I work for Premier League football club in the UK and I wonder if the community would be interested in owning a premier league football club?

In terms of marketing, I believe that acquiring a premier league football club would help with market adoption and would lead to a substantial increase in value of all crypto currency’s.

I would like to lead an acquisition, bringing together a merger of crypto currency’s and premier league football, representing the community and in turn increasing value that we can all leverage.

I have a club in mind but I’m happy to consider alternatives if more suitable.

How about an option that sits above and integrates with current social media platforms that gives the user the choice on where their "activity" is registered? Centralised (eg. current option), Decentralised, Both).

I’m performing a market analysis exercise and wondered what you guys think about decentralised versions of the large social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, Instagram and others.

Today we have large corporations controlling the social media world who appear on the surface to provide “free” platforms that keep us all connected. Under the surface of course, it’s not free at all. The large corporations fund themselves by selling advertising space in our news feeds, therefore exploiting the users of the platforms as potential customers for those advertisers willing to pay the highest price. Others will sell our data to other organisations who might want to market to us and even more sinisterly perhaps sell quite detailed information about us that is used to sway the way we might vote in an election for political gain.

So using the large social media platforms does come at a cost albeit not a direct cost that is always immediately obvious.

My question to the forum is with a decentralised social media platform that is not owned by a large corporation, how much would one be prepared to pay to use it, knowing that your privacy, security and autonomy is protected.

Would you be prepared for example to pay £1/$1/1euro per month knowing that there are no adverts and no onward selling of your personal data?

Conversely, does anyone care, as long as the service is “free”?

I’d be interested in your thoughts/opinion?

View, protect and control your digital data footprint

Datona Labs is a not-for-profit organisation exploring a concept we call Smart Data Access developed as a platform called datona.io.

In Smart Data Access, a pseudonymous smart contract deployed on a global blockchain replaces the data-access terms of a traditional data-sharing contract between data owner and requester. 
The 'Smart Data Access Contract' (S-DAC) is used as a gatekeeper to a 'data vault', a cloud-based or privately hosted service that stores the shared data and restricts the requester's access to it based on the terms in the S-DAC. 
The vault service allows the owner to manage the data or terminate the contract, if the terms in the contract allow it. 

With Smart Data Access, no organisations store our information outside of the vault's firewall.
Instead they access it directly from the vault service api whenever they need to, anytime 24/7, provided the S-DAC allows it.
This way, our information remains under our oversight and control.

But how will the t’s and c’s be presented to the end user?

T’s and c’s are so lengthy and difficult to interpret that most people just skip passed them.

With them encoded in a smart contract will this make them even harder to read or will datona.io present them in  an easy to read manner?

This is the project and yes it is crypto related.

I’m about to launch a startup and want to access a talent pool where the best blockchain brains reside.

We have a company in the UK but we’re exploring having an operation elsewhere.

Any views on where best to set up??

So rather than your personal data being replicated on servers all over the globe and open to abuse, your data is locked away securely in a vault, and access to it is controlled on your terms that are coded into a smart contract?

I guess the platform/app provides an easy to use interface so that we don't all have to be experts in how to write smart contracts?

Can anyone advise on any investor communities who are crypto savvy?

I’m trying to get a project off the ground and require some seed funding.

We’re finding it hard to access potential investors because we’re not connected to investors within our own network.

We are software developers and are not connected to the investor community, hence my request for advice?

Can anyone recommend a person or organisation that supports companies access investor communities? Somebody who has access to investors and also understands regulation/legislation?
