish his presence in the 154 lbs and I don't think these names will be a threat to Crawford, I followed many fights of Crawford and he shows perfection both in power and skill something that is lacking on those names.

Crawford has never been challenged in all his fights, but he keeps getting better as he gets older, if ever he goes further in weight is there a possibility that Canelo meet him in the ring, I hate it when Canelo makes another excuse to beat first top fighters in his division before going against him.
crawford gonna win but i doubt its gonna be easy win even madrimov himself already had over 300 amateur fights, but it gonna be great to show dominance of terrence crawford since we all know he is more experienced and versatile anyway crawford needs to watch out for madrimov punch as well just to not underestimate it, but i think seeing the previous matches from madrimov on youtube i can assume that he still has many weakness showing such as lax defense if i were to bet i'd bet on crawford full on.
this match we will see how madrimov could fare against crawford I doubt he could do much though but i'm pretty sure he could hold on until few rounds then getting KO'd probably thats just my rough guess though since crawford got the reach advantage here. we will see how crawford gonna stomp.

10  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why has bitcoin prices not increased just after halving ? on: April 27, 2024, 10:56:42 AM
you are too impatient, the bullrun needs time, the whales need to accumulate, often time its just to make those paper hand cash out first because they gonna be burden on the price candle because the paper hand are the first one that unload their bitcoin, I think thats the reason.

also, don't get your hopes too high, there are even speculation that the real bullrun will only come after a year by seeing the chart in 5 year interval, you don't get quick profit out of this, you need to hold and its gonna be rocky, there will be many price correction along the way that shaken your faith in HODLing but don't stop HODLing because only then you can make profit.
i learned the hard way missing out on so many opportunity not gonna miss again just because scared of price correction for all I know.
bitcoin approved of its ETF means bitcoin is good enough and consistent enough to be investment instrument that you don't need to be too scared the price won't go descending to zero.
11  Economy / Speculation / Re: If China Supports Crypto, Where Can Bitcoin's Price Go? on: April 27, 2024, 10:44:45 AM
you will find out when it is the time, all of prediction here are just prediction, we don't know for sure how much flow of money china gonna contribute towards the growth of crypto if they truly intended to accept it.

to be frank, we don't even sure if they gonna really accept and support it for real or not, until the time we get to see they finally support crypto then everything is uncertain.
we should be talking more about the ETF anyway, many countries are already approving crypto and creating their own ETF and approving it, it might be the catalyst for overall crypto growth.
i will be lying if I say that these ETF kinda have low impact but thats exactly why we should be more focused on this, since it allow crypto to be exposed to entire world liquidity and legally regulated at that.
12  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you depend on game predictions by supercomputers? on: April 27, 2024, 08:15:10 AM
lets see how the accuracy of those machine prediction first, i mean in my opinion, all the things that factors to the victory of a team all can't be represented into a math, i might be short sighted but its all pure luck also have a role in this regard, these machine only good at showing the chance of win, but what you gonna do with that chance? for example if liverpool has 45% rate of winning EPL, well what gonna happen could be very well the remaining 55%, same thing with other, but we can also see the accuracy of the machine by just comparing it to the real world event that happens.
see whether its prediction could at least reached more than 80% then we might talk about how to use this machine to make prediction on these football matches and so on.
but honestly right now i still don't believe it, if its just giving analysis and we can use that analysis to our advantage by gathering as much information as possible then it does make sense but doesn't mean we can do something with the winning chance rate since at the end of the day its all about win or lose.
13  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Blogs and Forums. Additional Features in Online Casinos on: April 26, 2024, 11:19:07 PM
would be great if they also have AI to help us get the latest information in summarized manner not reading some really long article just to get information.
i always find AI summarization to help a lot turning few paragraphs long article into just few line of texts.
I think some companies aren't really seeing potentail of the AI into their product but I believe that its the way of the future.
i mean they are willing to write an article might as well implement the capability of AI to it so that we won't waste too much time analyzing and making researches.

Do you by chance consider these features when assessing and selecting which casinos to join and play on?

For me not in any cases. I would rather chose the casino that is generous of giving rewards than one who have the blogsite. For me it's just their marketing gimmick to lead people and tell that the casino is more verified than the rest because it has blog. Yes that would be a good help to provide interaction between gamblers but it's unnecessary since it won't make you money either.
why not both, i mean there's no reason why a platform can only have one, you can have both and the customers will be happy, you get the gist of it.
14  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the least risky gambling game at online casinos? on: April 26, 2024, 11:01:22 PM
the least risky in my opinion is sport matches betting and also e-sports betting, if you have the insight you can be having winning streak, such as football matches you can see before hand the statistic of the football clubs, how much wins they have lately and so on, whether the player are in perfect condition, that already a good insight into whether a team will win.
now we are talking about e-sports such as DotA and CSGO, if you are avid e-sports fan, I think you can pretty much find the player that are really good by watching their stream on twitch and so on.
you can then make your judgement whether their team gonna win or not, so its all not depending on a pure luck but also on your own matured analysis.
i personally always find these two to be easily predicted, there are many things that could make a team win and its usually showing obivous sign you just need to be observant towards the team that are facing off.
its not depending on pure luck so if you think you have bad luck overall you can be spared of the RNG.
15  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Jake Paul to Fight Mike Tyson in Live Netflix Boxing Event - July 20 on: April 26, 2024, 10:47:39 PM
If we speak about muscles, then for a person who has bern training for a long part of his life it isnt hard to maintain them in good shape. Muscles have memory. On the other hand, pile of muscles gives some advantage in boxing, but they are not game changers. But the body in general and reflex are from being in peak form. Anyway, this fight is not about whl wins, but imho it is about one boxer meets legend, other returns in the ring and show that what battle pensioner is capable of, spectators get fun, investors money.
well agreed with this one, this entire fight is just showing us what mikey is capable of in his old years.
aside from the fact that he is fighting jake paul which currently in his prime, we get to see whether an old legendary boxer could still meet the public expectation.
i mean to be fair people watching the fight just to see how mike tyson can fight an enemy in their prime despite all the limitation that mike tyson is having.

It's like a battle between intense experience and little experience. Mike Tyson's opponent may be faster or more agile, but when it comes to stamina, you will know. Mike Tyson's opponent may also think that he is old and not as nimble as he is, but he may be right.

But the force of the fist cannot be measured, and he cannot tell if it is weak. But even so, it's exciting to watch because if Mike Tyson still wins, that means he's just old, but the strength of his fist hasn't changed.
In terms of experience, of course, Jake Paul is far from Mike Tyson, who spent most of his life in boxing, but I think Jake Paul is also not someone who only has the courage to dare to challenge Myke Tyson to a boxing match, Currently, apart from being an youtuber, of course Jake Paul is also started training in boxing so I think myke tyson will only be looking for defeat in that fight, Current as an youtuber, jake paul has challenged many former boxers and UFC fighters with quite an impressive winning record so maybe he will be able to overcome any resistance from myke tyson.

To be honest, I want to see Tyson win and destroy Jake Paul arrogance in the  fight, but after looking at all the possibilities, it's of course difficult to say if Mike Tyson can beat Jake Paul. So far, of course tyson has a lot of experience, but in boxing fight, isn't stamina a factor the most important thing besides the strong  of the punch we have?
honestly, it looks like Jake Paul will be able to dominate the fight later on and he just needs to leave Myke Tyson out of steam and breath before actually knocking him to the floor of the boxing ring.
jake paul is still young enough, is in his prime, definitely have the agility here, if he can take advantage of it maybe he can have chance, but mike tyson despite being old is a legendary boxer he has the experience, we will see how much an experience could help someone in the fight against someone who are in their prime.
even though many people just call jake paui a youtuber but he does have the capability of a boxer seeing his previous matches.
16  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ever Projected how to spend gambling profits while the game has not played yet? on: April 25, 2024, 04:20:22 AM
some people are just optimistic and thats fine I mean someone can have a dream despite the outcome might shown different result, I mean if you are a fan of arsenal for example, and you know full well that you put your money at stake for this club at a reason and you know very well based on your own judgement whether arsenal gonna comes out victorious or not, what do you think? wouldn't you project your winning later on because you're so sure.
there's most certainly no harm in being optimistic about the result of your judgement,on the other hand if its turning out to be a lose then a lose is unavoidable and what you can do is accept it anyway.
I always project my winning even before the game played, what kind of phones i'd get with the winning money, its just a small joy before the match thats not gonna do something bad to you.

its only become bad when your expectation is too high to the point where it just gets unhealthy that makes you think you can't afford to lose your money, only that case it will affect your mental heavily.
17  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Jake Paul to Fight Mike Tyson in Live Netflix Boxing Event - July 20 on: April 25, 2024, 03:39:31 AM
If I'm not mistaken, the rules as are almost as close as a boxing match, so it should be legit as it should be. And there will be no protection from Jake Paul and Tyson is going to be the boxer that he is. Obviously he is going to be 58 years old during the fight, but I think he can still pull the trigger.

And I'm speculating that Tyson will come here not heavy, because he is trying as hard as he can here. Hopefully it will be as entertaining as we can get and not the fight just being rigged or both fighters are there to scam us because it's rigged from the beginning.
LOL seeing the physic of mike tyson even during his late 50s already speaks a lot of his capability, this man, you see he's still ripped as of now, those muslce are hard to mantain in the old age but he can mantain it meaning he has been doing great with his health and probably has already regained some portion of his younger capability again. I don't say that mike tyson is coming near to his prime, of course the age difference will affect his physic capability massively, but then again that can be compensated with his experience in boxing.
to be fair though jake paul is also above average in my own views, but he definitely not as good as mike tyson in his prime in term of skill.
lets see whether skill can compensate what mike tyson is lacking heavily in his old age, i'm expecting people to not really know which one gonna win and victorious in this match.
but I hope that mike will stomp the other guy, but i can be wrong.
18  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is AI going to affect gambling in any way ? on: April 25, 2024, 03:33:06 AM
In response to the part of your comment that I bolded, you know this, but still; in the first part part of your comment, you asked the other user how he thinks that Ai can be used to carry out gambling tasks in the future?

Well, one thing I have to say here is that, Ai are just emerging, they are at the very beginning of their development, and like at the very beginning of bitcoin, many out of those who knew about bitcoin then never knew or believed that Bitcoin will grow to become what it is today, I personally believe that the same will or may likely happen with Ai, Ai will innovate will sector in the internet, if Ai can be used to carry out trades, be rest assured that Ai too will be used to carry out gambling, a time is coming when you won't have to even touch you phone or device, you can gamble, place bets, and navigate a casino site and or your account by just simply saying the things you want an Ai to do for you 🤣, it's coming.
your statement about AI sounds good tbh, imagine just telling an AI to place bets based on AI's own analysis about the curent matches of sport that we wanna bet and we get instant analysis from AI in real time and added with information from the latest news then we can easily think whether to place bets or not, if its just betting adjusment and so on, I think simple bot already do that anyway, what good about AI is its ability to self think, I mean it can do some analysis on its own so we can off load the works of skimming through so many news outlets just to find out whether arsenal is a good enough team to bet on (just an example)

i can imagine such thing to be happening, we are still early, AI still can't be judged of its capability yet since we haven't explored many AI anywy more over most of AI aren't really connected real time to the many medias that its just using pretrained data, there are many task need to be done before we can use full fledged capability of AI to helps us judge which team gonna win.
there are simply many things that can be done by AI thats why i favour it, as someone that just don't have the luxury of many free time at my hand, using AI just simply awesome.
also, the fact that I can summary about the news of sports turning entire article into just few lines of text just seem really appealing to me, its really great.
19  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you believe in gambling experts predictions? on: April 25, 2024, 03:10:19 AM
depends on what expert we are talking about if the gambling is sport based i will somewhat heed to their analysis and prediction after all they probably know whats really going on with the team that they analysed, the extensive knowledge of watching the certain specific game for more than decades does affect how their analysis will be and how accurate it is.
if its just some random with overly inflated assesment of their own knowledge yeah im talking about some random expert that are overly biased in their opinion in regard of the game they are talking about they i won't buy their bs.
I guess its a routine that people will seek these expert opinion about the game for a reason, seasoned expert helps seeing something that we don't really see as some newbie.

I mean imagine someone who already watched UFC never missing a match from 90s compare it to some youngsters that just got into UFC because its cool and all about the analysis made by the two, there will be stark contrast between the two analysis.
20  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is AI going to affect gambling in any way ? on: April 17, 2024, 12:49:10 PM
I have gone through the topic and havent found any link that will lead to a proof that someone tried and tested AI for gambling. If AI would really help with making predictions, there would be examples of its usage, gambling community would have a hot discussions about it. Right now people seems to be either cautions to use it, or afraid to risk money and test. All I see that main argument is AI "might" make some affect, but nobody is sure about it. I would remind everyone once again - there is no magic "win" button, nor magic strategy to win always.

The thing is that AI is a tool, that's it.

You can use it to do more things, faster, and more efficiently.

You can explore different odds, games, bets, etc, and even check out other ways to make money.

If you have an open mind, you can use AI to generate money.

It's not the AI generating money, it's a human using AI.
AI still in its early phase, there are still so few people or companies actually using AI for thing like making money through trading for example there are still too few data to be able to give upperhand in trading by utilizing AI meaning there are still no sure way of leveraging AI as advantage compared to the other people.
so it honestly only requires time for the data to be gathered first for an attempt of creating a tools that could helps in making money.
to be fair, it won't be as easy as depicted there are too many variable to make money, including luck and other thing, at best AI will help give guide to what decision best to be made that moment.
