1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: People say altcoins won't survive on: August 16, 2018, 05:37:51 PM
Many community members have been claiming lately that altcoins are going to die or at least that 90% of altcoins are doomed. I tend to agree with them that there are many coins and tokens that are pointless and won't survive. Another cathegory are alts with solid foundations but won't manage to fight with their competitors as naturally there are numerous projects with same visions. But if you trust the project you invested in, there is no reason to change your mind just because someone says many altcoins won't succeed. Do your research and trust only your own judgement, because many ALTCOINS ARE HERE TO STAY!
People say a lot of things, but altcoins are still here. Obviously, there are some which wont survive, but some atcoins have a huge potential.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shopping using crypto? on: August 16, 2018, 05:35:51 PM
Do any of you have plans on how you'll eventually spend your crypto?

I'll be using Zeex Cool Their protocol lets you to buy gift cards directly with crypto and spend them with major retailers like Amazon, Starbucks, Playstation etc. with no fees. And they're backed by their sister company Zeek, which is already the biggest gift card provider in Europe, so the platform will be up and running quickly after their token sale.

Here is their website if you're interested: https://www.zeex.me/
Several times I bought games, but mostly crypto is not for fun and I invest, trade and do other things like that.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should continue join ico? on: August 16, 2018, 05:24:51 PM
There is an ico from the Krypital team: Merculet. The project of this team was quite successful before: Cybermiles, Arcblock. Do you think this is a good ico? Should continue to join ico in the moment?

Generally, kryptical team has good ICO. But still you need to analyze everything because you cant  rely only on good reputation.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto is not for people who want permanent money! on: August 16, 2018, 05:20:05 PM
Hey guys, I think crypto is not for guys who want to earn money fast, or become rich in a few month. If you invest in crypto you have to wait and work hard to take part in bounties in time!
Why not some people make fast money. There aren’t a lot of them. But I really know couple of people. Who just joined crypto and earned good money in a few months.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC for Airdrops: A bad precedence on: August 16, 2018, 05:17:49 PM
I have recently seen where bounty hunters were asked to present identifying documents.  Am really against kyc because one of the reasons I joined crypto was the anonymity which it provides. But sadly that's gently creeping away.

Now this KYC has come into airdrops. Imagine am to submit my ID to some I don't know which planet he or she or they are from for some pennies worth tokens.

It's terrible and this is a bad precedence these people are setting.

If as a community we do not say no to this,  then it would become the norm.

Yep, I am also against it. But it is done because some people create different accounts and get more money. But still I don’t like it.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Investing for the long term in an altcoin is good idea? on: August 16, 2018, 05:11:49 PM
Based on the understanding and knowledge of following up with the cryptocurrency for the past 6 month, my inference is that the cryptocurrency is highlt volatile.

Is it a good approach to stay invested for long term in the altcoin space?

Altcoins are highly unstable, I think you can try investing for long-term in BTC or ETH. Or choose top-5 altcoins. But don’t invest too much money.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: are you still believe in ico's?? on: August 15, 2018, 05:06:40 PM
Hello friends...please share your opinion about the reality of ico's currently.
If you believe in some ico's please share with us  Smiley
Thanks.
I still believe in ICOs but I will not focus on it because most of these coins when appear in the market will have very low value compare to the ICO price, a lot of investors will dump the coins. Last time I joined an ICO because my friend told me but sad to say the developers or the team left the project and that happen that I lost my money.

The same situation I decided to hold my hand and don’t invest in ICO this month as I haven’t found really promising projects.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are you using ETH for? on: August 14, 2018, 05:22:31 PM
What have you been using your ETH for?

For trading
To buy ICO
For long term investment
Other - explain

Usually investing in ICO but in recent times I haven’t find any promising one so now I am kind of holding. Don’t want to waste it without any sense.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you feel like quitting? on: August 14, 2018, 05:20:04 PM
The market has been down for too long. Do you feel like quitting cryto because you ve lost much?
For me, am a die hard fan of crypto. I will be a coward if i run away. I will stay till the green light shows. What about you?

I have hope and i am not going to quit. That`s true about hard times but I have a strong feeling market will recover soon. New projects will appear and become successful.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I lost over 80k because i sold too early (newbie mistake) on: August 14, 2018, 05:18:08 PM
A while ago i went all in ZClassic and bought about 365 Coins when the price was about 2$ per coin, but i decided to sell a couple of days after.
Two weeks later zclassic mooned and i could make about 80k now.

i learned my lesson in the hard way..

I would also recommend stop thinking like if I could and so on. Surely,  it was a mistake you got your lesson and in future just understand and analyze this situations and then it will bring you success.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How was your experience in joining bounty or airdrop? on: July 28, 2018, 09:30:19 PM
Hey everyone!

I am very new to joining airdrops. I just wanna know if you had experience joining into some ICOs but did not receive your expected tokens? Or what was your first tokens that you received?

My first received token was very rewarding experience, still counting other and tracking my airdrops atm.

Can you share some of your experiences about this matter?

thank you!

I am positive about bounties and negative about Airdrops. Because the second one are just a waste of time usually, when you get useless coins. It is easier to find good bounty, participate and get your tokens which you could sell in future.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mass Bounty hunter or Full time crypto trader on: July 28, 2018, 09:26:54 PM
I wonder what is better, a Mass bounty hunter or a full time crypto trader? What are the pros and cons of each chosen position?

As for me you need to understand what is better for you and what is your strong side. Some people are bad in trading and choose bounties.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where can I learn trading ? on: July 28, 2018, 09:24:09 PM
Hello forumites,

I am interested in learning the rudiments of cryptocurrency trading and that led me here. But I discovered that here is just for airing opinions on coins and bounties ( permit me if I'm wrong) and most importantly I prefer visual materials to PDF.

Please suggest where I can get videos tutorial online and other useful sites.
Thanks in anticipation of your suggestions.

There are a lot of videos in Youtube, they helped me. And different sites just google it. I am not sure if there are a lot of topics on forum about it.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to gain income from crypto 1k$/month on: July 28, 2018, 12:03:02 PM
You should also mention either you want to invest to earn that amount or just work as a bounty hunter, by the way there are many earning streams in the crypto world for example, mining, trading, holding, staking, masternodes, icos, doing bounty tasks etc, Amount of earnings depend on your work and experience, but remember each investment can be risky, not every coin or investment will be profitable.
Yes, there are a lot of ways how to earn crypto. But each way needs different amount of time you will spend and other factors. You can be a hunter it is quite gainfully.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Should buy and hold NEO? on: July 28, 2018, 12:00:31 PM
I recommend buying and holding NEO now. NEO is one of the potential altcoin. It was born in China, it has a development plan and technology is quite similar to Ethereum so NEO is dubbed as Ethereum of China. NEO has a professional team, it has good scalability. I believe that if you invest long term in NEO you will have a lot of profit in the future. NEO now costs about $ 33, which is a great opportunity for you to buy NEO cheaply.

And in recent times a lot of ICO are based on NEO the same as it was and is with ETH. I also find NEO as very potential coin.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what's your reason joining here in crypto? on: July 28, 2018, 11:40:34 AM
what's your reason joining here in crypto?

What about you? My reason is pretty simple, I want to get some profit. I really fond of blockchain technology and I understand it is our future. That’s why I hold some coins to be safe in future.
17  Other / Archival / Re: What you will do with your altcoins? on: July 28, 2018, 11:37:50 AM
During last time do a lot of bounties and get some different price. its near 17 numbers and all price according to the market no more then 350 USD for all... What you should recommend to do with this coins?

If you participated in some really good projects then hold. Other coins I would sell, because there is no sense to hold it is useless tokens.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to recognize scam on: July 28, 2018, 11:27:53 AM
Hello everyone!

Today I've read a couple of articles and I've noticed that the most people are used to label each ICO as a scam. That is not fair, I know. Especially when you work in a startup launching ICO and do your best to make a project successful. However, having worked in ICO industry I learned how to recognize a scam just from one conversation with a Founder. I don't know how to explain this feeling. Probably, my subconscious translates knowledge, but I could not say a have a large experience.

So I decided to make a list of scam signs: (and this is just my own opinion)

- A founder and a team are not open.

Talking with a founder is always nice. They are usually full of energy and ready to talk about their project for hours. No matter how tired he/she is: when one is asking about a project, a founder starts talking about it with eyes burn with a fire. No matter who you are. When a founder deflects, tries to escape and avoids it makes you think that he/she just can't tell you anything important. What is more, it is crucial talking to a team. When a team member doesn't know how to answer a simple question about a product, it is also a bad sign.

In case of the lack of opportunity to visit an event and to talk to a team, you always can contact a founder and a team online. They should be open and answer patiently all your difficult questions. Even if you ask it every minute.

- Spending a lot of money on marketing isn't always show professionalism.

Just think. A company needs ICO to raise money for a company development. Isn't it a little bit queerly when an unknown company is too fancy. How? And Why? Why do they need ICO if they already have money on expensive advertisement? I don't know too  Huh

- You know nothing about a founder. And you cant find any information about him/her.

Always google the founder. Always. And now I'm not talking about his/her FB page. I'm talking about his experience, education, photos, events he took part in. A founder should not be a mysterious person who came from nowhere. His background should be open to everyone.

- They don't have a readymade product.

Let's make a sober recognition. The competition is high. In the end of 2017 - the beginning of 2018 you just can't appear with an idea and ask for money. You need to develop your product before ICO. It should not be an amazing one. It could be just prototype. But investors need something real. They need to touch and try your product. However, just 16% of all ICO has a product.

And what do you think about it? What are your signs of a scam?

I wanted to say easy, bro. But unfortunately sometimes it is not so easy and there are a lot of people, who got scamed. Hope, your list will help people to get protected from scams.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will other coins beat bitcoin in the future? on: July 28, 2018, 11:07:36 AM
So guys, what do you think about investing in different icos? I think it's a good idea. We never know which will take the lead in the future. Please help me and give me good suggestions!

I am absolutely positive about investing in ICO. I believe in BTC and have some and also I find other altcoins highly attractive. So I do researches and wisely invest.
20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it too late to invest in bitcoin? Is it a bubble? on: July 28, 2018, 09:56:27 AM
100% agree. Folk, if you have such an opportunity to invest in BTC you should do it. Sure, this is my personal meaning and you can have another one. But if have some hesitations whether to invest or not, you’d better do it. Eventually, BTC will cost a lot, this is a whale of crypto world and have a piece of it is good.
