401  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Privacy, it matters! on: July 23, 2019, 06:22:31 PM
Privacy does matter, even more so now than ever before. Regulation is forced down on everyone, more and more exchanges are forcing KYC, and the government wants to know everything about everyone.

This is why I try to avoid centralized exchanges like the plague.
Honestly, at this point, I'm just waiting for Stakenet to release their Lightning DEX, which will make cryptocurrency trading so much more convenient for everyone. Being able to trade over the lightning network will insure low fees, and incredible speed.
Wont require you to sync with their network, since all the masternodes running it will host the blockchains. Don't need KYC, or to register an account. You'll be completely anonymous.

Best of all? The trading fees are distributed to masternodes. All the fees are used to buy-back XSN, to be distributed.

Do your own research on this one folks!
402  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Cheap Cryptocurrencies(<$1) With Huge Potential on: July 22, 2019, 07:06:44 PM
It annoys me when people focus on the price as a factor of ROI. A coin such as Ripple is less than $1, but it's marketcap is crazy high due to the circulating supply of coins.

Anyway, if you want to invest in a low marketcap coin with a lot of potential this is my pick:

-Stakenet invented Cold staking (Trustless Proof Of Stake)

-Third project to implement lightning, next to BTC and LTC

-Their Multi Currency Wallet with 1-click lightning transactions and TOR integration for privacy is in public beta

-They've got a pooled staking feature for small amounts of XSN

-Masternode as a service feature, making it extremely easy for anyone to trustlessly host their masternode

-Masternode monitoring tool, which let you know by email if your node goes down, also let's you know how many rewards you've accumulated and more!

later this year they will launch the first TRUE Lightning DEX, which will run on masternodes. All the masternodes will host the chains, which means nobody needs to sync with the network, submit KYC, or register anywhere.

If you're looking for a low cap gem, this is a good bet. IMHO
403  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Stakenet - XSN - The Next 50x Altcoin Out There? on: July 21, 2019, 01:39:52 PM

It blows my mind that Stakenet hasn't been mentioned here much lately. It's one of the most promising projects I know off currently for a wide variety of reasons actually.

They are probably the project that has developed the most upon Lightning Transctions.
The Lightning Network is supposed to be able to scale Bitcoin, and while there has been a lot of problems along the way the X9 team behind Stakenet never gave up on it.
They helped Litecoin implementing it on mainnet, before they did it on their own. Source: https://litecoin-foundation.org/lightning-network-collaboration-with-x-9-developers/

This means XSN was the third project next to BTC and LTC to implement Lightning Transactions onto mainnet.

When implementing lightning channels on a network of 2000+ masternodes it all becomes very very powerful and useful. While most masternode projects are complete trash, Stakenet actually innovated on the idea of creating a whole eco-system based on masternodes who's gonna run everything in the background. Decentralization is KEY, and this solution makes one of the most decentralized networks out there by utilizing a wide variety of jobs attached to all these masternodes.

Jobs of XSN Masternodes:

* Lightning Dex
* One click instant Lightning Swaps (NOT Atomic Swaps)
* DEX Aggregator
* Masternode escrow services
* Masternode based oracles/arbitration
* CCPoS - Staking rewards in any other coins
* Tor, PrivateSend, random hop secrets
* Masternode's collateral backed stable coin
* Lightning dApps
* TPoS - Hosting of Trustless Cold staking contracts
* Voting Delegates
* Automated payment of node operators
* Masternode Managers
* Multiple keys for Masternodes
* Enhancements for Smart Contracts and dApps
* Masternode reward split
* Masternodes Quorums Autonomous Swaps
* Cross-Chain dApp infrastructure
* Watchtower services

Stakenet was the inventor of Cold Staking (TPOS - Trustless Proof Of Stake) - Which is by far the best cold staking solution out there. Cold staking requires a merchant, who will run a VPS that will have access to a staking "key". This shared staking key will allow for your coins to stake, even in cold storage. The merchant wont have access to your coins, and can't move them.
The merchant decides the fee he will take when running the merchant node, generally speaking the more coins you own, the lesser the fee.

If you are a small holder, you can use Stakenet's Pooled Staking Service, which is a centralized service, so use it for small amounts only.

Stakenet has other services too, such as Masternode As A Service, and Masternode Monitoring Service - If you own 15,000 XSN you're able to setup a masternode on the network. Masternodes can be a pain for most newbies to setup and maintain, but with this service anyone can setup one in a few minutes.
All this with 100% control of your own coins, they never leave your wallet. Stakenet hosts and maintains the VPS server that will keep your masternode running, they will even do maintenance if something needs to be upgraded such as the wallet itself running the masternode.

The masternode monitoring service will keep you up to date with the status of your masternodes, and will send you an email if your node goes offline. This is pretty smart, since you don't even need to open your wallet everyday to make sure everything is running, you can simply log in to your Cloud account on: https://cloud.stakenet.io and check everything on the go.

The most exciting part is the passive income which you'll get by running a masternode. Right now beta testing of the Stakenet Wallet is taking place.
This is a Multi Currency Lightning Wallet with inbuilt 1-click Lightning Transactions and TOR-integration for privacy.

This wallet will be available for Android And IOS as well real soon, here is a preview picture of it:

The cool thing about this wallet is that everyone will benefit from it. Even if you don't have any interest in the project, the wallet is still extremely useful as a tool for trading, and scalping profits whenever BTC goes into a bullrun.
If you're a strong believer in BTC, or LTC this wallet will be very handy to store your coins in, here's why:

USDT is moving to lightning soon, this means that soon, you'll be able to tether up inside your own wallet - with 100% control of your own coins, for a fraction of the cost you normally pay to do so (over the lightning network). This will happen almost instantly as these transactions are incredibly fast. Everything is handled by the masternode network in the background. Never have lightning transactions been so easy, and available to the average Joe.
Imagine how many fees is gonna pile up by huge whales who wants to stay anonymous and in control of their own coins all the time. All these fees will be collected and distributed among all the masternodes in the eco system.

Next thing on the roadmap is the Lightning DEX. A DEX that will run entirely by masternodes. The general problem with DEX's today is the liquidity problem, and the slow proccess of trading which is a pain in the butt for the average Joe to use, hence why you see such a low volume on them.
The X9 team behind Stakenet have come up with a genius plan to solve that issue:

Liquidity:
Solved with their DEX Aggregator solution. The Aggregator combines multiple DEX order books together, and makes sure you get the best deal on your trades. It adds a ton of liquidity to the network. The fees collected will be used to buy-back XSN, and distribute them to the masternodes running the eco-system

Speed:
If you trade lightning compatible coins on the network you can trade pretty much instantly, just like any other DEX. The masternode network will host all the chains supported by the DEX, this means that you as a user wont have to:

Sync With The Network
Register To Anything
Do Any Form Of KYC (Know Your Customer)

Regulation is tumbling down on every single exchange out there, even IDEX just recently announced they'll force KYC on their users, which quite frankly is scaring people away.

Stakenet is SO decentralized, that once they have launched their DEX, even if they where FORCED TO: They CAN'T stop the DEX from running. . The network is essentially a peer 2 peer solution which you can't shut down, same reason why you can't shut down the internet in fact.

Price prediction:

I believe Stakenet is developing the future. It's pretty clear that everyone HATES KYC and regulation at this point. Cryptocurrencies was never meant to be used as it is today. Centralized exchanges have too much monopoly over the market, and they are hacked left and right.

I personally believe XSN could go 50x and beyond that at this very moment, mostly because I believe the passive income aspect of their Stakenet Wallet, and their Lightning DEX will drive the price up a LOT, once everything is up to speed. The project will market itself once it's up and running.

The only thing they lack at this very moment is a decent exchange listing to put them up in the top 100 of Coinmarketcap. Even without that, their DEX solution will get people talking soon. It's gonna be very powerful with the constant XSN buy backs, and their RSB Rewards model will make sure some of the total supply is burned.

Do your own research on this one. Read the roadmap, and the white paper which covers way more than I did here, among other great things they'll develop (Including their own hardware wallet called VIPER)

404  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Small Cap Alts Speculation on: July 21, 2019, 12:01:15 PM
Most of the coins you guys are mentioning here is not even considered "Small caps", haha. Hardly seeing XSN mentioned, which surprises me a lot really.

I know it's a low cap coin, but the upside potential on this one is massive sitting at around $0.10 right now, with an all time high of $0.78, so it really never pumped all that much, which is a good sign.

Things worth noticing:

First POS/Masternode coin to implement Segwit, Lightning Transactions, and Atomic Swaps on Mainnet.
Third project worldwide to implement Lightning next to BTC, and LTC, The devs behind the project actually formed a partnership with LTC - helping them with Lightning integration.
Inventor of Cold Staking (TPOS- Trustless Proof Of Stake).
Masternode As A Service, Paid with in XSN - Making it easy for anyone to setup a masternode in minutes.
Masternode Monitoring Service, which emails you if your masternode goes down.
Pooled staking service.

Their Multi Currency Lightning Wallet with 1-click lightning transactions is currently in beta testing, and is soon ready as a mobile app as well. Check the preview below:

Their Lightning DEX is the true game changer, and mostly the reason why I'm so bullish on this project. It will run on masternodes, which will host all the blockchains in the network.
This means:

No sync time
No registration
No KYC

Easy, FAST, trading, as you know it from a centralized exchange, but with 100% security, with no dangers of exchange hacks etc.

Do your own research on this one Wink

Yes it will be an apk file for the test version

Nice, I hope it gets released soon, want to try it out so badly, haha
408  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][XSN] Stakenet - The World's First Trustless Proof of Stake Coin on: July 17, 2019, 06:29:01 PM
Hoping to have a test build out for Android this week and you will be pleased to know the wallet offers multiple "skin" options so should be an aesthetic styling to please everyone.

Sounds good. So we'll be able to download the APK file i assume? Test apps usually isn't approved on Google Playstore I think Smiley

I can't wait to try it, looks sexy!  Cool

you have to move your topic to hardware wallet board,

Sorry, but how do I move it there? I guess a MOD need to move it?
410  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / New Hardware Wallet VIPER Developed By Stakenet - Thoughts? on: July 16, 2019, 06:58:52 PM
Stakenet (XSN) is supported by: Ledger, Trezor, and Xeeda, but despite of this they are actually making their own Hardware Wallet called: VIPER.

Source: https://stakenet.io/roadmap/

Stakenet is one of the most ambitious projects I've come across lately, and the other day I was asking myself the following question:

Would you invest in Ledger-Coin if it existed? - Hell YEAH!

What do you guys think? Smiley
411  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Name ALTCOINS that will take off until 2022 on: July 16, 2019, 06:46:28 PM
Definitely Stakenet.

XSN was the 3rd project to implement lightning transactions on mainnet, despite helping LTC get up to speed with it. The 2 teams made a collaboration with each other:
https://litecoin-foundation.org/lightning-network-collaboration-with-x-9-developers/

Stakenet invented Cold Staking, (Trustless Proof Of Stake)

First POS/MN coin in the world to implement Segwit, Atomic Swaps, And Lightning.

WHY should you pay attention to this?

XSN's masternodes will act as the backbone of their entire ecosystem.
They just made their Multi Currency Lightning Wallet available for public beta testing on Linux, and at the end of this week they should be ready with the first test build for android as well.
Even if you DON'T invest, or care about Stakenet, you will still be able to use the wallet to do lightning swaps with the integrated 1-click lightning swaps feature.
As an added bonus there is a TOR-integration as well making all your transactions anonymous.
With all the regulations being forced down on exchanges, this will without a doubt be ground breaking whether you like it or not. USDT will move to lightning soon, this means, you'll be able to tether up anonymously in SECONDS with 100% privacy and without risking your coins on a centralized exchange.

ALL the transaction fees from the wallet is distributed to the masternodes holding the chains (which means you don't need to sync with the wallet at all).

Stakenet Lightning DEX
This one is a real game changer - it's a lightning DEX, which means near INSTANT trades, NO need to sync with the network - masternodes holds the blockchains.

NO KYC
NO Registration

Since it's running on masternodes, once the DEX is LIVE, the devs WONT be able to take the DEX down, even if they wanted to, THAT'S how decentralized it really is. All trading fees is distributed to masternodes

Decentralized exchanges is the future, it's how Bitcoin was meant to be used in the first place. Peer to Peer!
412  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: The Monopoly of Binance on: July 16, 2019, 05:34:52 PM
It's sickening that Binance even calls it a "DEX", because it's NOT A DEX.

A DEX is a decentralized exchange. This means:

NO KYC
NO REGISTRATIONS
NO GEO-BLOCKING

Fun fact: All nodes running their "DEX" is controlled and run by Binance themself, that's NOT how a decentralized exchange should run.

The best solution I've come across, is Stakenet's Lightning DEX solution, which will be running entirely on masternodes. This means, that when they launch, even if the DEVS wanted to, they CANNOT stop the DEX. With 2100 active masternodes, it's capable of running TONS of trades/seconds, especially because it's lightning compatible.
The reason they chose to use masternodes as the backbone, is because it allows the nodes to host all the chains. This means that NOBODY needs to sync with the network to use it, which makes it extremely user friendly, and I'm sure you'll have a hard time even noticing it's a DEX, once it's up and running.

Binance is the king of exchanges right now, but once REAL DEX's get's popular, and people realise that they can now trade anonymously with no KYC being forced down their throats, then I bet $1000 that DEX's will be the popular choice, and the monopoly of centralized exchanges in general will fade away.
413  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Centralized exchanges vs Decentralized exchanges on: July 15, 2019, 04:11:00 PM
Crypto was never meant to be traded on centralized exchanges like we see today. That's not my belief anyway. It's meant for Peer 2 Peer transactions with no middlemen.
I'm a STRONG believer in DEX's VS the future.

One of the best DEX solutions I've seen is the Stakenet Lightning DEX, for a couple of reasons.

1) It's gonna run on masternodes, making it extremely decentralized. Once it's up and running, even if the DEVS wanted to, they wont be able to shut it down.
2) The masternodes running the DEX will hold the blockchains supported by the DEX. This means you DON'T need to sync with the network to be able to trade, which is killing the user experience for most today when using DEX's.
3) As Stakenet's DEX is lightning compatible, everyone using it, will be able to trade as fast as any centralized exchange. Lightning transactions is near instant, and the fees extremely low.
Bitcoin have had it's hassle and issues with the tech, but when used in this scenario and setup it works surprisingly well.

The best part? The incentive to run a masternode is huge as every single DEX fee collected by the network is distributed and shared between all the masternodes running it.

With upcoming regulation rules, GEO-blocking of several countries on the top exchanges, and limits on how much you can trade dependent on your KYC level, it's a no brainer for most to move over to a more secure platform where one can trade 100% anonymously, and with 0% risk of getting HACKED.

Just my 2 cents...
414  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hot Altcoins on: July 09, 2019, 04:33:49 PM
XSN saved my ass big time in the bear market due to my staking and masternode rewards, haha! It also outperformed BTC, but just recently got hammered down in price like the rest of the alt market.

Just read this article (Interview with the lead DEV on Altcoinbuzz) and it actually explains and outlines everything you need to know about the project. https://www.altcoinbuzz.io/crypto-news/spotlight/interview-with-stakenets-platform-manager-shahab-behzadi/

I believe most alts are trying to compete by being the "best", and this is a wrong approach, as the competition is INSANE these days. Stakenet, and it's investors will benefit from users who's not even interested in their project due to their new Lightning Multi Currency Wallet (In beta test currently), and their upcoming Lightning DEX.

This is how masternodes running the XSN DEX and the Multi Currency Wallet will be compensated from everyone using it (fees) on top of block rewards, and DApps on the chain.

If you're looking for long term passive income, this is my best bet right now. Smiley

Nice, thanks for your contribution. Nice to actually see the wallet LIVE. Thought you was here to FUD only initially. My bad, haha Smiley
416  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Best DEX out there? What do you guys think? on: July 08, 2019, 06:28:18 PM
There is no doubt in my mind that Decentralized exchanges is the future. So much regulation (KYC) is being forced down on exchanges all around. Exchanges banning countries from trading, and the list continues.

The "Big boys" wants to know everything about each and everyone of us. Crypto was NEVER meant to be this way, it actually makes me sick to think about.

Which DEX do you fancy the most? Which one has the most potential? Binance's DEX is not a TRUE DEX, since they control all the nodes verifying the transactions, so don't even mention it. It's shit, and I wont use it.
417  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: My Alt Portfolio on: July 08, 2019, 06:08:09 PM
Diversifying is great, but I think you're actually TOO diversified here - Unless you hold millions in alt coins.

Have a look at XSN (Stakenet) - Honestly, It's a sleeper, and will easily outperform most of the coins you listed.
Reasons:

3rd project worldwide to implement lightning on mainnet - Actually partnered up with Litecoin to help them implement it on their chain.
Supported by: Ledger, Xeeda, Trezor.
Invented Cold Staking (TPOS) - Which means you can stake your coins while your computer isn't running.
Building their own hardware wallet to compete with Ledger, Trezor, and Xeeda.
The Stakenet Wallet - Which is currently in beta testing, is the first multi currency wallet with inbuilt 1-click lightning transactions, and TOR-integration for privacy. Will support BTC/LTC/XSN with more coins being added - this means you'll be able to tether up in your own wallet for a fraction of the cost once USDT moves to lightning.
Building the first lightning DEX, running on masternodes, which means all masternodes will benefit from the trading fees, block rewards, privacy transactions, DApp fees, and more.

Not gonna mention anything else, but do your own research on this one.
418  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Staking + Privacy = Anonymous Passive Income on: July 08, 2019, 01:53:21 PM
Better look into XSN if you really want to go low marketcap here. They've got WAY more to offer, made more tech in a shorter amount of time than XSPEC did, and is far far more promising looking forward. Not trying to hijack the thread, but seriously "Stealth Staking" sounds like such a cliché.

Stakenet (XSN) Invented Cold staking. Means you can stake while your computer is turned off using a merchant.
Stakenet is the 3rd project worldwide to implement lightning on mainnet, AND they helped Litecoin implement it actually. Source: https://litecoin-foundation.org/lightning-network-collaboration-with-x-9-developers/

XSN is developing their own Hardware wallet (VIPER) to compete with Ledger, Xeeda, And Trezor, who ALL support Stakenet on their devices by the way. Ledger and Trezor soon supports cold staking as well, which will enable you to cold stake from your cold storage devices.

XSN is soon launching their first ever lightning DEX, AND their "Stakenet Wallet" - (Multi currency lightning wallet) is actually in beta testing at this very moment. It has a 1-click lightning transaction feature + TOR-integration for privacy.

I can mention a LOT more, but all I'm saying is, that you've got to bring more to the table in 2019, than "Stealth Staking" to even compete with other altcoins.

Seeing this thread made me even more confident that XSN is undervalued to the point, where all it needs is a simple mention by a huge influencer, and it will do a 10x instantly.

Stakenet offers privacy, but it's not EVERYTHING they're focusing on, which is WHY it will succeed. Besides that, their whole infrastructure is running on masternodes, who will run the DEX, the Stakenet Wallet, and tons of other DApps and smart contracts. This will earn these masternodes TONS of fees, as a bonus on top of the block rewards.
419  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coin/Token Shilling, Is it really that bad? on: July 08, 2019, 01:31:57 PM
Always Do Your Own Research.
Shilling is everywhere, and a ton of people ignore coins just due to seeing it mentioned on a forum, or somewhere else.
I've profitted huge from shilled coins, because they actually had something to offer (Sure hype had a lot to do with it as well).

But as always, if you blindly buy whatever you see marketed, you'll lose a lot of money (potentially).
I don't see nothing wrong with shilling, as long as it's informative, and not like "You're a fucking IDIOT if you don't buy this RIGHT now" - type of shilling.
420  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Its time for altcoins as well on: July 08, 2019, 01:25:18 PM
I have no doubt in my mind, that we'll eventually see an ALT boom again, but project development needs to be on point. Projects needs to actually deliver what they promise.

2017 was all about hype and empty promises, too much speculation on ICO's etc. etc.. Don't think people is falling for that again, even though the human race is greedy like crazy, haha!
