I tried getting into the slack half a dozen times and I still had no luck. Im holding based on a few posts I saw, but id appreciate just a little communication as to whats going on.

Cant really complain though as ive already made a decent gain on it.

Honestly, I dont see crypto currencies being adopted for quite a long time. Its difficult to get people on board with the idea, especially in the United States, but I think Blockchain tech altogether will become more prevalent and user friendly is the next couple years.

I see something like the hardware Wild Beast Coin showed off running the Blocknet, which would allow the computer to handle apps and programs it otherwise couldnt. Maybe even Nexus will supply the actual internet connection.

Its still pretty early to tell.

I agree with your first paragraph.

Regarding your second paragraph ...correct me if wrong, but the starting idea of Blocknet was to be a true decentralised peer-to-peer system, but it seems that whole development is moving solely to peer-to-peer exchange and all they care is to support more altcoins which can then be exchanged on Blocknet ... I don't see that as something revolutionary, or am I seeing this whole thing wrong?

Blocknets first project is the decentralized exchange, but once they get that up and running, they will move on to other projects. It might seem like thats all they're focusing on, but exchanges are a big issue in the current crypto world and Blocknets trying to address it.

8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / What do you think end game blockchain technology is going to look like? on: June 26, 2017, 02:05:21 AM
What do you consider to be the future of crypto technologies in terms of mass adaptation?

IMO, current crypto software needs a lot of work in terms of user friendliness and adaptation, and a couple of projects im following are working on both. Wild Beast Block, for instance, has a new user friendly OS designed for cryptos that apparently makes storing and using cryptocurrencies easier. They also have some impressive, portable hardware thats been shown on this forum that could really bolster adaptation.

Now, if they were to connect something like the Blocknet to their OS, anyone with the Wild Beast OS would be able to access all the apps that would be connected through the Blocknet without using much of the hardwares processing power. You wouldnt need to download dozens of blockchains either if using something like the Blocknet.

Ive even heard of a blockchain based internet project called Nexus that could be integrated into this whole idea too. Maybe were too early to tell any of this, but Id love to hear your thoughts.
