1  Bitcoin / Project Development / Is there transaction splitter service/software? on: November 12, 2013, 07:15:44 PM
Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but is there a simple way to automatically split funds sent to one address (by predetermined percentages) and send them along to other addresses?

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Request: Any way we could get a "night mode" toggle on the site?

(The white screen sort of kills the "cockpit / command center" vibe I'm going for. Wink )

October 7 was when the seeds were planted. Smiley
October 13 is the birthday.

I don't suppose you're aware of any sweet birthday presents coming up? Wink

One Neocoin launch for every man, woman and child in Zion...

Sounds like the thinking of a machine to me....

7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which exchange will be clever enough to find a way to host Pennies? on: August 12, 2013, 06:03:42 PM
sell the pennies and pay the fee once is on bitcoin.. easy way...

The problem is the transfer out of the exchange takes a fee (from the currency being withdrawn). If you are a new user and only have pennies there is not a way to take a percentage of a whole coin. The way to get it on the exchange would be to simply wave the fees entirely. But that would be charity, and the only businesses that can run on that business plan don't last.

The withdrawal fee would most likely be a flat amount (like every other currency on every exchange).  If it's .05 pennies or whatever, just be smart enough as a trader to have a balance of xxx.05 or so (to minimize what you'd have to leave on the exchange or trade for another currency to withdrawal).

As I mentioned above, pennies are completely divisible on exchanges.  No reason to worry about whole numbers when it's traded.    (again, unless I'm totally missing something....)

Fractions of pennies should be doable within the exchange. It's just an internal ledger of sorts right?

Of course, deposits and withdrawals have to be in whole number amounts, but what prevents an exchange from charging their .2% (or whatever) fee on trades regardless of the number of pennies?  Also, trading fractions should be fine too.

No need to modify their systems at all except for the withdrawal limitation of a whole number.  Am I missing something?

Looks like the first pair is on eBay!

These are not mine, but I will be watching this auction with great interest to see what they go for!

This appears to be in the wrong category and doesn't say "Bitcoin" or anything in the title that might attract people not specifically looking for these.  Still, I'm curious to see if he can get $400 for them!

Anyone suppose having the very first redeemed coin would be of value?  (Not to say I'm necessarily volunteering...)
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: ► ► ► NOW ACCEPTING ORDERS FOR LEALANA PHYSICAL SILVER LITECOINS! on: July 20, 2013, 10:31:03 PM
Someone need to put a coin up for sale on eBay so we can see how much the 1st batch pure silver coins can fetch. I would guess $200+ for sure.

Probably just standard retail considering they're still available (correct me if I'm wrong on that though).
You can only get 2, so I probably would order one with a slight premium if it was possible  Wink

Also, payment is only in BTC/LTC and some people really have no clue or don't want to do this.

Look what came in the mail!  Shocked

These are awesome Smoothie.  Having done such a top-notch job with these, I think you will do as much for Litecoin recognition as Mike Caldwell (Casascius) has for Bitcoin.  I look forward to seeing pictures of these with every article about Litecoin in the future!
