In the NRL tonight's game between the Melbourne Storm and Brisbane Broncos should be a fairly close point scoring game. The pundants are favouring Melbourne, however, I'm going with the Broncos on $2.20

Tomorrow night's early game sees the Bulldogs and Warriors prices near identical and I'm going with the Warriors in $1.85 (Bulldogs are $1.95 so there's not much in it)

The later game tomorrow between the Panthers in $1.45 starring down the Sydney Roosters who are far less favoured on $2.65 (I'm going with the Panthers this round)

I still find it suss users woke up specifically to give cygan positive trust feedback, were gifted DT2 status and have then gone back to sleep.

(Plus cygan said he's requested the positive trust feedback - if I'm reading their post correctly)

I saw the second half tonight at the Star Casino on the Gold Coast in the Sports Bar. One table had Eels supporters while the rest of us were cheering on the Roosters. The Eels aren't doing themselves any favours with constant meaningless long passes jumping two or three players. They can pass the ball, but there's no follow through with a sprint to the try line or even making a few metres. Opportunities to sneak through gaps were also missed by the Eels.

Their two late tries were more flukes than skilled game play.

As expected, the Broncos did the job against the Townsville Cowboys.  Unfortunately, the Eels tanked seconds after the full time hooter unable to land a try to push the game into golden point.  The irst match o the round the Panthers out played the Rabbitohs.  It wasn't that the Rabbitohs underperformed, rather the Panthers played better.

One statistic I did hear during the Sharks/Eels game was only three teams in the 25 years of the "NRL" have gone on to win the series after loosing the first two round games.
