1  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [ANN] KRAKEN.COM - Exchange Now Open with USD, EUR, BTC, LTC, XRP, NMC, XDG on: March 07, 2015, 09:22:33 PM
Sent email to support request, log in barely works half the time and when it does I get logged out instantly after selecting a function, like funding and get " Session timed out or invalid " wth? Also this appears at the top of the page "DB Error2: read error on connection"  As of now I can do nothing, no trading, withdraw, really upset, is there an issue?

Only started this morning and yes I can do other stuff in the account like history, trades etc BUT funding!!!! Arggghhhh

This is what I get after selecting funding why? Other functions work fine Sad

Invalid Request

You must Login to perform this action.

Thanks

Update, tried a different browser and it worked, great. Something fudged up with the update guys.

@darkmule

Are you on drugs?

You gotta love bitcointalk where "kill yourself" and "Fuck off" are great replies and signs of proof Smiley

@caga, they mentioned they would be honoring their affiliates but not sure if that means automatically or resigning. Have to wait to see next week.

4  Economy / Gambling / Re: SealsWithClubs.eu | Largest Bitcoin Poker Site | No Banking | Fast Cashouts on: March 01, 2015, 11:08:01 PM
We'll see new owner is waiting for their affiliate stuff next week.

It is simple math, their affiliate stuff hasn't changed (20% for life).

The old site ending in .com had roughly 100-200 visits a day, that equated to X number of sign ups per day and a $XX,XXX per year in btc revenue (proven).

This name will be no different, all estimated of course Smiley

Why anyone can say the exact match name in dot com with good natural traffic and affiliate conversion potential is worthless or worth just X shows how little they actually know.

5  Economy / Gambling / Re: SealsWithClubs.eu | Largest Bitcoin Poker Site | No Banking | Fast Cashouts on: February 28, 2015, 01:31:48 AM
Math does make sense if the same volume is played as price rises however you are also correct that would hit a ceiling at which point it did not as players would simply play less coin. So one may see a increase for a short time then flattening out or adjust as players adjusted habit for value. The same may be said of a price drop I suppose.

So yes good catch sir but the valuation was based on todays value any ways $200-$300 BTC.

At the current time the math makes sense minus potential increase due to BTC increasing but rather I should have stated popularity (more sign ups/players) WILL increase revenue.

You guys are right, it's worthless, things that will make you money and need no rank effort or advertisement to generate unique type in visits targeted to your product are worthless.

 Roll Eyes

Alright, moved coins, avoiding blockchain.info now.

Yes they did send an email notification each time they tried, thankful for that at least.
10  Economy / Gambling / Re: Best Bitcoin Gambling affiliate Programs on: January 26, 2015, 04:27:48 PM

11  Economy / Service Discussion / Unauthorized login attempts at blockchain from the UK on: January 07, 2015, 01:09:14 AM
Someone today tried to gain access at blockchain.info to my wallet, anyone else seeing this attack coming from the UK?

Tried multiple times!

12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New Digital Currency Aims to Unite Every Money System on Earth on: September 17, 2014, 11:51:38 AM
It certainly has the potential to be huge, if it doesn't rush it and can offer a true multicurrency wallet, wow, great stuff, send X currency, receive and convert to X currency and so on.

It certainly has the major backers in the field.

13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin is doomed to fail, and there's nothing you can do about it. on: September 12, 2014, 06:24:35 PM
One thing I have always struggled to understand is how a government like the US does away with fiat.
Notes can be 100% backed by a hard currency instead of by government fiat.
Fiat literally means "because I said so"
Furthermore, you could just have coins worth actual money (aka, silver coins).
And the ubiquity of credit cards in modern society means that it is actually possible to completely replace a cash business with a credit card business. you even have a credit card based vending machines

You missed my point, how can the US or most countries do away with fiat..BECAUSE and this is fact, they MUST have a cash business society/blackmarket etc in order to have an economy at all.

If tomorrow a law was passed and only digital money tracked and supplied by the gov was issued it would destroy the economy. We must still have literal CASH or the world she no turn round.
14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin is doomed to fail, and there's nothing you can do about it. on: September 12, 2014, 11:35:08 AM
@JohnyBigs

I actually agree with most all you have to write in your op, it is full of common sense and history. It is a shame that peoples investments blind them from truth.

Now I am not saying bitcoin cannot find a way to survive or over come those things mentioned. I do believe we will have a digital currency in some form or fashion eventually.

One thing I have always struggled to understand is how a government like the US does away with fiat. The black market, cash business and day to day buy/sell makes up for a HUGE amount of the market. Do away with cash all at once and you would destroy the economy quickly. Do away with it slowly over decades and get everyone to digital taxable traceable coin and we will live in a dark time.

Sad stuff tbh, bitcoin advancement is not really advancement for mankind imo when viewed that way. Not that bitcoin survives but encourages the government to development of it's own digital currency.

15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: IBM sees the future of communication to be in blockchain technology on: September 11, 2014, 01:06:26 AM
You have a point, laziness is popular now a days.

I did not realize fridges did this to a degree already then again I never bought a fridge, my wife takes care of that.

16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: IBM sees the future of communication to be in blockchain technology on: September 11, 2014, 12:43:58 AM
What exactly will I benefit from with this Internet of Things?

when your carton of milk is empty. you scan the barcode using a reader on the fridge and the fridge then makes an order to get more milk delivered, using the bitcoins you deposited into the bitcoin address for the fridge.  you fridge is then in full control of selecting the goods on the foodstores website, and paying them.
that way you dont have to even order food/drink . you just scan barcodes and wait for the delivery driver to turn up.

Great, what will that cost LOL

Again, cool but no thanks, costly and a fad imo. Good old fashion move your ass comes to mind.
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: IBM sees the future of communication to be in blockchain technology on: September 11, 2014, 12:35:49 AM
What exactly will I benefit from with this Internet of Things?

Do I want my light bulb on the internet or my car?

My internet decides not to work sometimes, does that mean my car or light won't turn on sometimes?

Can someone hack my light bulb or my car even?

Honestly this is a huge fantasy land of nonsense and a way to get more money out of us, period for crap we do not need.

Don't get me wrong, some of it in terms of medical and practical life saving services are appreciated but over all...ugh. We cannot even get a a computer to easily have voice recognition and type for us.
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: satoshin@gmx.com is compromised on: September 10, 2014, 11:24:07 PM
You sure that is him, that looks to be either a socially awkward person or one of those people who look as if they always just smelled a fart.

Real party guy I bet lol

19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: satoshin@gmx.com is compromised on: September 09, 2014, 11:17:09 PM
Honestly if you were Satoshi would you want this guy (kid) brought up on charges on any type?

If so and if he did in fact have info on who you were it would be public in a very big way and even if he only had shreds of evidence it could lead to you after in the media.

jmo but best case the kid takes a pay off and shuts up...if I were Satoshi...thing is, if he really knew you a pay off would not buy silence for long.

So now my thought flipped and this could very well be how he comes out of hiding because the end result, criminal charges or pay off, both lead to his exposure.

20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: satoshin@gmx.com is compromised on: September 09, 2014, 03:31:56 AM
plot twist. Satoshi has been held hostage in a Russian basement for the last three years.

All million BTC are long gone, Satoshi is down to one finger left, and now the Russians are using his email to fuck with all of us.

OR and maybe because I just watched a Marvel movie, Obama is Satoshi and wearing a mask, getting ready to cash out in 2015.
