if government needs to increase the amount of supply of XBR(because of the huge uses of it) and the supply is limited then what will be the solution.

As I read this thread I think this is worthy enough.
By reading a lot of thread my mind my is blowing.some thread are so fishy.But this seems really reliable.And the feature of this project is really attractive.

From your intelligent observations I would assume you also are aware of the illusions they create just before they switch gears up or down.
