I know Nscrypt give lower hashrate of about 50%, but i'm having only 30% of what i have in Cgminer

anyone have good mining settings for a sapphire 280X vapor x oc ? can't get more than 290 on Vertminer 0.5.2 Quote --lookup-gap 2 --shaders 2048 --thread-concurrency 8193 -g 2 -I 13 -w 256 --gpu-memclock 1500 --gpu-engine 1035 --auto-fan --gpu-fan 30-85 --temp-cutoff 88 --temp-overheat 83 --temp-target 65 i'm having even less with 0.5.3 240-ish
