ikr... I tried to convince them but it seems to be of no use..they are seemingly lenient to those who lie and strict to someone who gave them the right info for kyc..dissapointed

hi. I previously had an account with fortune-jack (2+ years ago) now I wished to login and it said account inactive contact support. I asked to support and it said that my old account can't be revoked so I should create a new one. I asked that would it be considered as multi-accounting? to which the support said that since the account was already dormant and I am creating a new account after my old account was inactive.. it wouldn't be considered as multi-accounting. just writing here for confirmation. please confirm.

actually I was doing KYC prior to deposit there (so no funds locked )..also when i submitted the document then I got an email regarding 21+ age (although i thought that 18 was enough  )...now I realize that I should have lied about my age...anyways the rep here on the forum responded quickly that ill need to wait 3 more years lol...

hi, due to pm limitation, I am writing here. I got an update that I have to be 21 (according to my so-called 'jurisdiction') whereas I am using bitcoin and betting itself isn't legal in my country (thus using bitcoin) please help me out(in unblocking my account).
