I want to call BS on anyone who claims to get 24Mhs or more form their R9 290. I worked on config setups for some time and I am convinced that people are just misreporting, or people are posting performance results based on multiple card setups
With that being said. The best I can get out of 1(single) Sapphire Tri-X 290's is 15.5Mhs @100W
If you claim to get much higher than 15.5Mhs, I want to see the screen shot! (Please dont try to prove it with a "start up spike", I want to see 24Mhs on a miner that has been running for hours) Otherwise, I call bull shit!
Come on. Just because you can't doesn't mean everyone is a liar. My 280x can get easily over 21Mh/s each. Heck, my 7850 gets 11.9Mh/s right now. My friend is running his pair of 290 at 28.7Mh/s each. He gets his 290x at 31.6Mh/s. It runs at those hashes for days also BTW. Not just some start-up spike. 1. If you mine at 1GH, use VIP as your password. 2. If you mine at zhpool, use port 40001. 3. Make sure you use the latest cgminer from hvc.1gh.com. 4. Try using both -w 64 or -w 256 to see which is better for you. This is from my 4 card 280x rig which I took a while back: (image) Hi, may I ask what is the config for your 7850? Mine is only 10MHs.

HVC. Somehow, 1GH's HVC pool have fixed diff and it gives higher hash rates. Im just wondering if you are able to implement it.
1GH fixed its HVC pool diff at 0.24999619
not sure about how the value affects hash rate though...
I opened 60475 port as fixed diff 0.24999619 Connect to 60475 port if your miner rig is enough to hash upto this diff. Thanks for your prompt actions. I am back mining at your pool. Actually I only have a small rig, consisting a R9 280x and a HD7850. Therefore, one does not have to have very powerful hashrate to be able to mine at that difficulty. Maybe you can use this to advertise your mining pool to attract more people. Somehow the number of miners are decreasing.. (I'm referring to HVC pool btw) EDIT : why are registrations closed? :x

hello. i've been trying to mine HeavyCoin at your pool. I'm getting lots of Accepted 0/0 in my miner and no HW or Rejects. But the dashboard at your site does not show any valid shares that i submit. Is there any settings that i have missed out because my miner shows I am mining at about 14MH/s. i use -vote 512
Thanks

on the stats page, it says I have 3.5% stale rate but on my miner it says only 0.3% rejected. is there something else I need to put into account? thanks pw This could be as simple as variance in shares/stales. If your 0.3% is over 24hrs, and just in the last 15min there was a burst, we'd be showing the burst, and yours wouldn't. Can you reset your stats locally, wait 15min and see how they line up? Yup, you are right. 0.3% is over 24 hours. And the stale rate is now 0.00% on stats page. Thanks

why is shift time reduced back to previous duration? sorry for being noob for asking, but it doesnt affect my mining performance right? i only have a 1 MH/s rig.

I am still getting 0% rejects and at the same hash rate. Not sure whether i need to reconfigure any settings or not, but everything looks the same to me. WU is about 91% of hash rate Im using Singapore server.

I mean on GPU your clocks? And how to put "setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100" & "setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1" in config for cgwatcher? I have warning that i don't have them. I tried: "GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT" : "100" "GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS" : "1" But it doesn't start... sorry..... both rigs: core clock-1090 memory clock-1500 auto fan no under voltage and I don't use cgwatcher,so I can't help you with that....... I got my R9 280x to ~771 Kh/s with 1090 core 1500 mem using sgminer 4.1 kernel zuikkis with undervolt to 1.100 and i use CGWatcher nice, thank you for sharing......I must finally try that cgwatcher, seams no mining without him..... can you please tell me witch 280x you have, because my asus is stock voltage 1075..... Im using PowerColor R9 280x 3GB TurboDuo BF4 edition. Actually i'm not really sure what the stock voltage is, but everytime the card crashes, the voltage set to it is 1.163, so i assume thats the stock voltage. lol.

Hi, When everything stablise, will there be an Asia server for WafflePool? Thanks

Hi altcoinspool, I just started mining on your pool and i realise the Miner Stats page isn't updating anymore. I just want to compare the rate that I am mining at and see whether it is worth to mine here.
