That`s inaccurate - he asked me for my opinion, I shared my opinion and actually told him we could insist if he wishes but that it would probably take quite some time.

Guys, let`s not "exaggerate" and try to keep it real - for what it`s worth, I was informed about this and not only agreed that it was a good idea to (finally) get into solving the issues, I was even happy to learn about it. I am in constant communication with the BC.Game team and actually (you know me by now, I hope), gave them my honest feedback.

All we can do right now is wait and see.

Side note: Let`s not forget that not each and every complaint is valid/legit - the ones who are, I clearly gave them my opinion.

I don`t mind "competitors", actually, competition is great as it helps with spreading the word about the still super young crypto gambling space. The number of affiliate sites on the subject keeps growing day by day BUT the number of sites actually providing useful information (crypto gambling /= "traditional gambling") is very limited still.

I have asked them again and hope that this will be sorted out shortly. Sorry for my "inactivity", busy times and I did not really have the time to look into everything myself.

This is not only about this case but also about the other "similar" one: Even if Casino.Guru can be quite corrupt, sometimes playing games with operators, too, when they aren´t happy about something, it`s still worth something if you "win" a dispute. So, for example, if you have proof of BC.Game having changed the bonus terms afterward, then don`t stop and spam the s*** out of it - don`t take that literally but you know what I am trying to say.

I can tell that they are aware of the complaints here on Bitcointalk and I hope there is going to be a resolution asap.

Yeah, and what does "automatically" even mean, it doesn`t make sense here? Wintomato doesn`t have a real affiliate program and it`s all based on the actual player account --> they blocked the account manually, not automatically

1. You are the ones not having ever honored the original deal with us
2. We said we would stop promoting you for that very reason if you don`t start to follow the closed deal
3. You said that you would not, and we stopped the promotion
4. You blocked our account, which also serves as an affiliate account (How would it be blocked automatically, that doesn`t even make sense and you know it)

Sorry, it can´t get any shadier - I am just not sure if it`s ignorance/incompetence or sth else...

Yeah... I mean, they haven`t screwed players (afaik). Still, the way they handled this is as shady and unprofessional as it gets really - and more often than not, in the past, I have seen operators who treat their business partners like s***, treat their players poorly, too, sooner or later.

You can`t just block an account when it`s also the affiliate one and keep all the earnings just for you - that`s a big no-no.

In a little bit more detail, they have never been honoring our original affiliate deal even though they agreed to our mandatory terms (for every brand) to get listed. I have been chasing them for months now and today, they "told me they don`t care", which is when I told them that we would stop promoting and blacklist them. What`s best: Right after doing so, they even blocked our (affiliate) account, which means they will not even keep paying for traffic we had already sent them.

As usual, you guys be careful with brands that openly screw partners, time has proven over and over again that such brands might not refrain from screwing players, too - definitely a red flag.

Yeah, it`s a shame really but honestly, they obviously cannot afford paying out winners while at the same time, referring to predatory terms that were not even announced to existing players - quite some sarcasm here, we are talking about a gambling operation that is looking to acquire traffic that is going to lose money naturally (which is cool for entertainment purposes) while at the same time, not being ready to pay out players - that`s a No-go... not even talking about all the other unfair "things".

Look at the names above, they aren`t only killing it with live games but they also own some of the biggest slot game providers. 

And I should simply forget about integrity and honesty, and promote them like nothing happened and they were a solid casino? That`s not me...

Na, I went ahead and lost the money doing 5k buys for 30 minutes after re-considering and realizing that I am not going to wait for any casino in the world to process a withdrawal of a legit win - not even 120k would be enough to look over the fact that this is a casino that simply isn`t paying you when you win big while at the same time, accepting big bets. Therefore, I will simply be collecting dividends and see how that goes (from a player perspective). From an affiliate perspective, their ranking/rating has significantly decreased since you (I) obviously cannot pretend like it`s normal to process a maximum of 10k/month while taking massive bets.
