and the only reason why their are around criminals is becuase nobody can figure out(or agree on) what is a morally correct way to live their life.

We are all what we have learned, so I subscribe to the notion of letting others figure it out on their own accord at a personal level. Unless it interferes with me, at a personal level.
62  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: what else can the mining rig do while its mining? on: August 28, 2011, 07:20:04 AM

I see why you got banned......

I doubt you will see this but,
have you notice how good the forums have been since I pushed them to clean up streets? XD
Sure I got bizzandered in the process but the needs of the Tasty, outweigh the needs of, every other MFKer here.  Grin

Real talk.
An outnumbering amount of people don't recognize the patterns in the full spectrum nature of humanity,
so just to make sure you and anyone else who reads this see it. I will explain this part in black and white.
The only reason cops are around is because of criminals,
and the only reason criminals get better at what they do,
is because of cops, thus also creating better cops.

It's always the meek who pay for this.

Is ask rate and scan time the same thing?
65  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Real Time Order Book with WebSockets on: August 28, 2011, 02:56:45 AM
@Clark, do you have any advice or directional links to code or tuts for someone who wants to explore making charts similar to these?

Learn jQuery and get familiar with the WebSocket in JavaScript. You can look on the Bitcoin Wiki for details on the messages that MtGox broadcasts on this page.

Thanks Clark!
Also, one last question if possible, I've been looking into Node.js, is that a wise direction?

Geez - if I was like you guys, ie> in the path, I would shut down mining as soon as the winds pickup - sometimes when power goes out it will trip on and off 10 or 20 times quick, very bad for computers running at max - even with surge protectors!

That reminds me of the importance of UPS.

could tell MagicalTux or someone over there about what fake info you reply with,
(just put in legit looking info)
then could use that to possibly identify them or at least block the addresses.

70  Bitcoin / Project Development / does everyone mostly use node.js for the exchange api calls for charting? on: August 28, 2011, 01:55:16 AM
If so which version builds properly on Debian systems?
If not, then how?
71  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Intellectual Property - In All Fairness! on: August 27, 2011, 04:39:51 AM
Nothing anyone has made in the history of humankind really belongs to them,
Everything that exists, is versions, and amalgamations of things created through and translated to you and others through the minds of others before you, and this will also happen through you too.

the mere act of speech progressing through time is proof.

If you want to go the other way though, you could say every single living human being is the property of Earth.

The pool fee %?

OH!
I completely misread your post.
Ya know, the way these pools are setup, the people with the most hashes dwarf everyone else.
So if you find a block, they get it.  Wink
75  Bitcoin / Project Development / how are you pulling JSON from exchanges? on: August 26, 2011, 09:31:07 PM
Every time I look at the page source of tickers, order books and charts, I don't see anything.
Is this all happening with SSI?
76  Other / Off-topic / Re: Pattaya on: August 26, 2011, 09:16:53 PM
As your attorney I recommend opening up that main world map of nodes MagicalTux made.
Then find the most highly concentrated area of nodes and put the conference there.
