81  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is this the Stable Btcoin Price? on: January 28, 2018, 10:22:21 PM
Bitcoin price has not been stable at any time in the past nor it will be in the future. The variation in demand against the limited supply would not leave it to remain stable for more time  and bitcoin does not have any central board to make its price stable. But it's true that every one is little bit confused to see its price not facing huge fluctuation. Now Segwit address is being used more and it would turn high transaction fee to low considerably which may have a positive impact over the bitcoin price in the future.
82  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if Bitcoin is a project of FBI? on: January 28, 2018, 10:18:20 PM
That still remains a mystery. Some say it's alien's project while some other say that it's an illuminati project Now some has come to say that it's an FBI project. Only satoshi who hided his identity could reveal who's project it is.
83  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is ICO? on: January 28, 2018, 01:55:12 PM
ICO means Introduce Coin Offering where some startups offers their tokens with discount when they are introducing their company... Wink Wink Cheesy
No.ICO is initial coin offering in which new coins are issued by a company which has launched the program to raise the required funds for their project. Here even pre ICO is conducted in which certain number of coins are issued prior to main ICO.During pre ICO, coins rate are much cheaper than the rates of ICO.Nowadays even big institutional companies too launch ICOs as they find it much easier than entering stock markets to raise the required funds.
84  Economy / Services / Re: 🚀[Signature Campaign] 🚀LEGOLAS Exchange 200 Members Required | [CFNP] on: January 28, 2018, 12:57:02 AM
Hi wapinter, I have posted 15 posts for the last week without removing the signature until Thursday. But as you said already that you would send the payment for us also, but you have not marked my name in orange. So kindly check my post count for the last week and update it on the spreadsheet. Thank you.
85  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: To be honest, how many people use bitcoin to invest on: January 27, 2018, 11:45:15 PM
As I understand it, many of my people who know bitcoin and investing in bitcoin have no real insight into the value of bitcoin and the scenarios in which it can be applied. Bitcoins look like they are stock-like ways of investing However, bitcoin and what can help us to live, the scene can actually be used? Smiley
To be honest, almost 90%of people today use it as an asset and not for any other thing. They just don't know the features of bitcoin which has revolutionized the economy of the whole world. It could be once again used for payments and transactions worldwide when everyone starts using Segwit address and when lightning network gets activated, users ratio would go even more.
86  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would korean shut down bitcoin exchange? on: January 26, 2018, 07:11:53 PM
Currently there are some news report about korean government. The report say the government there has great concern on bitcoin. Bitcoin has been very popular in korean. What we saw is that the price of altcoin is much higher in korean than the average around the world. However, the unconfirmed message about government's decision now gave a bit hit on bitcoin price. What we saw these two days is the continuous decreasing of all in the market. What if korean really close up exchange? It may pull the price down to zero!!!! I guese. So, do you think whether korean would shut down bitcoin exchange? Would that also lead other governments(like US or China) to close exchange? what if all exchanges are closed up in the world?  Cry Cry Cry
Korean government has been earlier thinking about completely banning bitcoin and other crypto currencies. But recent update is that it has just decided to regulate cryptos.

Even if south korea totally shuts don bitcoin exchanges, even then it would not make bitcoin price go to zero.Instead,it would have a small impact on bitcoin price.
87  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The great Lightning scam on: January 26, 2018, 07:07:19 PM
So the tech ignorant have a new drum to beat as to what can 'save' Bitcoin.

The reason Bitcoin will never scale is the public ledger block chain can never handle all the billions and trillions of transactions it would need to record.

So the solution lightning.

It's off chain and centralized in power to the channels being created to run it.

So none of it hits the block chain nor the public ledger.

None of it involves proof of work.

It's not crypto and is complete crap and it sure isn't Bitcoin.

If you think bch is crap, well lightning makes bch looks like a rolls Royce.

Why isn't anyone here talking about how lightning is bullshit and has nothing to do with Bitcoin or it's blockchain?

Oh that's right you need dummies to think it's the Bitcoin fix to scaling

Lol
Lightning has nothing to do with bitcoins block chain problems period

All it does is trick dummies into thinking their lightning transactions are related to Bitcoin

Well they're not

It's OFF CHAIN

Complete crap

Oh yes.You are right.None of us here thought about it before. We were just thinking that lightning network would be the ultimate solution for all the transaction problems which bitcoin is now facing . It would be better for our bitcoin community to encourage all to use Segwit itself and solve the transaction issues.
88  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: To all those getting in late... on: January 24, 2018, 11:09:44 PM
Absolutely.Cryptocurrencies are just in their primitive stage. It would be like saying that we are too late to use Internet to say that we are too late to use cryptocurrencies. Even though bitcoin prices have reached Sky high, yet ethereum has left us the chance to earn more profits. Those who are crazy about bitcoin investments should change their portfolio and invest in ethereum.
89  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Countries' Strict regulation and Ban will kill Cryptocurrencies? on: January 23, 2018, 12:39:54 PM
No.Bitcoin and crypto currencies have global market and it would not get killed by just getting banned from some countries.China would have no more impact on crypto currencies as they have survived successfully despite banning of ICOs and shutting down of bitcoin exchanges in china.

Indonesia does not have a very big bitcoin market and so its actions would not affect cryptos.South korea's actions would have effects, but that too would be temporary.
90  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Tactics When Market is Falling on: January 23, 2018, 12:20:35 PM
Hi all,
I am a relative newbie but have remained pretty calm during the difficult last week or so. The markets are falling significantly again, is this still relatively normal and is the best advice just to HODL? Moving forward I think I will set stop losses on all holdings to protect my capital against falls like this.
Thanks
Just stay cool and HODL your coins as market has already faced such huge dips and has recovered in due span of time. What you need is patience and i could understand that being a newbie, you would be unaware of the market fluctuations and unlike other markets, this crypto market is very highly volatile and as there are huge risks, huge profits could also be made here.
91  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: i think to store my salary in crypto wallets. it's good or bad decision? on: January 23, 2018, 09:36:04 AM
Hi,
i convert to my salary into xrp and it store in ripple wallet every month for (i expect) one year. it is good or bad decision? i think XRP hit $100 in near future
Thats the worst decision you will ever made, you can try other alts but not XRP it is controlled by the bankers, this coin will destroy our cryptocommunity.
Absolutely.Ripple is a centralized coin controlled by the bankers. So,its not trustworthy.Instead, you could try bitcoin or any other potential altcoin.

But instead of saving your whole salary, you could save to 60% in crypto coins.Such a decision could be taken only by those people who know the potential of bitcoin.
92  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: trading or faucits on: January 22, 2018, 11:48:27 PM
which is more easy to earn bitcoins? what can you suggest for me i only got low investment . and how can i earn high profit?
Faucets is a mere waste of time when compared to trading which would yield high profits making our time to get utilized usefully.
93  Economy / Speculation / Re: my prediction is always wrong on: January 22, 2018, 11:46:09 PM
after the bitcoin price drops to $ 10000, yesterday the bitcoin price rose by 8.5%, and I expect the bitcoin price will not fall again, and will slide to $ 20,000, and I think when the natural correction ends.
But today I see bitcoin down again, why this can happen? is it a bubble? how to make the hype to be stable and go back up?
Actually what happened is bitcoin price rose astonishingly high to $20,000 when companies entered with bitcoin futures and even this price dip is low.
94  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scammed on: January 21, 2018, 01:54:15 PM
Are you already scammed? How? Can you share it so people can learn from your experience?
Yes,i was scammed two years ago.I was actually my mistake to go forward without an escrow.I wished to buy a digital product from a forum member and he was a senior member. So,i trusted him and he promised to send me that product as soon as he receives btc in his wallet.I sent 0.03 btc at first.Immediately after receiving the btc,he just went offline. We could now see how much the value of 0.03 btc has increased today. So,never do a trade without an escrow.
95  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: where to trade altcoins? any recommendations? on: January 21, 2018, 01:47:00 PM
like bittrex? biance?
im a newbie here.....
thanks in advance!
I think that poloniex is also a good exchange with such high trade volumes and it has good reputation. There are also new exchanges like cryptopia but we don't know exactly about how legit such new exchanges are.Hitbtc exchange also seems to have issues nowadays. Its better to stick with the older exchanges.
96  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is the 1 MB blocksize limit for? on: January 19, 2018, 11:36:40 PM
I think that satoshi might have not thought that this huge volume of people would be starting to use bitcoins which would make it highly congested.
97  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will cryptos be so volatile forever? on: January 19, 2018, 11:33:23 PM
When will we reach the state of more of less stable cryptocurrencies or it is in their nature and will never end?
Well i think that it would not be possible forever since volatility is the nature of crypto coins being decentralized so that no central body controls their price. With increase and decrease in demand, either the price would increase or decrease.
98  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sustainability of BTC on: January 17, 2018, 11:54:02 PM
Already many have started to raise the issue that bitcoin mining is consuming huge power. So,in the future,we must shift to solar power or green power to sustain.
99  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Forbes Magazine calls Bitcoin a "Great Scam" on: January 17, 2018, 11:50:48 PM
Actually it's not forbes magazine itself and it's just a post from a writer. So,don't mislead the community.Bitcoin has already faced many criticisms earlier and neither bitcoin, nor bitcoin holders would bother such statements against bitcoin. It would make no difference in the bitcoin market.
100  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Major exchanges manupulating price! on: January 17, 2018, 11:48:45 PM
All the major exchanges.
More importantly, fiat exchanges close the doors on new investors.
bitstamp,bitfinex(10000usd input to have an active account),bittrex, cex etc almost everyone is down/closed for new people.
And you expect the price to be high?
No new money in the market all the exchanges basically manipulating everything.

My advise donot sell your bits they want you to loose.Buy if you can Grin
Bithum,a Korean exchange is well known for manipulation allowing wash trading which is illegal.Futures market would have only little impact on bitcoin price.Surprisingly, bittrex also not friendly nowadays and not even responding to its users queries.Poloniex having poor customer support. We could expect only new exchanges to come and provide good service.
