21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I continue to invest? on: July 27, 2018, 12:43:05 PM
I had invested one ICO previously, it failed although I didn't contribute a huge amount on it. A news yesterday made analysis on blockchain ICO projects, mentioning 92% of these ICO projects are failed.. Should I stop investing the others or any really potential ICO suggest?

So you failed because you had chosen the wrong one? Try to self-educate and get some knowledge about ICO`s in general. There are a lot of topics about it, now to choose ICO, how to identify scam.
22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it normal to wait for 6 months for a bounty reward? on: July 27, 2018, 12:40:56 PM
Most of us join bounty campaigns because it is one of the means for us to get coins. I just want to verify how many of us have experienced waiting for a long period of time to get our coins. Don't get me wrong, i do trust the managers and what they say. And, most of them give valid  reasons why it'll take that long for them to distribute the rewards. In average, how long do you receive your coins after a bounty campaign?
Usually it is said in the thread when tokens will be distributed among participants. So 6 months sounds like a super long time to wait. Have you written to them?
23  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin the Biggest Bubble in Human History? on: July 27, 2018, 12:37:54 PM
The market is finally showing some weakness after a wild post-election stock market run-up, and it's taking Bitcoin with it. At least so far.

Three years ago, Bitcoin was under $400, a price I thought was too high even then. As far as I'm concerned, Bitcoin has no intrinsic value and should be worth nothing. So why does anyone think it's worth thousands (and in some cases, millions) of dollars?
It's the theory of false scarcity. There are a limited number of bitcoins in the world and the usage of blockchain technology has assigned the ownership of each coin to specific wallets owned by individuals. So to take "ownership," I have to use the universal blockchain mechanism, accepted by all as valid, to transfer a coin.

Letís see in 10-15 years what you will say about it. I am not of your opinion about it. And one more question if you think so, why are you here?
24  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who is Satoshi Nakamoto? on: July 27, 2018, 12:30:03 PM
If that's even his name. Just read the bitcoin wiki on him and I'm amazed. Nobody knows him.

Long time passed since he last posted in here. Why? "Busy"? I don't think so. He was active when bitcoin needed support but since the slashdot...
Also, it seems has knowledge in many areas, especially economy. He doesn't act like the average human. Not taking advantage out of his creation, leaving without telling anything. Is he even a single person or a group?

How can someone create something so great and not stepping out to get the credit?

This topic was created in 2011 and we are still talking about it! Wow! I think it is impossible to find him unless he will uncover himself.
25  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are other ways to earn? on: July 26, 2018, 02:34:46 PM
I'm actually new to this industry and i want to earn some money without putting some in the line(A.K.A investing) and i doubt myself that i could actually know how to manage my coins is there any way to earn money that would kick start me in this industry?
Plenty of different ways how to earn without investing. The safest one is bounty huntering, you need to choose bounty and do some tasks which are written in the thread. And in the end of the campaign you will get money.
26  Other / Archival / Re: Why to Invest in ICO? on: July 26, 2018, 08:27:05 AM
Why people invest in ICO when it is risky and these days most of the coins are dropping. Do you think ICOs are going to survive for a long time?

People invest to get some profit. So now it becomes a little harder to find good ICO, but it isnít impossible. All the times investment was a risky process, but when you are smart enough it becomes less complicated.
27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: how do you find new bounties? on: July 26, 2018, 08:22:52 AM
guys, how do you find new bounties? How to find out about a new bounty immediately after the publication on the forum? I put an alert, to the letters came to the email address, for some reason it does not come. How do you know about publishing a new topic in the relevant section?

I have several telegram channels, which announce about new bounties and I know they wont promote some scam bounties so I believe them. One channel is Amazix bounties and Kryptical.
28  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: My bounty story (5.99eth) on: July 26, 2018, 08:16:11 AM
Dear newbies, i wanted to inspire you about my bounty experince in signature campaign. Im just a rank member, i join a lot of sig bounty but im always dissapointed because almost of the bounty that i joined is always a failed project.

Until i met , i used to join on their signature campaign which is cool cousins. That project became so successful which about to hit its hardcap. Then one day signature bounty ends Im so surprise for what i got on their bounty reward it gives me 22,612.5 cuz which like 5.99ETH its my first time to receive for that high ammount of reward and planning to hold that coin because it got a big potential.

Patience is the key if you believe on what you are doing then just continue it, even if you fail many times dont back down just believe that oneday crypto and bounty projects will give you instant jackpot! Just be patient like me :-)

I hope this could motivate and inspire you. Thank you for reading.

That`s is really inspiring for those, who got disappointed in bounty programs. And congratulations to you with such a reward after several fail. Bountyhive gave some really good campaigns.
29  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When do you think alt coin market will crash? on: July 26, 2018, 08:11:39 AM
Some people think it won't crash, other has been saying "tomorrow" for the past years.

But looking at the gains the last few months its hard to see this continuing for years to come. Can there be a long (3-6 months) bear market now to correct or is crypto too hot and will increase crazy up til implosion?

I'm thinking maybe 6-12 months of crypto craze left. Then crash (90% of coins loose 90% of value) and a few years of bear market before successful crypto projects starts making money. Pretty much .com again.

What do you think?

I donít think crypto will ever crash, but I canít know the future. What I know it wonít happen in nearest future. After falling there always comes rising.
30  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your biggest regrets in cryptocurrency? on: July 25, 2018, 11:22:08 AM
I discovered bitcoin when it was about $5 per coin and during that time for several reasons I could not buy it. I discovered eth and xmr when they were around $10 per coin and I could not find a good place to buy them. I discovered netko when it was about $0.05 and I could not get the wallet compiled. I probably had around 40 bitcoins and cashed them all out under $800 and I could name more.

I think everyone had such a situation, when he or she understood they could sell for higher price or hold longer. As for me, it is the most wide-spread situation.
31  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: how to manage losses? on: July 25, 2018, 11:13:59 AM
If you haven't sold, then you haven't loss anything.  Stop comparing the highest price to what the price is now.  You didn't sell at the top so it was never "your" money.  Until the money is in your hands, it was never yours.  Just comparing the highs to the lows will make you go crazy.

Agree, and vise verse price can rise up eventually, so until you havenít sell your coin everything is ok. And it is better to invest your free money and then you donít feel so bad.
32  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Advice to all bounty hunters. on: July 25, 2018, 11:09:50 AM
Bounty hunters help to expose ICOs to crypto related audience to attract investors for the project. No matter how promising the project may be, if the ICO fails, the project won't see the light of the day. Bounty hunters are very important in ICOs. But there is one thing am not happy about bounty hunters. They usually dump their coins at any price the moment it is listed on an exchage which usually drops the price of the coin even below the ICO price putting the investors at a disadvantage. I want to advise the hunters to hold their bounty tokens for a while in order to maintain a good price for the coin. We shouldn't forget we are all stakeholders

Unfortunately, thatís true mostly hunters donít want to have coin and wants real money, which they can use. And I think it is a good advice, which must be noticed.
33  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do bounty hunters become ICO investors? on: July 25, 2018, 11:07:08 AM
I think some hunters become. Sure, some hunters only do bounties and then sell tokens, because think it is too risky to invest and better without it. But personally I invest, if the project is good and the team is good. It is a good opportunity to have extra profit, as for me.
34  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will every crypto coin survive? on: July 24, 2018, 06:04:46 PM
I think that 95% of crypto coins and tokens won't survive and the reason is that a crypto coin in order to survive and get value it has to be accepted as a way of payment for purchase goods or services.
Very few coins will manage to do it at the end of the day and of course these coins will get enormous value.
The only thing you have to do is to find out which coins will enter the market of real currencies.

It is impossible for every coin to survive. There are weak and strong projects, thatís obvious. Some projects scams at all. So actually there is a not so many projects, which are promising enough to survive.
35  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Tactics When Market is Falling on: July 24, 2018, 06:01:03 PM
If you have limited amount of money or you spent all your money in an investment and if you see a large fall of price, sell your coin immediately and buy another of you see a slight amount of rise in the price of the particular coin but I suggest than do not put all your money in a single investment of single altcoin because it is too risky, spread it so you can see which coin is doing effectively.

I thought everyone knew about it.Shocked Invest in several projects and you will have an opportunity to save your money. Because sometimes coins fall in price and never again recover and if you have invested in several you can still believe others will recover. Thatís my point.
36  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Shall I buy BTC? on: July 24, 2018, 04:42:15 PM
Yes of course btc market price now is still pumping so meaning to say if you will invest now then it could earn you more because market price for bitcoin is still pumping. And i think it will continue and market price will go strong as other altcoins also in the crypto market. So do now waste some time before you realize that today is the best day to buy BTC.

I also believe BTC will rise up eventually. So if you have an opportunity to invest in BTC. Go quick and do it! This is the must-have if I can say so about crypto coins.
37  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is product important for a project? on: July 24, 2018, 04:37:23 PM
It is the most important thing, after all, none is willing to spend money in vain or without basis, the already working projects can definitely increase the trust that the whole team gives to the people willing to invest.

Absolutely agree. It is better to invest in project which has already something to offer you. And you can test this thing, see if it gonna work. But it doesnít mean I would invest only in projects with ready product.
38  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto has gone to shit on: July 19, 2018, 04:41:13 PM
I get what you are saying, but the problem isn't really the sketchy ICO and scam coins, it's the people that buy them.  If people did their research and invested only in the trustworthy projects and well established coins, then this would go away.

This is the crux of the matter. Too many people have done zero research, don't understand the first thing about markets, don't even understand the coins they are investing in, and just throw money at a shit project because someone they've never met on some forum/reddit/twitter said "to the moon!".

Bitconnect, the most obvious Ponzi scheme since Charles Ponzi himself, was a top 20 coin at one point. Even now it has collapsed, it STILL has a daily volume of $100,000.

Verge, a so called "privacy coin", that openly displays its users' identities and IP addresses, and whose entire dev team quit, is number 30 at the moment. It is a complete scam, yet you still see newbies on here every day talking about how it is "a solid coin" with "a great team". It's a joke.

A lot of ICOs are scams. As OP has said, the majority of ICOs are business ideas with zero requirement for blockchain technology, but there is no shortage of idiots willing to throw their money away, and so the scam ICOs will continue.
I completely agree with you. Basically, scammers are riddled with just beginners or those who are not bothered to learn more the information about the ICO in which they want to invest their money. Hence their disappointment and hatred of the cryptocurrency and the participants of the crypto market

And because there are a huge amount of beginners, who donít want to do researchers, ask for advises and learn. Amount of scam become bigger, topics like crypto is a scam, why everything is falling increases.
39  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Short term Trading investment or Bounty campaigns? on: July 19, 2018, 04:33:13 PM
I just wanted to say the same. You can try both and then understand what is more preferable for you. You can find bounty which you will like and trade. Double profit. And in case something will go wrong you will always have a plan B. By the way, there are a lot of bounties here and hunters you can always have an advice.
40  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency to be accepted in shops by 2025? on: July 19, 2018, 04:26:53 PM
I am sure that this will happen much earlier.

Do you believe in this? I mean crypto is wide used, but how often do you use crypto in malls if it accepted? And I think there are a lot of people, who wont spend their coins at all. They just invest, hold.
