Not looking good. Checkins 667 balance now zero. Main balance gone for over an hour, and not showing up in my wallet.

I am already sure your next bet slips will be settled just after the game. Sounds good. I hope you get things resolved. I like the idea of this type of book, but it's gotta be done right. |

Again gapfire, we are still working on that and the process of automatically settling bet slips includes every day more markets and more Sports. I never wrote we are 100% ready with that instant resulting. If some bet slips is not settled automatically just after the match, we do it manually and are fixing this issue so it will not happen again soon. Yes, your Icehockey bet took several hours, yes, this shouldn't be, yes we are working hard on this issue.
You've been saying this for at least 5 months that I know of. How long does it take? I could have a book up and running. Just like yours, except without mistakes, in 3 days. |

Admit your mistakes, and make sure things are graded within an hour of the conclusion of any event.
After you wrote "Don't even try to explain yourselves now." today, I already admitted it by writing "we will fix that you get wins of Icehockey matches just after the match". So we are working to make it sure. Thanks for your patience and sorry. You've made promises like this in the past. Also, I didn't ask you to explain yourselves. I asked you to do things right. Is that too much to ask? |

gapfire, I checked and I see there is not open bet of an ended match Of course you see that because you just graded it in the last half hour. The game was over last night. Admit your mistakes, and make sure things are graded within an hour of the conclusion of any event. No way, should it take as long as what you people are taking to do this. |

Gapfire sometimes its happens, i Have had a week waiting to close a bet for my i win that and other i lose so many people in there calm the BTC goes to your account  Sometimes this happens? ? This happens pretty well every time I win a bet. The losers get graded quicker, but they are sometimes slow at that too. I've been betting small amounts on there for about 5 months. Kept getting the excuse that they were working on things. I'd hate to have any large bets tied up with this outfit! |

Once again, I have ungraded bets that are 2 days old.
Thanks for your report. We had a issue, graded your bet slips and will grade open bet slips of other users during the day if there are some open. Check our speed of grading bets later, it will be less than 120 minutes and we try to reach instant grading (up to 20 minutes) soon. You act like this was an isolated incident. I've had this happen to me about 5 times going back at least 3 months. How long does it take to get things right? I could have a book like yours up and running in 2 days with no glitches. |
