Next time, please be more careful, because buying and selling or transacting online is very sensitive to fraud. You can ask for evidence that can convince you before the transaction occurs.
62  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Is Bitcoin an independent property? on: February 19, 2022, 06:19:25 PM
If I had some bitcoins before I got married, and used bitcoins to buy houses, cars, etc.
When the price of Bitcoin went up, I sold Bitcoin. Is this my money my own? Or is it shared by husband and wife?
When I get divorced, do I split up my bitcoins?
Well, it always belongs to the conjugal properties which mean your partners can anytime claim what's you have.
As everyone has noted, --if you are residing in a place where the law permits interfering with cryptocurrency holdings, it will be surely legally split as husband and wife when you get a divorce. However, if you own bitcoin before you marry and haven't sold it or used it to pay for something during the marriage, I also believe it cannot be declared as common or it is still separate property.
In my opinion, it is your own right of ownership because you have owned all of it from before you got married or had a family, but for the problem of dividing the property you have, it all goes back to your own person as long as you don't feel disadvantaged and that can make you happy why no, And if indeed it is part of your responsibility as a husband then do it.
63  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Pay for coffee with Bitcoin on: February 19, 2022, 03:57:32 PM
Based on the purpose of introducing Bitcoin that you want to spread, it would be better to review the situation of the people around you. After all, even though a country, especially where you live, is almost familiar with crypto, the promotion aspect must continue. In this way, the launch of the project and the promised outlet will be expected to develop according to the goals to be achieved. Believe that over time, both the government and citizens will continue to pay attention to the growth of Bitcoin on a micro and macro scale.
64  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or altcoins on: January 15, 2022, 04:34:39 PM
I have been watching this market for a long time.

It seems that in the early part of a bull market, Bitcoin goes up faster than altcoins (ie Bitcoin dominance goes up.)  In the late part of a bull market, Bitcoin still goes up but altcoins go up even better (ie Bitcoin dominance goes down.)

In a bear market, altcoins fall faster than Bitcoin (ie Bitcoin dominance recovers somewhat but has to wait for the next bull market to go really high.)

So, it would seem the correct play is to buy altcoins at this point, and then convert them into Bitcoin (or sell) when you see the bull market ending?

Any thoughts?

[I used to post as BobK71, and am using a new account after some logistical mixup.]
Bitcoin is king coin other word we can say mother coin and alter coin is supporting coin so obiasly we can say bitcoin is best but for trade and short term profit alter coin is suitable.
Yes, I agree with your statement, it can be said that bitcoin is the mother of all cryptos that exist today, thanks to bitcoin, other coins appear and are traded, maybe in the short term bitcoin will not feel an increase unless he has large capital, for beginners and traders retail is better to buy coins that are still cheap.
65  Economy / Economics / Re: Money and happiness. on: January 15, 2022, 02:34:09 PM
We often hear the term "money can't buy happiness". Apparently, the term is not entirely correct.
Money can buy a certain level of life satisfaction, depending on how much money we have and how we manage it.
A study shows emotional well-being increases with a person's income at a certain point.
The study was conducted in 2010 to 450,000 participants in America. As a result, participants with higher incomes had high emotional well-being with an annual income of $75,000. And decreases by number.Besides having money, there are several important factors that determine satisfaction and happiness in life, such as being able to meet basic needs, enjoying life's experiences, and having social ties.
66  Economy / Economics / Re: Why we need bitcoin... on: January 15, 2022, 01:34:30 PM
why do we need bitcoin because we need freedom in transactions with low fees, no taxes, fast and practical of course, also there are no regulations that can change prices easily. and I as a bitcoin user feel more comfortable if the transaction uses this bitcoin.
but if it is used as a tool for legal transactions, the world does not agree because of its fluctuating value, I think it is enough to make it a valuable digital asset.
67  Economy / Economics / Re: Banks will die crypto will take over in 5-10 years on: January 15, 2022, 09:29:40 AM
It is so hard to come to think that banks will die off.  Not really but it is possible cryptocurrency can be more superior than the bank time to come. The bank will still exist , many will like to invest in cryptocurrency instead saving their money in the bank for nothing which won't have any value.
I would disagree with that, although the cryptocurrency is already popular nowadays but I still believe that the fiat system is more superior, and with that said, the banking system is still intact and profitable, they collect deposits and people trust them because they offer insurance, unlike in crypto where it's a high risk.

Saving money is good for banks while investing is good for crypto, I believe that way.
Yes, maybe banking is still trusted, but the population of banking branches will drop drastically because banking is only a place to borrow money, because we know that more and more people are choosing things that are practical for their lives. Withdrawing money and transferring large amounts of money out of the country is no longer going to the banking center but now you can. through cheap, fast, accurate and practical blockchain because this maybe people will prefer blockchain
68  Economy / Economics / Re: Money and happiness. on: January 14, 2022, 02:51:49 PM

I somehow disagree with the first statement.

While there may be this misconception that money does NOT guarantee happiness, it does enable someone to be happy especially if a person came from nothing and gained everything. It all depends on whether the person has the capability of transforming money and converting it into happiness by purchasing stuff or experiencing once-in-a-lifetime moments.

That is why, every time I hear someone saying that money cannot buy happiness, I tend to disagree. I mean, if I have the money to own several BTCs, that would definitely make me happy.
Being practical and realistic what you are saying is true, you can convert happiness when you already have the luxury, money can make you happy in material things, that's no doubt, it can easily give you the enjoyment that you are looking the luxurious life that you haven't had before, when you have lots of money it's easy for you spend it out and buy whatever you desire.

Material things that will bring the enjoyment or other things that you can do using your money that will simply allow you to enjoy.

But, on the other side, there is a happiness that we can't simply buy but we need to feel. That kind of happiness reside from our inner side..
 Roll Eyes Cool
Yes indeed there is a difference of opinion between us regarding, "money does not guarantee happiness". But in my opinion, the luxury life, being able to buy everything what we want with money is not a happiness, but rather our satisfaction with something.
From happiness we can get satisfaction, but not the other way around.
It's not about agreeing or not but we have to be aware that a person's measure of happiness is different, many people out there are happy but he doesn't have money, he only has a whole family, healthy and always feeling grateful and many people are happy because a lot of money can because can fulfill his desires or lusts so that he feels happy and there are many people who have everything but he feels unhappy.
Doesn't that show that the measure of happiness for people is different, some are happy in a simple way and some are happy because of their satisfaction.
69  Economy / Economics / Re: Advice for the season. on: January 14, 2022, 08:16:50 AM
I think we just need to share information and the rest if they are interested they better find out any information about crypto themselves,
they have to move on their own and we can't keep doing that either
Basically something like Binance Academy, and maybe a few more additions. We just need to make sure that there are stuff that people could read, telegram channels they could follow, honest twitter accounts (not shady influencers) and just push people to right direction. We can't hold their hand, so we need to build websites (which already exists a lot) that means people could always find places to read and learn more about things.

If you can do that then we are talking about something that is definitely a proper path for newbies to take whenever they have a question. Since we would be done after we put all the needed information out there, rest is up to newbies, we can't do much after that, if they want to learn they will learn, if not then they could lose money and learn the hard way.
I agree with what you said because it's true that we don't force others to follow us or force others to learn what we already know we can only provide information and provide a way, then after that it's their right to want to learn or not at least we have tried to provide information without having to force them to study it.
70  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Profitable coin for 2022 on: January 13, 2022, 05:08:35 PM
My view on alt coins after reading several articles about the project and the popularity of the coin in Q1 to Q2 in 2022, first there is shiba inu because the launch of the game will also be accepted as a payment tool at AMC besides that there will also be large-scale burning that will be carried out by developers and partners. secondly there is a babydoge where this babydoge is gaining popularity in foreign countries at this time besides the price is still cheap he also has a fairly clear goal and now there are a lot of rumors this babydoge will be listed on binance where when a coin will enter binance he will pump up to hundreds or even thousands of percent and now the holders have reached 1.2 million holders. And also what will be pumped in 2022 are coins that have metaverse and web 3.0 projects..

That is all and thank you.
71  Economy / Economics / Re: 2022 Savings and investment plan on: January 13, 2022, 07:54:23 AM
Let's plan, let's save, let's invest. The fault of people is that their consumptive spirit doesn't adjust their income from there, it shows that consumptive people are unable to save and invest because they can't control their finances.
72  Economy / Economics / Re: Sharing and helping others on: January 12, 2022, 02:20:41 PM
In living this life, we cannot live it alone. As social beings, we need other people, especially when we need help.

With that, as social beings we also have to help each other and share with others, because it means a lot to those in need.

Sharing does not always have to be with a large item or in the form of wealth, we can also share jokes and laughter with those who are in a state of sadness.

Sharing is also a form of your love for those around you, especially for friends, friends, and even family that you meet every day.
73  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is for everyone but not everyone will be for Bitcoin on: January 12, 2022, 10:39:23 AM
The title of this thread makes total sense, very well said. Bitcoin is precious and still diponible for anyone who has legit interest for adopting it. i can't think of any other investment, asset, currency or precious metal which has the same proportion between accessibility and profitability of bitcoin. And even considering these aspects, most people aren't ready yet to adopt the digital currency. It's shocking, isn't it?

How many people struggling right now could be already improving their lives and overcoming financial problems with access to different international crypto platforms if they were bitcoin enthusiasts. In the end the picture presented in OP perfectly describes how most people are living their lives: with a heavy chain tied to their heels attached to a even heavier iron ball carried on their backs.

That is the burden of a life without financial planning, management and without an open mind regards alternatives to the traditional inflationary fiat system which makes average people poorer and poorer through the years.
Poor people are certainly living like this, without financial planning and management, and are not open minded so they live a life with limited opportunities. No wonder why they are not making progress in their lives particularly in their financial aspects. Although we cannot blame them because they have limited income, but if they can be more open minded and have positive mindset to make good progress and development, i think they will live a life that is more reasonable.
Why are you comparing the poor and the rich as if you know everything about both of them I think you are going too far with the title of this discussion, the editorial you provide contains the content of bitcoin to get rich even though that is not the content of this discussion, don't discriminate against the poor because your capitalist mindset. Bitcoin is a decentralized digital currency everyone is allowed to have it and everyone doesn't necessarily want it because bitcoin is for everyone and everyone is not for bitcoin.
74  Economy / Economics / Re: The crisis in Kazakhstan. Entering the occupation troops. Impact on the crypto on: January 11, 2022, 03:25:39 AM
As you probably know, the other day there was essentially an overthrow of the government in Kazakhstan. The reasons are internal global discontent, rising prices, and problems accumulated and not resolved for decades. Plus, not wanting to leave the presidency, the current president decided to "invite" foreign servicemen to his country and give them the right to kill with impunity the local population who want changes in the country and simply want to live a normal life. The massacre has already begun, and the Kazakhs and the invaders have already died. The occupation troops are regular units of the army of Russia, Belarus, Armenia. This is an introduction to the situation.

In essence, the topic is Kazakhstan, after difficulties with crypt in China, part of the mining farms migrated to Kazakhstan. A week ago, Kazakhstan owned approximately 15% of the world's mining capacity. Now the situation is destabilized, a military invasion, which will definitely lead to massive confrontations and destruction, can lead to a halt in mining in the country (the Internet is almost massively disabled). what do you think - what are the consequences of this conflict, in the regional economy, in the world of the crypt?
This means that one of the problems that caused the price of bitcoin to fall because of the impact of the political war in kazakstan as one of the world's largest bitcoin miners so that the bitcoin ecosystem was disrupted and caused investors to panic.
Is that true.?
75  Economy / Economics / Re: 2022 Savings and investment plan on: January 11, 2022, 12:36:30 AM
I think saving and investing are different elements saving is saving money and investing is investing money.
I suggest if your income is still small, save first and then you can invest in peace, and if your income is sufficient to invest, I think you can just invest without saving first.
76  Economy / Economics / Re: Advice for the season. on: January 10, 2022, 03:05:13 PM
Suggestions for this season are to strengthen mentality, faith, and add insight or knowledge so that we can be wiser in choosing actions, so that things we don't want don't happen and achieve what we want. Of course, with hard work, smart and consistent work
77  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: It's never too late to start on: January 10, 2022, 01:15:44 PM
Yes, it's never too late to start investing in bitcoin, especially now that the market is red, it's an opportunity for us because we can buy BTC at a discount from ATH.
This is really a golden opportunity, don't let it be missed again like in previous years.
78  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or altcoins on: January 10, 2022, 02:19:54 AM
I think for now in the red market bitcoin and altcoins are the same, we should party because we can buy our favorite crypto at a cheap price or it's the same as saying the cryptocurrency market is heavily discounted.
79  Economy / Economics / Re: BTC: is it really bearish? on: January 09, 2022, 05:08:51 AM
The market is currently blushing red, perhaps this all stems from several factors.
The result of my analysis that makes the market in the red zone is (Be careful this contains FUD)
1. The hacking of the BITMART exchange made institutional investors nervous.
2. Fear of the domino effect of failing to pay the debts of companies in China, the biggest example (the case of Evergrande)
3. Energy crisis. Since Indonesia, as the king of imports of nickel ore, the world has announced to limit the import of nickel ore to all countries. From this case, it is not only the crypto market that is affected but also the stock market
3.The FED says warning about crypto.
4. OMICRON Case
5.TAPERING is still looming over the crypto market.
6. BTC EXCHANGE RESERVE ATL means that the whales continue to hold their assets and are ready for dumo any time.

(DYOR)

(In fact, with this we are partying because we can buy our favorite crypto assets at a discount) and the good news is that ELSAVADOR will create a BTC city and there is a project that will be launched by the SEC, namely BTC ETFs)
We are experiencing together in 2021 BTC goes down and finally rises again and forms its newest ATH
"BUY THE DEEP"
80  Economy / Economics / Re: Money and happiness. on: January 09, 2022, 01:29:56 AM
Money does not guarantee happiness. In my opinion, money and happiness are 2 different things. Happiness can be found in simple things.
I find it strange when there are people who do everything they can to earn money and they think it's for their happiness. I think that mindset is wrong.
Wait, wait, you can't think that the mindset is wrong, let's think moderately first, the benchmarks for people's happiness are different, so don't violate that thought.
Yes I agree when money is not everything to get happiness but for today everything needs money and not a few people also feel unhappy and calm when they don't have money.
