Jolly old boy, you seem outraged, why? I am offering a free consultation to scam victims. For someone who uses a pseudonym (made up name), you seem very particular. Also you need to read better, I passed the bar in 1992 and can use Dr. because I hold a PhD from the University of Cincinnati. Do you think only "real lawyers" sit in some stuffy office 60 hours a week while the economy has gone virtual the last 20 years?

Seems odd that someone who actually identifies themselves as a licensed professional is attacked for asking a few questions. Setting up a victim fund is a no brainer if crypto assets are to be trusted.
