You could ask questions they can't easily find the answers to on Google.
Questions like
-  what do you think about decentralization?
- do you believe in everyone running his/her node?
- Do you like the new Facebook coin?
- why do you like/dislike Facebook coin?
If you are very informed and idealistic about blockchain/cryptocurrency, you will be able to spot the wolves in sheep clothing, spammers, scammers, trolls etc

I like 2 of those questions. Somebody who's new and getting into Bitcoin may not answer the nodes question.

Those will definitely help me approve members who know their stuff. What about those who are new or learning?

With Libracoin slated for release if it ever does...

People are more aware of crypto now than they were two years ago. I moderate a Facebook group with 125 members called Bitcoin Community however the group referral link is titled BitcoinReferrals. I’ve been cleaning up the group and it seems like the Admin engaged in a lot of Ponzi schemes referral link scams that it’ll take forever to clean up the damage done in that group.

With that being said a couple of people felt that we can combat Libracoin and educate members on Bitcoin and Altcoins through the learning module on the FB group as well as building a group from the ground up with membership join request, approving each post before they are posted.

So, there’s 3 questions for pending members. What would be quality open ended questions that would be effective in screening out scammers/spammers that a Cryptocurrency FB group should ask so that admins/mods can approve members that would benefit the group?

5  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: icoinpro scam or a MLM to avoid? on: July 08, 2019, 04:23:08 PM
Definitely MLM if not a scam. The problem here is MLM companies are “legal” as long as their commission based distribution offers a “product” which in this case is trading lessons. So if you have proven that the company isn't really offering any lessons then you are right to say that  their service is a scam. I think its also funny how this company works though, if there lessons really help their clients to earn money then they won't be offering any kind of commission/reward for recruiting other people. LOL!!!

Grin I couldn’t argue with that point. It’s funny. A good product sells without the need for MLM awards. Someone wanted to share the link in a Bitcoin Community group I moderate and wanted to know if they can shill the link. We have a lot of noobs. I’m all for wanting ppl to learn to trade. I’m a buy and hodl. But I wanted to share this to see if anyone’s thoughts were also in line with my own. Which I’ve decided that it looks like ppl earn more money by shilling their links for sign ups than they do from learning real trade techniques.

So my question is, I’d like some opinions from some ppl here on 1.)Does anyone know of this site? 2.)Is it a scam or just a MLM? 2.)If someone wanted to learn to trade Cryptocurrency(Assume they are a total noob and don’t know a thing) Would this be something you would recommend people to sign up for? Or are there some better free resources that can help someone learn to trade better than icoinpro?
By looks of it,i wont trust up that site.I haven't heard out before and speaking of shilling, you might already doing such thing  Grin

Regarding on your question which this site isn't an MLM and knowing about trading doesn't really need too much of things yet you can self learn.
If you are a total noob you can start the basics on Babypips.com and later on test trading executions on Binance.com.

Is there an alternative to Binance one can test on since Binance isn’t available to US?
7  Economy / Trading Discussion / icoinpro scam or a MLM to avoid? on: July 07, 2019, 05:58:03 PM
Someone brought this website across my attention and I was able do some quick google research and looked at this website https://www.icoinpro.com/ and supposedly it teaches you how to trade cryptocurrencies. But the earn income tab is what really bothers me. I’m not sure if this site really teaches you to trade to actually earn, but seems like, from what I’m looking at that most earnings are from shilling the distribution link to get ppl to sign up.
